【新唐人2009年5月14日訊】諾比先生對中國文化情有獨鍾，還研究過《道德經》。看了神韻演出之後，他說這是像來自天堂的藝術。
Chris Norby：very beautiful, heavenly, beautiful people, wonderful spirit, beautiful costumes and subtle moral messages which permeated the show.
非常美麗，像來自天堂的! 美麗的演員，積極向上的情緒， 美麗的服裝，還有含蓄的高尚道德的信息瀰漫整場演出。
旁白：喜愛中國文化的諾比先生還用三個中文詞來描述了神韻：
Chris Norby: 美好！我（？）好！好好！
旁白：諾比先生尤其喜歡幾位男高音的演唱，
Chris Norby: Oh, the tenors, I loved, yes!
噢，那些男高音，我太喜歡他們了！
旁白：他對晚會天幕的設計非常佩服，並給我們詳細描述了他印象最深的一個天幕。
Chris Norby：and the background scenery blended with the performers and sometimes they interacted with them. As in the scene, the man was beaten to death, and then ascended, attain mortality.
在背景裏，一位男子被打死，然後他升入天堂，獲得了永生。
旁白：當談起兩年前，中領館給他寫的那封威脅信的時候，諾比先生說這樣美好的演出，真的不知道他們怕甚麽。
Chris Norby：I don』t know what they are afraid of. But they must be afraid of something. Maybe reflects more on them than on the show.
我不知道他們害怕甚麽，但是他們一定是在害怕一個東西。也許他們害怕的東西在他們自己身上比在這場演出中反映的更明顯。
