Facebook

The Leading Authority in Organ Transplantation Asserted Live Organ Harvesting from Falun Gong Practitioners is Real

Spain has been leading the way in organ transplant

technology in Europe and in the world.

Especially over the last 20 years, the organ donation rate

in Spain has been the highest among all countries.

Spain has built up a successful organ donation mechanism

known as the"Spanish model."

Many countries are learning from Spanish experience.

Recently, NTDTV reporters interviewed Nephrologist

Dr. Rafi Matt Sands, the founder of the Spanish national transplantation organization.

As a leading authority, Dr. Sands asserted that the Chinese

Communist Party’s live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners is real.

Different from the non-governmental organ donation

organizations in other countries, the organ donation

organization in Spain is a governmental structure.

It was initially built in 1989 and the donation rate has

increased from 14 out of a million people to 35 out of a million people by 2011.

Dr. Sands:"the so-called Spanish model of organ donation

is just a management system, nothing else."

Dr. Sands: “What I observed in my hospital is that the final

decision of the family to donate or not donate the organ

was very dependent upon the person who gave

the interview, the nephrologist who worked that day who

was on call in the hospital.

So I decided that it was not so dependent on the family;

it was more dependent on the medical doctor."

Based upon this strategy, less than three years after

the organ transplantation organization was founded,

Spain became the country with the highest organ donation

rate.

Not only is Spain in a leading position with organ donation

and transplantation, but it’s also on the front line of cracking

down on illegal organ deals.

In 2010, Spain has set definite provisions in its legislation

regarding illegal organ transplantation.

If Spanish citizens know that the source of organs is illegal,

they are prohibited from receiving the transplant.

Even the promotion of illegal organ transplantation

is against the criminal law.

Dr. Sands: “I believe one of them is China.

A hospital patient paid a great amount of money

to receive a liver, the origin of which we are not sure

of but, practically, the most likely possibility is the liver

is from an executed prisoner, and so far as we understand,

for China this is a legal action, but for us it is not acceptable.

And that is the reason why we established the new law

which complimented what we had before."

Regarding the allegation of the CCP’s harvesting of Falun

Gong practitioners’ organs for profit, Dr. Sands, as an organ

transplantation expert, asserted that it’s real.

Dr. Sands:"All these things about Falun Gong seem

to have been perfectly proven.

And there are many international societies,

like the Transplantation Society and others which have

found proof about these."

Dr. Sands:"Part of the Chinese government has recognized

that this is true. No discussion about it.

And that is one of the reasons that all these things

should be avoided in the future. 100%."

A Spanish citizen who went to China for an organ

transplantation in 2008 instigated other people

to go to China for organ transplantation in the media

was prosecuted and is subject to being brought to justice.

Dr. Sands proudly said that Spain has set up a good example

in prohibiting illegal organ deals.

He hopes that more and more countries can follow suit.

He also said that we should have zero tolerance

for notorious crimes like live organ harvesting.
