3月28号,北京“反对户籍隔离,争取教育平权”的活动如期举行,大约有一百多名在京的非京籍学生家长,前往北京奥运大厦,准备向北京巿教委请愿,要求异地学生与北京户籍学生同等待遇,但被警察驱散。有的被警方在路上拦截,期间,数名家长被警察殴打带走。

据参与活动的家长介绍,现场大约有20多名警察,还有一些便衣。

发起这次活动的维权人士许志永被软禁家中。

“钱云会案”再现 反强征村民遭辗死

河南郑州中牟县姚家乡西春岗村发生“浙江钱云会案”翻版事件。当地农业开发公司“红亿庄园”,强占村民土地进行修路工程,两名村民为保卫土地前往阻止,其中一人被工程车辗过死亡。

据《自由亚洲电台》报导,3月27号,死者宋合义与同村72岁的宋长海,前往阻止工程铲车破坏他们的农地,但对方发动铲车冲向二人,其中宋合义为救宋长海走避不及被铲车活活压死。

涉案的工程车司机没有驾驶证,已被逮捕。

据当地村民说,“红亿庄园”的负责人与某省市领导人有关系,很有势力。

中国公民因间谍设备贸易在俄被捕

《俄罗斯之声》援引《俄罗斯国际文传通讯社》的报导说,两名中国公民在萨哈林,因经营俄罗斯被禁的隐蔽录像录音设备,被俄联邦安全局拘捕。

报导说,在南萨哈林采取的行动中,被拘捕者住处查获带有录音器的钢笔,带录像和录音设备的汽车钥匙坠子和手表。

报导引述俄罗斯联邦安全局地方分局的公报说,每一件物件的价格为50-100美元。被拘捕的中国公民已经被俄罗斯当局以“非法销售专用技术设备”罪名,立案调查。

Non- Residents of Beijing Fight for Equal Education Rights

On March 28, more than a hundred people gathered
to fight for equal education rights.
Many marched forward to the Beijing Olympic Tower
to appeal to the Beijing Municipal Education Commission.
They asked for equal rights for non-resident students of
Beijing, and were dispersed by police.
Some were blocked by police on their way to appeal.

Participating parents said that there were some
plainclothes police, in addition to more than 20 officers.

Human rights activist Xu Zhiyong, the initiator of
this activity, Has been under house arrest.

The Qian Yunhui Incident Appears Again

An incident, similar to the Qian Yunhui incident,
happened at Xi Chun Kang Village of Henan Province.
A local agricultural development company occupied
farmers’ land to repair a road.
Two villagers tried to stop them from repairing the road,
but one of them was run over and killed by a construction truck.

On March 27, the “Freedom of Asian radio station" reported

that the deceased Song Heyi and a 72-year-old Song Changhai
tried to stop the other party.
The other party directed a forklift truck and crushed Song alive.

The driver of the truck, who has no driver’s license,
was arrested.

Local villagers said that the director of the company
has a close relationship with provincial leaders.

Chinese Citizens Arrested in Russia for Espionage Equipment Trade

“Voice of Russia" citied Russia’s Interfax news agency’s
reports that two Chinese citizens in Sakhalin were arrested by
the Russian Federal Security Service, for operating covert
video recording devices, which have been banned in Russia.

The report said that during the actions taken in Sakhalin,
a pen with a recording device, video, auto equipment,
car key pendant, and watch were found in the
suspect’s living quarter.

The report quoted the local branch of the Russian Federal
Security Service communique saying the price of every object being 50-100 dollars.
These two Chinese citizens have been arrested by
Russian authorities on charges of “illegal sales of specialized technical equipment.
An investigation of this case will be underway.
