【新唐人北京時間2026年01月06日訊】烏克蘭外交部長西比哈1月5日表示，俄羅斯飛彈攻擊第聶伯羅（Dnipro），導致美商農業公司邦吉（Bunge）大量葵花油洩流出來。另外，哈爾科夫（Kharkiv）也遭飛彈攻擊，當地能源基礎設施被損。
第聶伯羅市長費拉托夫（Borys Filatov）說，邦吉公司遭受攻擊，造成300公噸葵花油洩流。「公用事業人員正在清理油污，用砂礫鋪蓋路面防滑」。
費拉托夫在通訊軟體Telegram發文指出，油汙事件將導致主要河岸道路封閉兩至3天。

哈爾科夫地區檢察官辦公室表示，這起攻擊造成至少一名平民受傷。
哈爾科夫市長泰芮可夫（Ihor Terekhov）表示，「這不僅是對設施的襲擊，更是對暖氣、供水以及市民正常生活的打擊。他們企圖以恐懼與黑暗來擊垮我們。」泰芮可夫並未透露受攻擊的具體目標。
西比哈（Andrii Sybiha）說，俄羅斯總統普京（Vladimir Putin）「完全無視」美國推動的和平計劃。
莫斯科方面對這波攻擊暫未回應。
