Ingredients(材料):
250g rice flour(粘米粉)
3 pandan leaves,cut into 2-inch length(3片班蘭葉,剪約2寸長)
100g white grated coconut(白椰絲)
1/4 tsp salt(鹽)
1 pandan leaf(班蘭葉)
140ml hot water(熱水)
1/2 tsp salt(鹽)
150g palm sugar/gula Melaka,grated(椰糖,切碎)
Banana leaf,cut into 2-inch squares
