Ingredients 材料:
80g rice flour(粘米粉)
30g tapioca flour(木薯粉)
25g green pea flour(綠豆澄粉)
120g caster sugar(細砂糖)
1/4 tsp salt(鹽)
100ml thick coconut milk(濃椰漿)
200ml water(水)
200ml pandan juice(5 pandan leaves blended with 200ml of water)班蘭水(5片班蘭葉加入200毫升水打爛)
1/2 tsp alkaline water(鹼水)
1 drop of green colouring(1滴青色素)
100g grated white coconut(白椰絲)
1/4 tsp salt(鹽)
