在該紀錄片中，一位來自中國的醫師──汪志遠，十年來對865家中國器官移植醫院，和9000多名醫師進行調查，採集2000多通電話錄音和上萬條證據，發現中國大部分的器官移植手術使用了法輪功學員的器官，並且都是活體摘除。
