【新唐人2016年01月11日訊】今天早上多倫多最低氣溫達到-7C，但考慮風寒效應則感覺猶如-19C，加拿大環境部表示，近日GTA及周邊地區有飄雪，而寒冷天氣會持續一周。
環境部向多個地區發出降雪警告，包括Newmarket, Georgina, Uxbridge, Dufferin-Innisfil, Grey-Bruce以及Barrie等地區。
省北部學區校巴取消
由於氣溫降低，路面結冰，安省不少學區周一取消校巴，不過多數學校仍然照常上課，今天取消校巴的學區包括：
Chesley, Tara and Desboro: All buses cancelled, schools open
City of Kawartha Lakes: All buses cancelled
Dundalk, Flesherton, Markdale and Maxwell: All buses cancelled, schools open
Durham & Holstein: All buses cancelled, schools open
Hanover and Ayton: All buses cancelled, schools open
Kincardine: All buses are cancelled into Kincardine, schools open.
Lion’s Head and Tobermory: All buses cancelled, schools open
Nipissing: All buses cancelled
Owen Sound: All buses cancelled, schools are open
Parry Sound: All buses cancelled
Port Elgin and Southampton: All buses are cancelled, including the Saugeen First Nations buses. Schools open
Simcoe County: All buses in the North, West and Central weather zones cancelled, schools open. Buses to Our Lady of Mercy and Honey Harbour Public School are cancelled but schools remain open.
Walkerton, Mildmay, Formosa and Chepstow: All buses cancelled, schools open
Wellington-Dufferin County: All buses in centre Wellington, north Wellington and Dufferin County are cancelled, schools are open
Wiarton, Hepworth, Sauble Beach: All buses cancelled, schools open
