【新唐人2015年02月05日訊】范木根抗拆殺人開審 數百人聲援
蘇州抗強拆公民范木根「涉嫌故意傷害罪」一案，2月4號到6號在蘇州中級法院開庭，大陸各地數百人前往聲援，警方在法院周圍實行交通管制，數百警察在現場驅趕聲援者，20多人被抓捕。
范木根是蘇州農民，2013年12月3號，他因為抵制強拆，保護妻兒，抄刀殺死兩名上門施暴的拆遷辦人員，因此被控「故意傷害罪」。
由於范木根案在大陸強拆問題上有標桿意義，因此引起大陸各地拆遷戶和維權人士的關注。
黨媒批官員迷信 評論指信仰破產
中共黨媒「人民日報」2月4號發表文章，批評中共官員不信馬列問「大師」，熱衷於燒香拜佛，求神問卦、追求「風水」，引起境外媒體關注。
評論認為，這相當於中共公開承認，以無神論為基礎的共產黨信仰，在中國已經破產。
因採用滅絕人性的酷刑手段，折磨被關押人士而臭名昭著的遼寧省馬三家勞教所，目前變身為遼寧省女子監獄馬三家監區，繼續迫害法輪功學員。
據「法輪大法明慧網」報導，目前至少有50名法輪功學員被關押在那裏，承受著肉體折磨與精神煎熬，每天還要被迫做奴工十幾個小時。其中，瀋陽市法輪功學員李丕雲已經被迫害致死。
中聯辦選擇性請客 泛民杯葛
中共駐香港機構「中聯辦」，1月4號舉行新春酒會，選擇性邀請幾名泛民主派議員出席，但遭到部分獲邀者杯葛，而出席酒會的民主黨和公民黨議員，則分別向「中聯辦」人員遞交信件，要求轉交北京，表示不接受人大8.31框架下的政改方案，和反對將《國安法》引入香港。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，香港工黨主席李卓人表示，「中聯辦」選擇性的邀請方法，是分化香港政黨的一種手段。

Kangaroo Trial of Fan Mugen Begins
From February 4 to 6, Suzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s
Court commenced an action against Fan Mugen who is suspected
of intentional injury because of his anti-demolition stance.
Hundreds of mainland people arrive in support.
The police instigated traffic control around the court house and
hundreds of police were deployed to isolate the supporters; more
than 20 people were arrested.
Fan Mugen is a Suzhou farmer.
December 3, 2013, he was charged with intentional injury,
because he tried to resist demolition to protect his wife and son
by killing two members of a demolition gang that stormed into
his home and beat his family.
Because of the detrimental effects of demolition on the mainland,
the Fan Mugen case is causing great concern among the relocation
households and activists.

February 4, CCP Mouthpiece published an article critical of
CCP officials that are so keen to burn incense, pray and divine
instead of believing in Marxism.
It caused a stir in foreign media.
It’s commentary is tantamount to the CCP publicly confessing
that belief in atheistic communism is bankrupt.
Masanjia Continues Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners
The notorious Liaoning Province Masanjia Labor Camp which
is infamous for its draconian torture of detainees became
Masanjia women’s black prison.
It continues to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
According to the Falun Dafa Minghui report, at least 50
Falun Gong practitioners are being caged there currently.
They are forced to do slave labor for more than ten hours every
day by enduring harrowing physical and moral torture.
Among them, Shenyang Falun Gong practitioner Li Piyun has been
tortured to death.

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Selectively
Sends Invitations
Pan-Democratic Lawmakers Boycott event
January 4, CCP Liaison Office in Hong Kong selectively invited
Pan-Democratic lawmakers to the New Year’s cocktail reception.
But the invitations were boycotted by some of invitees.
The attendees of Democratic and civic party members respectively
asked Liaison officer to forward a letter to Beijing saying that:
they did not accept the reform package under the NPC 8.31
framework and opposed the introduction of the National Security
Law into Hong Kong.
According to Radio Free Asia report, the Labor Party chairman
Lee Cheuk-yan said the Liaison office’s selective invitation is
a mean to split the political parties in Hong Kong.
