青海萬民抗議省政府搬遷
10月29號，青海省化隆回族自治縣，全縣城所有商鋪、餐館等集體罷工罷市，上萬人從各地遊行至縣政府，抗議政府鋪張浪費，速建樓堂館所，將行政中心搬遷至10公里以外的群科鎮，給原縣城居民帶來不便，對新行政中心附近環境造成破壞，以及搬遷過程中動用警力暴力強征等。
大慶會計師被關押二月 情況堪憂
美國《明慧網》10月30號報導，黑龍江大慶市年近古稀的法輪功學員趙成孝、高秀蘭夫婦，8月5號下午，因告訴民眾「法輪大法好」，被中共警察綁架，並搶走個人物品、電腦等，目前兩人分別被關押在大慶市第三看守所和第一看守所，高秀蘭血壓高達240，皮膚潰瘍，情況堪憂。
高秀蘭曾是一名會計師，年輕時患有嚴重的神經性頭痛，久治無效，痛苦至極，修煉法輪功之後，疾病痊癒，她的丈夫也因此開始修煉法輪功。
德州大酒店200員工罷工討薪
10月29號，山東省德州大酒店員工集體罷工，抗議酒店欠薪5個月，7年未繳養老保險，當天下午，200餘員工到德州市政府集會數小時，期間大批公安，防爆警察到場戒備。
四川宜賓地產商跑路投資人維權遭抓
四川省宜賓市中澤集團破產，民間借貸無法償還，大批投資人10月29號發起示威，身著統一T恤到宜賓市翠屏區政府集會，被大量警察、特警驅散，數名投資人被抓捕。
在此之前，中澤集團投資人曾數次到當地市政府等地維權，均無結果。

10,000 People Protested Against Government Compound
Relocation in Qinghai Province
On Oct. 29, all shops and restaurants at Hualong Hui
Autonomous County in Qinghai Province held a joint strike.
Over ten thousand people from across the county marched
to the government compound to protest against government’s
extravagance, fast erection of office buildings and hotels and
relocating the administrative office to Quke Town 10 km away.
This caused inconvenience to the residents and damage to the
environment.
There were police and violence during the relocation.
Daqing City Accountant Detained For Two Months;
People Concerned For Her Situation
US website Minghui.org reported on Oct.30 that an elderly
couple close to 70 years old, Zhao Chengxiao and Gao Xiulan,
both Falun Gong practitioners, were kidnapped on Aug. 5 by
police for telling people that “Falun Dafa is good".
Their personal items such as computers were taken away.
They are currently being held at the Third Detention Center
and the First Detention Center respectively in Daqing City.
Gao Xiulan’s blood pressure is up to 240. She also
has skin ulcers. Her situation is concerning.
Gao Xiulan was once an accountant. She suffered from
serious severe nervous headaches.
She could not find a cure and suffered tremendously.
After she practiced Falun Gong, her headaches cleared.
Her husband then began to practice Falun Gong too.
200 Employees at Dezhou Grand Hotel on Strike
On Oct. 29, Shandong Province Dezhou Hotel staff went on
strike to protest against the 5-month delay of wages and 7-
years of unpaid pension money. In the afternoon, over 200
employees went to Dezhou City Compound for several hours.
A large number of police and riot police were guarding on site.
Sichuan Yibin Real Estate Businessmen Escaped,
Investors Were Arrested
Zhongze Group from Yibin City, Sichuan Province
declared bankruptcy.
With private loans not being paid, a large number of investors
launched a protest on Oct. 29.
They wore similar T-shirts and gathered at Yibin City Cuiping
District government compound.
The rally was dispersed by a large number of police and
special forces. A number of investors were arrested.
Prior to this, Zhongze Group investors went to the local
government many times to defend their rights.
They got no results from this.
