【新唐人2014年08月30日訊】大陸媒體27號廣泛報導前重慶公安局長王立軍五花八門的「專利腐敗」，讓他再次登上了大陸熱詞榜榜首。這些專利中，包括高精尖殺人專利產品「原發性腦幹損傷撞擊機」等。評論認為，中共媒體目前重炒王立軍，有可能在旁敲側擊，打擊對手。
8月27號，《中國青年報》在報導中共官場新腐敗的方式——「智腐」時披露，王立軍在重慶任職期間，獲得專利總共254個，其中有211個，是2011年一年之內申請的，以平均每1.7天申請一個專利，牟取私利。
隨後，《人民日報》轉發《新京報》社論說，其實，王立軍的絕大多數專利，是外觀設計專利，那根本就不是發明。這種專利的堆砌，純屬滿足其畸形的權力癖好。
而《新浪網》通過視頻，圖示了王立軍發明的高精尖科技產品——「原發性腦幹損傷撞擊機」。
據《醫學百科》介紹，腦幹內除有顱神經核、軀體的感覺和運動傳導束通過外，還有網狀結構和呼吸、循環等生命中樞。因此腦幹損傷後，除了有局部腦神經受損的表現外，意識障礙、運動感覺障礙的表現往往較重。
海外中文媒體《大紀元》質疑，這個產品可能是專門用於損害人體腦幹的害人工具。王立軍一直從事有關活摘器官研究，他的「原發性腦幹損傷撞擊機」，是不是在不用麻醉藥物摘取器官的情況下，使人意識喪失，而心跳和呼吸仍然存在的，所謂「高精尖的科技產品」。
王立軍擁有很多有關器官移植的專家學者頭銜。中國商務部網站介紹，王立軍用來活體摘除器官的「錦州市公安局現場心理研究中心」，依託中國刑警學院、中國醫科大學等十幾所大學的技術支持，還宣稱與美國、日本等十多個國家的大學共同研發項目。
不過，王立軍在前年落馬後，《新唐人》記者通過電話調查，發現王立軍在錦州和重慶的所謂「現場心理研究中心」，只不過是他隨身攜帶的項目。錦州市公安局工作人員告訴記者，那個研究中心，在王立軍離開錦州時就消失了，也沒有宣稱的所謂研究員。
而王立軍的另一個專利——「器官保鮮配方」，國外醫學專家指出，那是比希特勒的毒氣實驗室，和日本人的731部隊還要殘忍的 「殺人成果」。
據《遼瀋晚報》報導，2005年6月9號，特派錦州記者來到了王立軍「研究中心」活動場地，現場目擊「通過對注射死刑人員行刑的全過程」，記者描述現場「專家雲集刑場，如同科研實驗室」。
而王立軍在2006年，領取「光華創新特別貢獻獎」時宣稱，他的科技成果是幾千個現場集結的結晶。以晉陽秘書長為首的「中國光華科技基金會」所有同仁，都見證了他的器官受體移植。
不過，根據「大赦國際」記錄，當時中國死刑犯處決每年只有1616人，而器官利用率不過30%。作為一個三級市公安局局長，王立軍的器官移植來源於哪裏？
「追查國際」的調查結果顯示，王立軍所主持的錦州市公安局「現場心理研究中心」，涉嫌用法輪功學員做器官移植等人體實驗，涉嫌活體摘取法輪功學員器官，做器官移植手術。
王立軍已經入獄，那為甚麼現在，大陸媒體又高調報導王立軍的「專利腐敗」呢？
旅美時政評論員藍述：「主要還是把活摘器官有意無意的聯繫在一起，說明北京高層下一步推行的所謂改革，遇到了強大的阻力，一個最大的對立面就是江系，還在任的江系官員。」
最新香港《動向》雜誌披露，習近平上臺後曾經遭到5次暗殺，並已經組閣新的班子以防不測。
旅美學者章天亮曾經指出，江澤民迫害法輪功和活摘法輪功學員器官的罪行，是習近平可以隨時捻拿的死穴。

Mainland media report Wang Lijun’s Patent Corruption
August 27th, China Mainland media report widely
the “Patent Corruption" of Wang Lijun, former director
of Chongqing Public Security.
This puts Wang Lijun again
top of the list of hot names in the Mainland.
These patents include a sophisticated
and patented murder product
“primary brain stem injury hit machine".
The comments analysed
that the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official media
now hotly report Wang Lijun possibly
for insinuations against and attacking opponents.
On August 27, when China Youth Daily reported
a new corruption way:-intelligence corruption
in the official field of the CCP.
It is revealed that during Wang Lijun’s tenure
in Chongqing City, he obtained 254 patents.
Among them, 211 patents were applied for in 2011,
which equalled to applying one patent per 1.7 days,
hence making personal profit.
Following the news report, the People’s Daily forwarded
an editorial of Beijing News which said, in fact,
the vast majority of patents applied for in the name
of Wang Lijun are appearance design patents,
and that is essentially not the invention.
Such a pile of patents are purely used for meeting
his malformed hobby for power.
Via video, Sina Website illustrates a sophisticated
technology product invented in the name of Wang Lijun-
“primary brain stem injury machine."
According to the Medical Encyclopedia,
in addition to the cranial nerve nuclei, somatic sensory
and motor tracts inside the brainstem,
there are network node-like configurations
and life vital centers such as respiratory, circulatory etc.
So after brain stem injury, in addition to the manifestations
of partial damage to the brain nerve system,
unconsciousness barrier, impaired movement sensory
performance barrier are often heavier.
Overseas Chinese media Epoch Times questioned:
such a product may be designed
to damage the human brainstem.
Wang Lijun has been engaged in research
related to organ harvesting,
his “primary brain stem injury machine" might be
a so-called “sophisticated technology product",
which is used to remove the consciousness of the victims
but still with the existence of the heartbeat
and breathing activities, during taking organs
from live victims without anesthetic.
Wang Lijun has many titles of experts and scholars
relevant to organ transplants.
According to Chinese Ministry of Commerce website,
relying on the support of more than a dozen universities
including China Criminal Police College,
China Medical University,
Site Psychological Research Centre
of Jinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau,
which has been verified as a place for Wang Lijun
to carry out organ harvesting,
also declared that the Center has researched
many projects jointly with the universities
from a dozen of countries
including the United States, Japan etc.
However, after Wang Lijun was caught in 2012,
by telephone survey an NTD reporter found
that the so-called “Site Psychological Research Center"
is only a project carried on by Wang Lijun himself.
The Jinzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau staff
told the reporter that the Research Center disappeared
when Wang Lijun left Jinzhou City,
and there is no so-called researcher in the Center.
Another patent “Organ Preservation Formula" is invented
by the name of Wang Lijun.
According to international medical experts,
that patent is a more cruel and brutal “murder achievement"
than Hitler’s gas chambers and the Japanese 731 troop.
According to “Liaoshen Evening News" report,
on June 9, 2005, the special correspondent in Jinzhou City
went to the venue of the Research Center of Wang Lijun,
and witnessed the “the whole process of execution
by lethal injection" at the scene.
The reporter described the scene
with “the experts gathering in the place
of execution like a research laboratory “.
In 2006, when Wang Lijun received the
“Special Contribution Award of Guanghua Innovation",
he claimed that his scientific and technological achievements
were the outcomes of thousands of on-site cases.
China Guanghua Science and Technology Foundation’s
Secretary-General Jin Yang and all other colleagues
have witnessed his organ transplant process.
However, according the records made
by Amnesty International, at that time
there were only 1616 criminals executed by death penalty,
which has around 30% organ utilization.
As a Director of Municipal Public Security Bureau
of a third class city,
where did the transplanted organ sources come from?
The survey conducted by the World Organization
to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong shows
that Site Psychological Research Center
of Jinzhou City Public Security Bureau chaired by Wang Lijun
is suspected of utilizing Falun Gong practitioners
as human organ transplant experiments,
carrying out organ harvesting
from living Falun Gong practitioners,
and doing organ transplants.
Wang Lijun has been in prison, so why now has mainland media
reported Wang Lijun’s “patent corruption" in a high-profile way?
Lan Blue is an American current affairs commentator,
and he described: “The main purpose is
to put organ harvesting together intentionally
or unintentionally.
This indicates that Beijing high-level met
with strong resistance when implementing
the so-called reform.
One of the largest opponents is Jiang Zemin’s faction,
and those incumbent officials affiliated with Jiang Zemin."
The Latest Hong Kong Magazine “Dongxiang" revealed
that Xi Jinping experienced 5 assassination attempts.
