【新唐人2014年07月24日訊】歐洲新公約 籲立法人體器官販賣

歐洲委員會部長理事會日前頒布新公約,要求歐盟各國政府立法,將非法摘除人體器官定為刑事犯罪。

這份7月9號發表的公約,是為促成歐盟各國和國際社會合作,廣泛採取行動,制止人體器官的買賣。

美國《明慧網》報導,據「歐洲委員會反對販賣人體器官公約(Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs)」的解釋,「為了器官移植而進行的全球性非法人體器官貿易的存在,是一個確鑿的事實,這展示了個人和公共衛生的一個明確的險境,同時也違反了人權和基本自由,有辱人類的尊嚴和個人自由。」

走投無路 原「建行」中層公開退黨

原「建設銀行」天津分行紅橋支行的中層管理人員張蘭英,7月23號,在媒體上發表「退黨聲明」,公開表示「退出中共」。

據大陸《維權網》報導,張蘭英於6月30號已經向中共中央組織部,和中共在天津的相關機構,遞交了這份「退黨」申請,但至今沒有收到回覆。於是張蘭英授權《維權網》,全文發表她的「退黨申請書」。

據報導,張蘭英的私人住房5年前被天津南開區區長帶人強拆,所有私人財產被洗劫一空,從此她開始了「維權」。5年中,她被綁架、被非法拘禁、被關黑監獄、被逼離婚、被逼流浪,直到被逼到絕望中絕食、割腕自殺。

張蘭英85歲高齡的父母,也因為受她株連,一直被關在天津南開區政府私設的「黑監獄」中,最近老人身體出現問題,當局不允許治療,生命受到威脅。

張蘭英表示,經歷了這麼多的迫害後,她終於幡然醒悟,不能再與中共同流合污。

大陸學生遭中聯辦迫簽反佔中協議

7月22號,香港《主場新聞》網站報導,一名中國大陸在香港學習的學生,在網上訴苦說,他按照規定到「中聯辦」辦理學習證明時,被「中聯辦」要求必須簽署一份「反佔中」協議,否則不予辦理學習證明。據了解,這份證明是在港大陸學生證明讀書身份、及升學等事項的一份必備文件。

香港《蘋果日報》日前也曾報導,「中聯辦」威脅在港大陸學生簽署「保普選,反佔中」記名表格,否則不為畢業生辦理升學或求職所需的在港留學證明。

目前,這名學生已經刪除了網上留言,但他所發內容已被媒體截圖保存。

New European Convention Against Human Organ Trafficking

The Council of the European Union recently issued a new convention.

This requires EU governments to legislate illegal human organ
harvesting as a criminal offense.

Adoption of the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in
Human Organs was published on July 9.
It is to promote cooperation between EU countries and the international
community, to take action to stop the sale of human organs.

US Minghui reported that, from the explanation from the Convention
the global illicit human organs trade for organ transplants truly exists.
It shows the dangers existing to personal and public health.

It is also in violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
degrading human dignity and personal freedom.

Former China Construction Manager Quits the Party Publicly

On July 23, former China Construction Bank (CCB) middle level
manager Zhang Lanying publicly issued a statement to quit the party.

According to the mainland Human Rights Defenders report, on June 30,
Zhang Lanying submitted an application resigning from the party to the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Central Organization Department and
relevant agencies in Tianjin, but got no response.
So Zhang Lanying authorized Human Rights Defenders to publish her
application to quit the party.

According to the report, Zhang Lanying’s private house was forcibly
taken down five years ago in Tianjin Nankai District by the district
chief and all private property was looted. Zhang started to petition then.

She was kidnapped, illegally detained, detained in black jails, forced
to divorce, forced to wander until desperate she went on hunger strike.

Zhang Lanying’s 85-year-old parents are held in Tianjin
Nankai district government secret black jail.
Her parents are suffering serious health issues recently because they are
not allowed to get treatment.

Zhang Lanying said she awakened to the truth finally not to be in
cahoots with the CCP after so much persecution.

Mainland Students Forced to Sign Agreement Against Occupy
Central or Lose Study Rights

On July 22, Hong Kong Home News Web site reported that a mainland
student complained that he was made to sign he was against Occupy
Central by the Liaison office when he was there for study proof. This
is now a necessary identity document for mainland students.

Hong Kong Apple Daily recently reported the Hong Kong Liaison Office
threatened mainland students in Hong Kong into signing the form.
If they don’t sign the form of universal suffrage protection and against
Occupy Central, they won’t get proof to study or work in Hong Kong.

Currently, the student has deleted the online posts; but his post has been
saved a as screenshot by media.
