香港人爭取特首普選/和平佔領中環全民投票活動,6月22號進入第三天。當天,主辦單位在全港範圍設立了15個實體投票站、供市民投票。截至當晚9點,已有超過68萬港人投票。

投票原計劃於22號結束,但由於早前電子投票系統遭駭客攻擊,組織者決定將投票時間延長到6月29號。

評論人士認為,北京當局發佈的香港白皮書、恐嚇抓捕香港民主人士、以及最近網路駭客對公投電子系統的攻擊行為等,令港人感到了危機,所以紛紛走出來投票發聲。

劉萍女兒廖敏月被禁止出境

被稱為「新余三君子」的劉萍等人日前被判重刑後,劉萍的女兒廖敏月也因為呼籲關注母親案情,而被當局禁止出境。

據《維權網》報導,廖敏月6月22號收到江西「新余市公安局出入境管理處」的通知書。通知書說,廖敏月涉嫌尋釁滋事,被列為法定不批准出境人員,並要求廖敏月在6月20號下班前上交護照,否則將宣佈護照作廢。

廖敏月對此做出公開回應說,「就算坐牢,我也會和我母親一樣,在中國看著中國民主憲政的一天」。

廖敏月的母親劉萍,因舉牌要求中共官員公布財產、和在網上呼籲釋放被關押的良心人士,6月19號被判刑6年。

廖敏月在庭後發表聲明說:「我正在深刻懺悔,因為現在我母親他們所遭受的代價,就是我們一群冷漠者、懦弱者所造成的……我們的懦弱讓勇敢者付出了慘痛的代價。」

廖敏月還在聲明中指出:「這次的判決,不是三個人的悲劇,是三個家庭的悲劇,中國法制的悲哀。」

廖敏月是應屆大學畢業生,就讀於「安徽財經大學」,去年12月底,她曾經向學校黨委遞交了退黨聲明,主動退出中共預備黨員。

因言獲罪藏人出獄 獲族人隆重迎接

6月20號,兩位「因言獲罪」入獄4年的四川阿壩州藏族作家:東科和布旦,刑滿獲釋,從四川省綿陽監獄回到各自的家鄉,得到當地藏族民眾的隆重迎接。

東科和布旦因在《夏東日》月刊上,發表涉及2008年西藏抗議事件和評述藏人抗暴的文章,2010年6月21號,被警方以涉嫌「分裂」的罪名拘捕,隨後被判刑四年。與東科和布旦同時被捕的藏族作家尕藏金巴,則被判刑3年。

大陸作家唯色在博客中說,20號,早一年出獄的尕藏金巴,也出現在迎接藏族作家出獄的人群中。

Hong Kong People Participate in Referendum of
Occupy Central With Love and Peace

The past 3 days has seen the Hong Kong people vote in the
Chief Executive general election and participate in the
unofficial referendum voting by Occupy Central With Love
And Peace (OCLP).

By 9pm on June 22, over 680 thousand Hong Kong people
had voted in 15 public polling stations.

The vote should have ended on June 22.

However, because of the attack on the electronic voting
system, the organizers decided to extend the vote to June 29.

When Beijing authorities released the white paper about
one country two systems then followed by the recent hacker
attacks on the referendum, Hong Kong citizens responded
to the crisis and came out to vote.

Liu Ping’s Daughter Liao Minyue Cannot Go Abroad

Xinyu San Junzi and Liu Ping were heavily sentenced
recently.

Liu Ping’s daughter Liao Minyue is banned from traveling by
authorities because she called attention to her mother’s case.

Human Rights Defenders reported, Liao Minyue received a
notice from the Exit & Entry office of Xinyu Security Bureau.

The notice said Liao Minyue is listed as a person not allowed
to exit the country on suspicion of causing an affray.

They also demanded that Liao Minyue submit her passport
immediately; otherwise the passport would be invalid.

Liao Minyue made a public response, “Even in prison, I will
wait for China’s democratic constitution like my mother.”

Liao Minyue’s mother Liu Ping was sentenced 6 years for
requesting Chinese officials’ assets to be made public and
using the internet to call for the release of the conscientious
person who was arrested for holding a banner.

Liao Minyue issued a statement after the court: “I deeply
regret that our passive and weak people make my mom and
other people suffer. Our weakness makes those strong hearted
people deeply upset.”

Liao Minyue’s statement also said “The verdict is not about
The tragedy of three people, but of three families.

It is also the Chinese legal system’s tragedy.

Liao Minyue is a recent university graduate from the Anhui
University of Finance and Economics.

In December, she gave a statement to the school withdrawing
as a probationary member from the Chinese Communist Party.

Tibetans Released From Prison Have Welcome Ceremony

On June 20, two Tibetan writers Dong Ke and Bu Tan in jail
for speech crimes in Sichuan Aba were released.

They returned to their homeland from Mianyang Sichuan
prison and had a great welcome.

They published an article about the 2008 Tibet protest and
the repression of Tibet in Summer East magazine.

In June 2010, they were sentenced to four years in prison
on suspicion of separatism.

Another Tibetan writer Gazangjinba was arrested at the same
time and sentenced to 3 years.

Mainland writer Weise wrote in a blog, “GaZangjinba
releasedone year earlier also welcomes the Tibetan writers.”
