【新唐人2014年06月21日訊】香港「佔中」首日逾30萬人投票
由香港「佔領中環」運動進行的「6•22民間全民投票」，6月20號中午12點正式開始，市民可以通過手機或者到「香港大學民意研究計劃」設立的網站投票。
「港大民意研究中心」發言人表示，電子投票的伺服器仍然受到大規模攻擊，但是在技術部門的努力下系統仍能正常運作。
參加投票的市民非常踴躍，投票開始2小時就達10萬票，截至當天晚上9點鐘，投票人數已超過32萬。
曾經在香港「六四維園燭光紀念會」上呼籲民眾要「佔領中環」的北京維權律師滕彪，20號在網路社交平臺「推特」上說：對於香港人來說，這不是一次普通的投票，這是一次決定將來還有沒有機會投票的投票。
不過，北京和香港當局都指責「全民公投」不合法，聲稱不會承認投票結果。
美懲罰中國通訊信號干擾器製造商
「美國聯邦通信委員會」(FCC)在6月19號宣佈，對中國電子產品製造商C.T.S.Technology處以3,490萬美元罰款，這是委員會有史以來開出的最大一筆罰金。
通信委員會指責這家中國公司過去兩年多，通過網站向美國消費者銷售285款信號干擾裝置，並謊稱公司銷售的部分干擾器已獲得「美國聯邦通信委員會」批准。
通信委員會認為信號干擾器對公眾安全構成了直接危險，可能會切斷急救人員的通訊。在美國，銷售和使用信號干擾器都是非法的，只有聯邦執法人員在有限的情況下，才准許使用信號干擾裝置。
中共清查境外NGO消息被撤
最近大陸多家媒體報導說，中共新成立的「國安會」下令，對在華境外非政府組織（NGO）展開全面清查，以防所謂的「境外勢力」在華滲透。但消息隨後被中共當局封殺，報導原文已經被撤下，部分鏈結在「微博」上也被刪除。
據《德國之聲》報導，「綠色和平」組織的中國發言人表示：「這一消息看來是被泄露的內部通知」。
福建村民抗議貪腐遭數百警鎮壓
6月20號上午，福建省連江縣坑園鎮前嶼村村民，抗議官員貪污腐敗，要求歸還土地，遭到坑園鎮鎮長帶領的幾百武警暴力鎮壓。
據《中國茉莉花革命》網站報導，大批村民被打傷，30多人送醫治療。

300,000 Voters On The First Day of Occupy Central
The unofficial referendum of Hong Kong’s Occupy Central
campaign began at midday on June 20.
Residents can vote using either mobile phones or the website
of the Public Opinion Programme, University of Hong Kong.
The Public Opinion Programme spokesman said the electronic
voting platform is still under a massive attack.
However despite that the system continues to function
normally under technical support.
The enthusiastic voters reached 100,000 in the first two hours.
By 9pm, there were 320,000 voters.
During the Tiananmen vigil in Victoria Park recently Hong
Kong people were asked to support the Occupy Central event.
Beijing human rights lawyer Teng Biao, Tweeted “To the
people of Hong Kong, this is not an ordinary vote.
This is a vote that decides the future, i.e., the opportunity
to vote."
However, Beijing and Hong Kong authorities have claimed
the referendum illegal, and the results will not be recognized.
US-Communication Signal Jammers
Punish China Manufacturer
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) plans to
issue the largest fine in its history of $34.9 million against
CTS Technology Co., Limited, a Chinese electronics
manufacturer and online retailer.
According to the FCC, CTS has allegedly sold 285 models
of signal jamming devices to U.S. consumers for two years.
It was falsely claiming that certain signal jammers
were approved by the FCC.
Signal jammers block telephone calls, GPS systems, Wi-Fi
networks or first-responder communications.
It is a violation of federal law to market, sell, import, or use a
signal jammer in the United States and its territories.
There are a very few limited exceptions involving
federal law enforcement.
News of Investigating Overseas NGOs Are Withdrawn
The newly established National Security Council reportedly
ordered an investigation of overseas Chinese NGOs.
This is to prevent foreign forces infiltration of China.
However, this news has been completely removed,
some of the links on Weibo have also been deleted.
Deutsche Welle reported, that the spokesperson of Greenpeace
said “This seems an internal notice that was leaked."
Hundreds Of Police Crackdown On Fujian Villagers’ Protest
On June 20, villagers of Lianjiang County, Fujian Province,
protested about corrupt officials.
They demanded the return of their land.
The mayor led a very large group of armed police
to crackdown on the protest.
According to Chinese Jasmine Revolution website report,
many villagers were injured. 30 people went to hospital.
