【新唐人2014年06月10日訊】在中共早年「聚眾造反」的「根據地」——陝西靖邊縣，日前發生了農民為求生存起義造反的事件。數百名的村民不滿村中的土地，被權貴家族圈佔，投訴上訪多年沒有結果之後，今年的6月初他們選出了「打土豪工作隊」，強行分田、分地。領頭者表示，他們是被「逼上樑山」。
據報導，圈佔陝西靖邊縣村民土地的是陝西國企——「延長油田」副總經理王治華，號稱個人財產有30億元人民幣，村民稱他是陝北「最大的土豪劣紳」。
王治華的父親，1979年以每月100元價格，承包村中1000畝集體土地，當時與村委會簽約承包15年，但35年過去了，土地不但沒交還，承包地還擴展到3780畝，目前被王治華圈佔的土地價值高達1億8900萬元。王家還把政府撥給西溝村的336萬元支農專項資金佔為己有。
西溝村400多戶失地農民無以為生，近年來不斷上訪、到法院起訴王治華，要求收回本村地權，不但沒有結果，去年還因上訪，被王治華串通地方公安，抓走11名村民，其中多人被刑拘。
村民們在無奈之下，6月1號選出了40多人的「打土豪工作隊」，拿著捲皮尺、扛著木樁去丈量土地、插樁劃界，分田分地。「打土豪」隊長王德武表示，他們是被逼上樑山！已有心理準備。
河北工程大學副教授王剛：「現在上訪、下跪、哀求那都不解決問題，中國只有人民起來，以這種方式才能夠推動歷史往前發展，如果這樣的人多了，這樣的事多了，中國現在不是這樣的了。」
前山東大學教授孫文廣認為，中國目前這個現狀，農民走中共當年「聚眾造反」的道路根本走不通。
孫文廣：「『打土豪分田地』在當前來講不太現實，你說的『土豪』都有背景啊，他有政府力量支持，有軍隊支持，你怎麼去打？你要拿起槍，拿起武器上井岡山造反，它早把你消滅了。」
近年來，中國農民因抵抗強拆、強徵而自殺、自焚，甚至被碾死、打死的事件屢屢發生，6月6號，河南信陽市工業城袁寨村新婚美女因抵抗強拆，被村支書帶領工業城拆遷辦等80多人火燒燬容，胎兒不保。
原《陝西電視臺》記者馬曉明：「現在全國6、70%不管是個人或者是集體的上訪，都與土地問題有關係，你不同意，輕者我給你斷水斷電騷擾你，直至僱傭數百名的打手野蠻的進村打人，我親眼所見就有幾起。」
原《陝西電視臺》記者馬曉明指出，中共各階權貴對土地的圈佔，就是對農民赤裸裸的掠奪，如果農民不能團結起來反抗，永遠難以改變被壓榨掠奪的命運。
馬曉明：「為甚麼呢？大大小小的強盜，它們結成了一夥，包括公、檢、法都是這些掠奪的參與者，這個土地倒來倒去，掠奪來掠奪去，不知道多少貪官污吏發了巨額的財，是一個巨大的貪婪殘暴狡詐的強盜團夥啊！」
美國華文《大紀元時報》社論——《九評共產黨》揭露，中共從拉起「紅軍」搞武裝割據，軍火彈藥、吃飯穿衣需要錢，「籌款」的形式就是打土豪、搶銀洋。
《九評共產黨》：「李先念的紅軍在鄂西一帶綁票縣城裡的首富人家，不是綁一個，而是家族中每富裕家庭綁一個，叫綁活票。綁活票不撕票，即不殺人質，留下活口，目地是要家裏人一壇一壇不斷的送大銀元去供養紅軍，直到餵飽了紅軍，或是家破人亡，無油水可榨，才把奄奄一息的人質放回，有人因此被驚嚇折磨致死。」
《九評共產黨》指出，中共當年的「打土豪、分田地」，完全是一種有組織的打家劫舍，中共用文學作品把當時的鄉紳、富戶醜化，讓人認同它的行為是「劫富濟貧、除暴安良」。其實那些鄉紳、富戶大多數都是安分守己的人，很多家庭財產都是經過幾輩人的辛勤勞作、、省吃儉用才積蓄下來的，但中共把他們一概劃為「地主、土豪」，搶奪他們的財產、殺害他們的家人。

Farmers take Direct Action to get back Land
Recently Jingbian County, Shanxi Province, well-known
as an early Communist rebel base
saw a modern revolt by local farmers.
After years of petitioning in vain they formed a work team to
directly share out land occupied by a powerful family.
The team leader said they were driven to revolt.
Let’s see the story.
It’s said that Wang Zhihua deputy general manager
of state-owned Yanchang Petroleum, seized
and occupied the land.
He is said to be worth 30 million in personal property.
In 1979,Wang Zhihua’s father rented 1,000 acres
of rural collective land for 15 years at 100 yuan per month,
extended to 3780 acres after 35 years.
Currently, Wang Zhihua has up to 189 million yuan of land
and 3.36 million yuan in agricultural subsidies
allocated to Xigou village by government.
More than 400 families of Xigou village frequently petitioned
and sued Wang Zhihua in vain to reclaim the land
as they had no means of subsistence.
Last year, Wang Zhihua is said to have colluded
with the local police to arrest 11
petitioners into criminal detention.
On June 1, villagers formed a work team of 40 people
to take over the land.
They carried a roll of tape, and wooden stakes to measure
and divide the land for re-distribution.
Team leader Wang Dewu said they were psychologically
prepared because they were driven to revolt!
Associate Professor Wang Gang of Hebei University:
“Now petitions, kneeling begging do not solve the problem.
The Chinese people have to stand up and make history.
If more people do it, China will be different."
Sun Wenguang, emeritus professor of Shandong university
said in the current situation under CCP rule
Chinese farmers can’t rebel en masse.
Sun Wenguang: “it’s impossible to get the land back
from local tyrants.
They have government background and military
support, how can you take them down?
They already wiped you out if you carried a gun in
Jinggang Mountain.”
Now Chinese peasants may commit suicide,
burn themselves or even been crushed and killed by forced
demolitions and compulsory acquisition of land.
June 6, a newly married beauty was burned to disfigurement
and miscarriage by 80 people including village branch secretary
and people from the Housing Department
for resisting demolition in Henan province.
Former Shanxi TV reporter Ma Xiaoming:"60% to 70% of
petitions are related to the land problem.,
If you resist, they will cut off water and electricity to harass
you at least; or even hire hundreds to beat up the village.
I have seen several cases."
Ma Xiaoming pointed out that
the plunder is from CCP different level elite.
If the farmers cannot unite to resist, they will not be able to
change their fate.
Ma Xiaoming: “Why? Large or small bandits formed a gang
of predators including public security authorities.
We don’t know how much corrupt officials made by seizing
and reselling the land.
This is a huge brutal, cunning, greedy robber gang!"

“Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party"
exposed the CCP’s fundraising tactic of
expropriation from local landowners to found the Red army
and get ammunition, food, and clothing.”
It stated" Li Xiannian’s Red Army kidnapped one member
of each rich family as a live hostage
They didn’t kill the hostage so the families would send money
to feed the Red army.
When the family was ruined with no more money to send,
they would release the dead or dying hostage."
Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party pointed out that
the CCP’s seizure from landowners was organized robbery.
The CCP’s literary works vilified the squire and the rich
to make people agree with their methods of robbing the rich
to assist the poor.
In fact, most of those squires and the rich kept their nose clean.
They got their family properties by several generations’ hard work,
pinching and scraping.
However, the CCP depicted them as landlords and tyrants
to justify robbing them and killing their families.
