【新唐人2014年02月06日訊】美國三位高官發言 勸誡中共
自去年11月中共宣佈設立「東海防空識別區」，引發日、韓、美緊張後，最近又傳出中共將再次自行決定，宣佈設立「南海防空識別區」的消息，引起周邊局勢緊張。
美國軍方、外交和情報部門的三位高官，日前接連在不同場合，就中共在東海、南海擴張軍力，引發東亞和南亞緊張局勢問題發表講話，勸誡中共不要一意孤行、擴張無度。
這三位美國高官分別是：太平洋美軍司令洛克利爾（Samuel J. Locklear），負責亞太地區的美國助理國務卿拉塞爾（Daniel Russel），和美國國家情報總監詹姆斯•克拉珀(James Clapper)。
太平洋美軍司令洛克利爾直接了當的說，他最想告訴中共的是：無論在東海或南海，美國不接受任何改變現狀的行為，但他相信可以通過外交手段，解決領土爭議。
菲總統喻中共為納粹 網友贊同
與此同時，菲律賓總統阿基諾三世週二發表言論，將中共比作二戰時期的納粹，招來中共官方的辱罵，但是，卻得到中國網友的支持。
阿基諾2月4號接受美國《紐約時報》的採訪時表示，中共近年在南中國海主權爭議方面的做法越來越強硬，好比當年納粹德國在歐洲。
中共黨媒《新華社》5號發表評論說，阿基諾將中共暗喻為納粹德國，顯示他是一名業餘政客，對歷史和現實無知。
不過，對阿基諾的說法，中國民眾卻表示贊同，紛紛在網上留言說，阿基諾「還真說了句實話」。
也有網友指出，中共「對待國人，就像納粹。對待非國人，就像一條哈巴狗。」
千人致信習近平 促建人權保障體系
湖北異議人士秦永敏，2月4號發佈第七封致中共黨魁習近平的公開信，一天之內，就獲的1120人的聯署支持。公開信呼籲官民合作，建立人權保障體系。
公開信中並提出了五條保障人權的建議，分別是：允許民 間人權組織合法註冊﹔將社會保障部改組為人權部﹔制定與民主國家同等的言論法、新聞法、出版法、遊行集會示威法﹔和嚴厲打擊執法違法的侵犯人權現象﹔以及設立官方人權機構與民間人權組織的定期聯席會議機制。
公開信還表示，支持中共當局懲處前中共政法委書記、政治局常委周永康。

Three high Level U.S. officials Spoke to exhort the CCP
Since last November, the establishment of “the East China Sea
air defense identification zone" triggered intense reactions
from the United States, Korea and Japan.
Three U.S. officials from military, diplomatic and intelligence
services exhorted the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) not to
act willfully on their military expansion in the East Sea and
South Sea to cause further tensions.
The three American officials are: U.S. Pacific Commander
Samuel J. Locklear responsible for the Asia-Pacific region.
U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Daniel Russell and the
U.S. National Intelligence Director James Clapper.
U.S. Pacific commander Locklear said that the most he wanted
to tell the CCP is the US doesn‘t accept any behavior changing
the current status and he believes we can resolve the territorial
dispute through diplomatic means.
Philippine President Benigno Aquino III on Tuesday compared
the CCP to Nazis during World War II after being provoked by
the CCP and got support from Chinese netizens.
On February 4, Aquino told the U.S. “New York Times" that
the CCP became much tougher on south sea sovereignty
dispute, like Nazi Germany in Europe.
CCP media “Xinhua News Agency commented on Aquino as
an amateur politician for comparing the CCP to Nazis because
he knew nothing about history and reality.
However, Chinese netizens agreed with Aquino’s statement
and said he was telling the truth.
Some netizens also pointed out that the CCP is like the Nazis
to the Chinese and a pug to other countries people.
Thousands of People Send Letter to Xi Jinping to Promote
Building Human Rights Protection System
On February 4, Hubei dissident Qin Yongmin released the
seventh open letter to Xi Jinping and got 1120 signatures in
support.
The open letter called for cooperation between officials and
people and building a human rights protection system.
The open letter gave five recommendations to protect human
rights.
Namely: allow private human rights organizations to register.
Generate the same speech, press, publishing, and procession
demonstration laws as other democratic countries;
Crack down on the violations of human rights in Law
enforcement;
set up a regular meeting mechanism between official human
rights institutions and civil human rights organizations.
The open letter also supported punishment of the former
secretary of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committee
of Political and Law, the Politburo Standing Committee,
Zhou Yongkang.
