中國新年期間，大陸普通民眾紛紛趕回家鄉，與親人共渡佳節，但是，因為各種冤情而維權上訪的訪民們，卻反而從各地趕赴北京抗議。
大年三十，北京專門關押訪民的黑監獄「馬家樓」，還關押著上千訪民，有的已經被拘禁了5、6天。
大年初一早晨5點半，被關押的訪民終於忍無可忍，衝出黑監獄，到北京新發地橋北打橫幅抗議，他們高喊「打倒貪官，打倒腐敗，我要過年」等口號，將馬路堵住，導致交通中斷一個多小時。
年三十 成龍給春晚「報喪」？
大陸春晚開演後,就成了網民和媒體的吐槽對像，其中，香港電影明星成龍的「言行」，更是遭到網友狂轟。
成龍在春晚中客串主持，但是卻在報幕時，把歌舞《最好的夜晚》報成了《最後的夜晚》，被網友調笑說，「成龍一代言，春晚就成最後的夜晚了。」
而成龍的抱拳動作，也左右手弄反，成了報喪動作。
大陸《法制晚報》大年初一專門以【拜年手勢 男女有別！漲姿勢！(知識)】為題，發了一條微博，說：「抱拳的禮節是平輩之間拜年的一種形式。標準的男子姿勢是右手成拳，左手包住，因為右手在概念上是攻擊手，包住以示善意﹔女子則相反，但不抱拳，只壓手。如左右手弄反，那是哀拳，報喪、求饒才用的。」
穿「打倒共匪」白大褂上海訪民被抓
據大陸《維權網》1月31號報導，29號上午，上海數百訪民按照慣例前往上海市政府門前示威抗議，其中，一位維權17年的訪民被警察抓走，至今下落不明。
據知情者介紹，這位訪民的200萬財產被政府搶奪，從而走上維權抗議之路，他在多次抗議活動中，都在身上穿著寫有「打倒共匪」等字樣的白大褂。

Hundreds of people blocked the road to protest in Beijing over
the lunar New Year’s Day
During the Chinese New Year, people normally leave Beijing to
go home and celebrate this traditional festival
with their family.
However, petitioners with various grievances go to Beijing
from all over the country to protest.
On Chinese New Year Eve, Beijing’s black jail, “Majialou" that
is specifically for petitioners, still detained thousands of
petitioners, and some have been detained for 5 to 6 days.
At 5:30am on the lunar New Year’s Day, detained petitioners
intolerably rushed out of the black prison to the north of
Xinfadi bridge to protest with banners.
They blocked the road and chanted slogans like “Crack
down on corruption, I want to celebrate the New Year",
causing traffic delays of more than one hour.
New Year’s Eve, Jackie Chan “gave an obituary notice" to the
Spring Festival Gala?
The starting of Spring Festival Gala became the object to
make netizens and media vomit.
Hong Kong movie star Jackie Chan’s “words and deeds" were
bombed by netizens.
Jackie Chan announced the dance, “the best night" as “the last
night" when he made a guest appearance as the announcer.
The netizens made fun of him that Jackie Chan’s endorsement
makes the Spring Festival Gala as “the last night".
Jackie Chan’s folded hands became an obituary notice action
with reversing right and left hands.
Continental “Legal Evening News" micro-blogged with the
name gesture of new year’s greeting is different from woman to
man! More posture (knowledge).
Micro-Blog: Folded hands is a new year’s greeting form of
the same generation.
The right gesture for males is to use the left hand wrapping
the fist of right hand to show good faith because the right
hand is used to attack; females on the contrary should
press the hand without a fist.
It is sad boxing, for an obituary notice or showing mercy with
a reversed right hand and left hand.
Shanghai petitioners were arrested because of wearing, “Crack
down the CCP bandits"
Jan. 31, the continental “Human Rights Defenders" reported,
on the morning of the 29th, hundreds of petitioners went to
Shanghai Municipal Government to protest as usual, a 17-year
old petitioner was taken away by police and is missing.
Source said the petitioner’s 2 million yuan ($US 330,000)
property was robbed by the government that led him to protest.
He is always wearing a white coat with some words like “crack
down on the CCP bandits" in repeated protests.
