【新唐人2013年06月08日訊】廈門快速公交車起火 48人遇難
大陸廈門一輛快速公交系統（BRT）公交車，7號傍晚在蔡塘站附近燃燒起火。造成至少48人遇難，33人受傷。
當地網友表示，當天是高考日，發生事故的公交車上，有不少剛剛考完試的學生，許多家長穿梭在當地多家醫院，詢問親人的下落。
而大陸維權人士溫雲超在推特上表示，「看了一下廈門起火公交車的照片，車身外側油漆沒有過火，火是從裡面開始燒的，看公交車像是後置動力，如果是動力系統著火，火也在後面燒起，不可能引起這麼大的傷亡，我個人猜測是裡面有人以大量汽油一類的助燃物縱火所致。」
也有網友表示，這起事件可能不是簡單的起火，甚至可能是恐怖襲擊。
原鐵道部部長劉志軍即將受審
中共原鐵道部部長、黨組書記劉志軍，6月9號將在北京市第二中級法院受審，他面臨受賄、濫用職權的指控。
據了解，劉志軍為女商人丁書苗在投資高鐵相關產業、和投標鐵路工程等方面提供幫助，丁書苗涉嫌非法獲利30億元。
去年8月，中國鐵路系統內部通報了劉志軍涉嫌違紀的六大問題，除了涉嫌收受巨額賄賂外，劉志軍還被指控「玩弄多名女性」。
在劉志軍主政鐵道部八年期間，大力倡導高速鐵路網絡，但高鐵事故卻頻頻發生。
2008年4月，發生膠濟鐵路山東淄博段列車脫軌相撞事故，70人死亡、416人受傷。2011年7月，浙江溫州再發生甬溫線動車追撞事故，多節車廂脫離軌道，甚至車廂翻覆橋下，而公開報導的死亡人數只有40人，大眾懷疑官方瞞報。
中共突發護照 陳光福意外
中共國家主席習近平到美國會晤美國總統歐巴馬的同時，山東盲人維權人士陳光誠的大哥陳光福6月7號表示，北京當局發給他第一張護照。
陳光福告訴英國廣播公司《BBC》駐北京記者，他與母親曾多次申請護照，但山東地方當局一直以各種理由，拒絕他們的申請﹔直到5月28號，申請意外受理。陳光福表示，不知道為甚麼當局這次要發護照給他們。
北京維權律師劉曉原稍早前向媒體表示，即使有護照不代表一定能出國，當局可以用各種方法阻撓陳光福出境。
陳光誠去年逃離被軟禁的東師古村之後，離開了中國去了美國。

48 People Killed In Xiamen Bus Accident
On the evening of June 7, a rapid transit system bus
in Xiamen caught fire near Cai Tong station.
At least 48 people were killed and 33 people were injured.
Local netizens said that it was the day of college entrance
exams so there were students on the bus.
Many parents shuttled between local hospitals,
asking for the whereabouts of their loved ones.
Qwen Yunchao, human rights activist, said on Twitter,
“from the photo, the fire started from inside.
If the power system was on fire, the fire would start from
the rear, but it would not cause so many casualties.
My guess is that someone provided a large quantity of
combustion material to cause that much damage.”
Some netizen said: “It is not a simple fire;
it may even be a terrorist attack.”
Upcoming trial Of Former Railways Minister Liu Zhijun
On June 9, former Minister of Railways and party secretary,
Liu Zhijun, will appear at Beijing Second Intermediate People’s
Court for trial. He is accused of bribery and abuse of power.
It is understood that Liu Zhijun helped businesswoman Ding
invest in railway related industries.
Ding profited illegally by three billion yuan.
Last August, Liu was reported of committing
six disciplinary violations.
As well as bribery, Liu is also accused of
fooling around with many women.
During his eight-year-tenure, Liu Zhijun vigorously promoted
high-speed rail networks, High-speed rail accidents also occurred frequently.
In April 2008, in Shandong Jinan Railway train derailment
and collision, 70 people died and 416 people were injured.
In July 2011, during the Wenzhou railway accident,
many carriages derailed, overturning, and
even falling under the bridge,
but the death toll was only 40 people.
The public suspected officials were concealing the truth.
Chen Guangfu Unexpectedly Gets A Passport
While Chinese President Xi Jinping met with U.S. President
Barack Obama in the US, Chen Guangfu, brother of the blind
activist Chen Guangcheng, received his first passport
from Beijing authorities on June 7.
Chen Guangfu told “BBC" correspondent in Beijing that
he and his mother had repeatedly applied for a passport.
Each time the local authorities in Shandong refused their
applications for various reasons until May 28.
Chen Guangfu said they don’t know why the authorities
suddenly wanted to send them the passports.
Beijing human rights lawyer Liu Xiaoyuan told the media
that having a passport does not necessarily mean one can go abroad.
Authorities can find various reasons to stop
one from leaving the country.
Last year, Chen Guangcheng escaped from his house arrest
and went to the United States.
