【新唐人2013年05月18日訊】現任中紀委書記王岐山上臺之後，反腐動作頻頻。最近，中國大陸媒體披露，王岐山等中紀委領導成員，在4月就約談了53位中央級別的紀檢組組長和紀委書記。分析人士認為，這是中共總書記習近平利用中紀委這個反腐新動作，進行黨內的大清洗。
《中國紀檢監察報》5月16號披露，4月22號到26號，5天時間裏，中央紀委監察部領導班子成員，就落實中共中央八項規定，分別約談了53位派駐到中央和國家機關的紀檢組組長、和紀委書記。
據報導，4月22號，王岐山親自約談了中央紀委駐財政部紀檢組組長劉建華，和國資委紀委書記強衛東；同一天上午，來自中央和國家機關各部委的10多名紀檢組組長和紀委書記，也與中紀委副書記趙洪祝等人，分別進行了一對一的約談。
此後，中紀委領導還約談了中央紀委委員和地方紀委書記。
北京時政觀察人士華頗：「中共會對它這種紀委監督的體制，可能要有一些改組，可能要將各地的紀委書記的這種管理的權限、領導，可能要由中紀委直接來領導。要擺脫地方黨委對這些紀委書記的領導，使各地方的紀委書記能夠直接的、真正的監督地方黨委的一把手。」
在這次約談的前3天——4月19號，習近平決定從今年下半年起，開展為期一年左右的所謂「黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動」。外界一致認為，這是中共新一輪的「整黨」運動。
北京時政觀察人士華頗分析，中共黨內大清洗正在按部就班的進行著，習近平、王岐山要利用紀委這個棋子，消除政治對手。
那麼，中紀委主動出擊後，反腐的風暴會席捲到哪個系統呢？
早在習近平高調反腐後，就提出要打「大老虎」。「十八大」後，有三位副省部級以上高官相繼落馬，包括原四川省委副書記李春城、湖北省人大常委會副主任吳永文，以及國家能源局局長劉鐵男。
另外，今年初，有消息傳出，習近平的反腐行動將從金融行業高官開始，並且名單已經擬好。
大陸民間經濟獨立學者鄭義：「形勢逼人啊，一塊鋼板燒熱了，大家誰也不能在這上面，平平安安的在這個舞臺上，在這個經濟平臺上，因為下面已經很多矛盾。包括很多我們以前的經濟決策、經濟政策和貨幣政策，已經造成了很大的困難。」
目前，上海期貨交易所總工程師嚴少輝、以及中國金融期貨交易所技術中心總監張國元，正在接受檢察機關調查。據統計，「十八大」後，證券行業高管有將近10人，因涉嫌內幕交易或商業賄賂受審。
不過，這些是否就是「大老虎」呢？華頗表示，自從重慶前市委書記薄熙來下臺後，對中共執政地位造成強烈的衝擊，中共不敢向更高層級打擊。
華頗：「因為政治局委員這個級別，這幾十個人，再接連出事的話，我想，中共更加沒法交代了，更加掩飾不住中共體制本身的弊病了。」
不過，也有觀察人士認為，前中央政法委書記周永康的心腹李春城下臺，江系宣傳口徑的中央編譯局局長衣俊卿被解職，以及被喻為江澤民家族的「財務大管家」劉鐵男的落馬，習近平這一系列的動作，或許是他為日後最終鎖定江家幫，挖出真正的「大老虎」作出的鋪墊。

Wang Qishan Takes Action After Xi Jinping Started
A Hurricane of Anti-Corruption
After Wang Qishan the secretary of the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) Discipline Inspection Commission came to power,
there were frequent anti-corruption actions.
Recently, the mainland media disclosed that Wang Qishan and
other members of the Central Commission for Discipline
Inspection, interviewed 53 central-level discipline inspection
team leaders and secretaries.
Analysts believe that General Secretary Xi Jinping is using
this new anti-corruption action of the Central Commission for
Discipline Inspection to purge the CCP.
The discipline inspection and supervision newspaper disclosed
on May 16th from April 22nd to 26th over five days, the members
of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection leadership
implemented the eight provisions of the CCP Central Committee;
They had interviewed 53 discipline inspection team leaders and
secretaries in the central CCP and other national organs.
Apparently on April 22nd Wang Qishan personally interviewed
Liu Jianhua, head of the Ministry of Finance of the CCP Central
Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Qiang Weidong,
secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of the SASAC.
The same day, about 10 discipline inspection team leaders and
secretaries in the central CCP and other national bodies, together
with Zhao Hongzhu, deputy secretary of the CCP Central
Commission for Discipline Inspection had one-on-one interviews.
Later on, the leaders of the Central Discipline Inspection
Commission also interviewed members of the Central and local
Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Hua Po, a current affairs observer said, “The CCP may perform
some reorganization of the supervision system of the Commission
for Discipline Inspection, taking local rights back to central CCP.
It tries to get rid of leadership of local party committees over
secretaries of Commission for Discipline Inspection.
It makes the local secretaries of Commission for Discipline
Inspection leaders directly, supervise local party committees."
Three days before the interview, on April 19th Xi decided to
carry out so-called educational practice of the CCP’s people
policy for about a year.
The outside world believes it is a new round of
purging within the CCP.
The current affairs observer Hua Po in Beijing analyzed that
the purge within the CCP is well underway.
Xi Jinping and Wang Qishan will make use of the Commission
for Discipline Inspection to eliminate political opponents.
After the actions of the Central Commission for Discipline
Inspection, who will be involved in the anti-corruption storm?
After Xi Jinping’s high-profile anti-corruption, he mentioned
fighting with the Tiger.
After the 18th NPC, three provincial and ministerial level senior
officials have been sacked.
These were Li Chuncheng, deputy secretary of Sichuan Province,
Wu Yongwen, deputy director of NPC Standing Committee in
Hubei Province, and Liu Tienan, director, National Energy Bureau.
At the start of 2013, the news said that Xi’s anti-corruption
action would start from senior officials of the financial industry,
and the list had been drawn up.
Non-governmental economic independent scholar Zheng Yi
in China said, “The situation is compelling. It’s like a hot steel
pan, and nobody could be safe in this arena, and economic
platform, because there have been many contradictions.
It includes many economic decisions, policies and monetary
policies, and it has caused great difficulties."
Currently, Yan Shaohui, a chief engineer of the Shanghai
Futures Exchange, as well as Zhang Guoyuan, Director of
Technology Center of China Financial Futures Exchange,
were under the prosecution’s investigation.
According to statistics, after the 18th NPC, in the securities
industry, about 10 executives were investigated on suspicion
of insider trading or commercial bribery.
However, are these so-called tigers?
Hua Po said since the resignation of Bo Xilai, the former
Chongqing Party Secretary, it had greatly impacted the CCP’s
ruling position, and it dares not to fight to a higher level.
Hua Po said, “On the level of members of the Politburo,
these dozens of people, were investigated one after another.
I think, the CCP feels even harder to explain, and could not
conceal the internal sickness of the CCP regime itself."
However, some observers believe that the stepping down of
Li Chuncheng, a confidant of Zhou Yongkang, former secretary
of Central Politics and Law Committee,
The resignation of Yi Junqing, the director of Department of
the Central Compilation and Translation Bureau for Jiang Zemin,
As well as the fall from grace of Liu Tienan, said to be the
financial housekeeper of the family of Jiang Zemin,
This series of actions from Xi Jinping perhaps is to help dig
out the real tiger and focus on Jiang.
