【新唐人2013年03月08日訊】 美報告揭新浪微博「刪帖」內幕
美國麻省理工學院《MIT技術評論》雜誌，3月6號刊登一份研究報告，揭露《新浪》微博的「刪帖」內幕。這份報告由美國「休斯敦萊斯大學」計算機系教授丹•沃勒克（Dan Wallach）和他的同事們完成。報告顯示，5%的刪帖在微博發出後的8分鐘內完成，30%的刪帖在30分鐘內完成，90%的刪帖在24小時內完成。
據研究人員去年8月的觀察，微博中涉及北京、政府、警察、啟東、釣魚島、北京暴雨等字眼的帖子，被刪除得比較快。研究人員還發現，刪帖活動每天晚上七點後趨向平靜，到第二天上午或中午加劇。
報告指出，微博上平均每分鐘會有7萬個帖子發出，如果一個審查員平均每分鐘瀏覽50個帖子、按8小時工作日來算，則需要大約4200名監管員來應對每天發出的海量帖子。
山東再有官員翻牆入室打人
山東省淄博市拆遷戶岳愛玲，3月5號晚上遭到20多政府人員翻牆入室毆打。這是繼去年山東盲人維權人士陳光誠侄兒陳克貴之後，山東省再次發生官方夜間翻牆入室打入事件。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，週二晚上，岳愛玲和她的丈夫在睡夢中聽到有人敲門，前去查看時，發現由街道辦主任帶領二十多人在門口，表示有事要商談。因為怕開門讓他們進來後會對自己不利，岳愛玲和丈夫堅決拒絕。後來這些人便翻牆入室，對岳愛玲和丈夫進行毆打、威脅和恐嚇。
岳愛玲表示，他們被打的原因可能是因為中共兩會舉行時期，當局怕他們到北京上訪。到3月7號，岳愛玲的住所外，仍然還有當局派出的多人看守。
新疆庫爾勒騷亂 多人傷亡全城戒嚴
中共兩會期間，新疆南部庫爾勒市商業區金三角地帶，3月7號發生維漢衝突導致的殺人事件，事件引發騷亂，目前庫爾勒全城已經戒嚴。
當地公安局向《自由亞洲電臺》記者證實了這個消息，但是拒絕透露傷亡人數。但有網友微博爆料說事件造成四死十三傷。
「世界維吾爾代表大會」發言人迪里夏提也表示，他有收到庫爾勒發生衝突的訊息，具體細節及有關時間、地點及傷亡情況，還有待核實。
迪里夏提說，最近庫爾勒政府為了維穩，對維吾爾人進行過一次地毯式清查，過程中任意扣押維族人。他認為，新疆發生這種種族衝突的根源，跟中共的嚴打及歧視性政策有關。

American Report Exposes Inside Story Of Deleting
Posts Of Sina Microblog
On March 6th, USA Magazine “MIT technology comment”
published a research report which exposed the inside story about deleting posts of Sina microblog.
The report was finished by Dan Wallach , computer professor
of Rice University in Houston, and his colleagues.
The report showed that 5% of the posts were deleted
in 8 minutes after the microblogs were published.
30% were deleted in 30 minutes and
90% were deleted within 24 hours.
Research in August 2012, showed posts about Beijing, police
Qidong and Beijing rainstorm were deleted more quickly.
The research also found that the deleting got quiet
after seven o’clock at night.
They were considerably increased in the morning or
at noon the next day.
The report points out there are 700,000 posts
per minutes of Sina microblogs.
One examiner can inspect 50 posts per minutes
over eight hours a day.
It needs 4,200 examiners to deal with such huge
number of posts.
Shandong Officials Beat Person After Breaking Into A Room.
On March 5th Yue Ailing, whose house was forcibly demolished,
was beaten by over 20 government staff, who broke into her room.
This is the second case of breaking into a room
to beat someone after the nephew of Chen Guangcheng,
blind civil right lawyer in Shandong,
was beaten by officials who broke into his room.
According to “Radio Free Asia", last Tuesday night,
Yue and her husband were asleep.
They were awakened by knocking at the door
and got up to check.
They found the Street Office Director heading up
a group of twenty staff outside the door.
The officials said they wanted to talk to them.
Because of being afraid of suffering dangerous,
Yue and her Husband refused them entry to their room.
Then, the officials broke into their room and
beat and threaten Yue and her husband.
Yue said the reason they were beaten is that officials were
afraid of their petition in Beijing during “Two Congress”.
Until March 7th outside of Yue’s house,
there were still some people monitored them.
Korla, Xinjiang Suffered Riots And Heavy Casualties.
It Is Martial Law Of The Whole City.
During the “Two Congress”, on March 7th
Uighurs-Han had conflicts.
This led to the killings, which occurred in the
golden triangle of business district, Korla, southern Xinjiang.
The event led to riots and martial law of Korla City.
Local Public security bureau confirmed it
to “Radio Free Asia”.
However, they refused to tell the number of casualties. Some
netizens said the event has made four deaths and 13 injured.
“World Uyghur Congress spokesman Dilixiati also said
he had received conflicted information.
He should check the detail and the time,
site and the number of casualties.
Dilixiati said, recently, the government of Korla
had completely checked the Uyghur to maintain stability.
During the procedure, they detained Uyghurs arbitrarily.
He thinks that the root of the Ethnic conflict has something
to do with the strict law and discriminatory policies.
