【新唐人2013年02月20日訊】一名40歲的羅姓華裔男子，被英國警方發現他的計算機硬盤裡，藏有800多部重口味的黃片而被逮捕，可能將面臨牢獄之災。但細心的大陸網友發現，這名男子正是中共《中央電視臺》的前主持羅森友。接下來請看報導。
英國《太陽報》日前報導，英國警方調查羅姓男子其他案件時，意外查獲他的電腦有高達800部黃片，而且這些黃片都是以虐待東方女子或人獸交為主題。一位負責案件的警探說，這些視頻實在太噁心下流，她看了其中的18部就受不了了。
報導指出，這名男子中文名叫羅森友，2003年他加盟了《央視》英文國際頻道《財經中國》節目，擔任主持人， 2008年從中國到英國。
這起案件將會在下個月宣判，而根據英國法律規定，藏有「極端色情材料」最高將面臨3年的刑罰。
羅森友不接受這個罪名，堅稱自己看這些色情視頻，是為了研究和寫作一本《欲望城市》類型的小說。但警探認為，這些內容跟《欲望城市》一點關係也沒有。
美國律師葉甯：「這個報導是不是全面、準確的反映了事實的經過，如果確實是這樣的話，那麼英國警方今天在做的事情是不值得讚許的。這樣的話，隨著中國和美、英國家接軌的話，恐怕中國的掃黃日益成為各國警察紛紛效仿的標準。那麼這種警察國家的做法，是不值得提倡的。」
葉甯認為，羅森友的問題是屬於宗教和道德倫理學家、社會學家關心的問題，不應該是警察來管理的內容。
不過，這一新聞在大陸引起了轟動，很多媒體都進行了報導，僅《搜狐網》的相關視頻就被觀看了超過20萬次。
但葉寧指出，如果羅森友沒有製作、販賣色情光碟，只是在自己私匿的地方保存，作為新聞從業人員，他有權對這些材料進行學術研究，這是在言論自由保護範圍之內的。
葉甯還表示，即使羅森友是色情狂，那只是他個人私生活的瑕疵，也不應該拿來在公共場合批鬥。這種做法只能轉移人們對真正重大公共事務的關注。
葉寧：「如果色情片涉及到兒童、未成年少年兒童作為主體的色情影碟或者色情情節的話，哪怕不是直接的、哪怕只是這種手繪畫出來的這種片子的話，這叫做Child Pornography，Child Pornography在美國是重罪。」
但葉寧指出，如果他收集的資料中有未成年兒童色情材料，那是有罪的。
一名北京網友（「博韜創投基金管理有限公司」投資總監）表示，《央視》主持人收集超重口味毛片被抓，這個教育全國人民的電視臺，究竟教給了大家甚麼？丟人丟到國際社會去了。
不少網友大呼，對羅森友的印象瞬間崩塌。有留言說：「看電視的時候，他總是戴一副眼睛，看起來文質彬彬的，簡直沒想到……雖然他是英籍，但還是華裔，真是丟人丟到外國去了。」
中國網路作家荊楚 ：「《中央電視臺》這些主持人、主播，可以說基本上沒有天地良心的，說假話慣了的，他們肯定是這些方面，而且《中央電視臺》又比較…那些潛規則、又比較淫亂。」
荊楚表示，習慣了潛規則的《央視》主持人，他們內心腐爛、淫亂，一點也不奇怪。
2007年，《央視》節目主持人張斌的妻子胡紫薇大鬧新聞發佈會，曝光張斌的「婚外情」；更有網友爆出《央視》另一名主持人楊柳，連換5任妻子的淫亂情史，並且說，他的情史氾濫程度勝過香港藝人陳冠希。
不過，胡紫薇大鬧新聞發佈會時提到，「法國一位外交部長曾經說過，中國在能夠輸出價值觀之前，不會成為一個大國。」胡紫薇說：中國離一個大國還差得太遠了。

CCTV ex-Anchor Arrested in UK for Possessing 800 Extreme Porn Films
UK police have discovered a huge stash of 800 porn films
on the computer of a British Chinese.
The 40-year-old may face jail.
China’s netizens have found that this man is former CCTV
(China Central TV) broadcaster Senyou Luo.
UK’s The Sun reported that the UK cop accidentally found
800 porn videos in Sen Luo’s laptop during an unrelated fraud inquiry.
This porn “featured oriental women”, “involving animals
and women being tortured”.
Investigating Detective Constable Kim Negus told the media,
“These videos were disgusting and distressing.
I viewed around 18 of them and
had to have the sound turned down.”
The report said that in 2003, Sen Luo served as anchor of
CCTV English program “Biz China”. In 2008 Sen Luo left China to reside in the UK.
Reportedly, Luo will be sentenced in March.
According to UK law, possession of “extreme pornographic
images" is punishable by a jail term of up to three years.
Sen Luo refused to accept the charges. He argued that
he used these porn films for “research” to write a Sex and the City-style book.
The UK police said these videos have nothing to do with
“Sex and the City".
(Attorney, U.S.) Ye Ning: “Has it fully and accurately reported
the whole story? If the answer is yes, the UK police haven’t done praiseworthy work.
This is because in this way, worldwide police will follow suit,
I am afraid.
So the UK’s police practice does not merit promotion."
Ye Ning says, Sen Luo’s problem should be defined as an
issue of concern for religious and moral ethicists or sociologists.
It should not be a police matter.
The news has caused a sensation with wide news coverage
in China. On Sohu.com alone, the hit rate has exceeded 200,000.
Ye Ning says that if Sen Luo did not produce or sell porn films,
but just stored them personally, as a media professional,
he has the right to engage in academic research on them.
This situation falls under the scope of
freedom of speech protection, he says.
Ye Ning also indicates that even if Sen Luo is an oedemaniac,
that’s only his personal imperfection.
It’s improper to expose him to public censure. Such a practice
only helps to distract the public’s attention from real major issues.
Ye Ning: “If a porn video involves children and minors, it’s
called Child Pornography, which is considered a felony in the U.S.."
Ye Ning affirms that Sen Luo would be guilty if his
porn videos actually involved child pornography.
A Beijing netizen commented that the former CCTV anchor
was arrested for having amassed porn films.
So, what has the CCTV taught us in television “education”
of the nation? It has now lost face internationally.
Many netizens cried out that Sen Luo’s image in their
minds had collapsed all of sudden.
One of them posted, “Every time in CCTV programs,
he always wore a pair of glasses and looked elegant.
It’s really shocked my expectations of a fellow Chinese…
He is British, but ethnic Chinese, that’s really a disgrace.”
(Cyber writer, China) Jing Chu: “Those CCTV broadcasters
and anchors have all basically lost their consciences, but have mouths full of lies.
It must also be said that, CCTV is known for having
hidden rules and prurience.”

In 2007, CCTV famous sportscaster Zhang Bin’s wife
Hu Ziwei accused him of infidelity in a press conference.
Netizens also disclosed the Yang Liu’s adulterous affair,
CCTV-News anchor, notorious for having five consecutive marriages.
His extramarital affairs was said to surpass that of Edison Chen,
infamous and adulterous Hong Kong actor.
On that news conference, Hu Ziwei said, “A French Foreign
Minister once said, until China can export human values, it won’t become a great country.”
Hu continued, “China is still too far away from
being a great country.”
