【新唐人2012年4月12日訊】互聯網時代的今天，大眾只需輕點鼠標就可以社交、購物、了解時事，把全球變成一個地球村。可是，中國大陸的《中央電視臺》在近期的聯播節目中提出，「一些人只需輕點鼠標就破壞穩定，甚至危及國家安全」。作為中共喉舌媒體，領導輿論工具的《央視》，近期頻頻對所謂「網絡造謠者」「亮劍」的做法，民主人士卻有不同的看法，下面就來聽聽他們怎麼說。
《央視》4月8號的《新聞聯播》節目播出「對網絡造謠者要果斷“亮劍”」。節目中說：「一些人只需輕點鼠標就詆譭他人名譽，破壞穩定，甚至危及國家安全。 」
「權利運動」組織發起人胡軍納悶，中國有幾億人在使用鼠標，竟然不知道它有這麼大的殺傷力，可以威脅國家安全，因此，胡軍呼籲中共檢察部門，應該介入調查。
「權利運動」組織發起人胡軍：「像鼠標問題，鼠標被定性為對國家安全構成威脅的，如此大的殺傷性武器，但是中國老百姓都不知道，這東西是不是造謠？我覺得應該做一個澄清，最好是公安部門對鼠標作一個鑑定，如果它沒有這麼大的殺傷力的話，《中央電視臺》把鼠標定性為殺傷性如此強大，能夠顛覆國家政權，是否在製造一種恐怖氣氛？使這個國家不能安定，這個中央電視臺要承擔法律責任的。」
胡軍還表示，中國的歷史，整個都被中共竄改和抹殺了。遠的不說，就說近代的所謂「中共領導人」，為甚麼只有四代？他質問：趙紫陽和胡耀邦算不算？
「權利運動」組織發起人胡軍：「我們可以看到，他們是說有四代領導人，趙紫陽是不是當時的國家領導人？當時的胡耀邦是不是？是的話，那麼為甚麼是四代？是誰在抹殺歷史？誰在造謠？誰在竄改歷史？這整個歷史，都是被中共進行竄改、抹殺了!」
美國「中國反政治迫害同盟」主持人劉因全也表示，中共自建政以前就是造謠專家，建政之後的「中宣部」尤其是造謠部門。
美國「中國反政治迫害同盟」主持人劉因全：「中共中宣部本身就是一個專門造謠的部門。為甚麼他們現在又出來闢謠呢﹖主要是王立軍、薄熙來這個事件以後，事實沒有通過正常的媒體渠道報出來，而是通過網路報出來了，所以這種情況下，中共的中宣部就開始把…本來是一些事實說成是謠言了，事實上他們在掩蓋薄熙來、王立軍、周永康他們的罪行。」
劉因全認為，中共製造一些煙幕彈，阻止人民看清「江澤民系統」的罪行，恐怕也難以抵擋民眾追求知情權的努力。他認為，如果要停止人民的議論，最好的辦法就是公布事實真相。
劉因全：「 馬上，對薄熙來和他的太太谷開來涉及的一些犯罪行為，進行公審；馬上，對王立軍進行公開審判；馬上，對周永康他們的罪行進行公開的調查，如果這樣的話，人民都知道了事情的真相，那大家就不會再往上去猜了，這樣中共就用不著去闢謠了嘛! 」
胡軍說，真正製造謠言的，是那些企圖捂著、蓋著真相的人，如果讓媒體自由，可以自由的辦報、自由的採訪，社會自然不會出現謠言。

Mouse-Threatening Claim, Who Is Spreading Rumors?
In the age of the internet, mouse clicks help people in their
social contact, shopping and learning about current events,
and turning the world into a global village.
However, CCTV, recently claimed that mouse clicks have
destabilized and endangered national security.
As the mouth piece of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
CCTV repeatedly touted to fight with online rumor makers.
Yet pro-democracy activists hold different views.
On 8th April, a CCTV program, “Fight Decisively With Internet
Rumor-Makers", claimed:
“A mere mouse click has let someone defame others reputations,
ruin the stability, and even threaten national security."
Hu Jun, sponsor of a Human Rights Campaign in China,
wonders if hundreds of millions of Chinese people have
used their mouse being unaware that it has such a destructive impact.
Hu Jun thus called on the CCP prosecuting departments
to conduct an investigation.
Hu Jun: “The mouse is defined as such a threatening and
destructive weapon, but Chinese people even aren’t aware of this.
Can this claim be deemed as a rumor then?
I think the official should clarify this issue.
It’s better for public security authorities to make a formal
investigation into the mouse.
If it doesn’t have such a huge destructive impact, isn’t
CCTV’s mouse-threatening claim creating a terror atmosphere?
This causes instability in China and the CCTV should
be liable for this."
Hu Jun adds that the CCP regime has distorted China’s
history records.
Like the officially touted “the CCP’s leadership",
why does it only claim four generations?
Why doesn’t it count in Zhao Ziyang and Hu Yaobang?
Hu Jun asks.
Hu Jun: “The official claim of its leadership always refers to
four generations.
Wasn’t Zhao Ziyang the leader at that time? And Hu Yaobang?
If they were, why does it claim the four generations?
Who is distorting the history? Who is spreading rumors?
The whole history (of China) has been distorted by the CCP!"
Liu Yinquan, Chair of U.S.-based Anti-Political-Persecution
Alliance of China, commented.
The CCP was deft at lying before it came into power.
After reigning in China, the CCP’s Central Propaganda
Department was particularly set up to cook up rumors, Liu states.
Liu Yinquan:"The CCP’s Central Propaganda Department
is very specialized in starting rumors. Why are they refuting rumors now?
Mainly because the Wang Lijun & Bo Xilai incident wasn’t
reported through normal media but exposed via the internet.
In this case, the CCP’s Central Propaganda Department
began to label the fact about Wang’s & Bo’s case as rumors.
They actually aimed at covering up the crimes of Bo Xilai,
Wang Lijun and Zhou Yongkang."
The CCP regime is releasing some smoke screens,
Liu Yinquan thinks.
This is to prevent people from discerning the crimes of
Jiang’s clique.
But Liu believes the move can hardly resist public efforts
to pursue their right to know.
If the regime wants to stop the people’s comments,
the best way is to announce the truth, says Liu.
Liu Yinquan: “If Bo Xilai and his wife Gu Kailai are facing
public trial very soon for their involvement in some crimes,
and the public trial on Wang Lijun ; and if public investigations
are to be conducted very soon on crimes of Zhou Yongkang,
then public speculation about issues will stop, for
everybody knows the truth.
And for the CCP, it needn’t to refute rumors, too!"
Hu Jun notes that the real source starting rumors are those
who attempt to conceal the truth.
If there is freedom of the media, freedom of the press, and
freedom of interviewing, rumors in the society will naturally be gone.
