【新唐人2012年3月20日訊】隨著前重慶市委書記薄熙來被解職，中共當局近期展開一系列動作，顯示中央開始加強「打左」佈署。重慶廣場打出綠色告示牌，禁唱紅歌。而重慶、四川成都連日來氣氛緊張，不僅重慶高層人事變動的餘波仍在盪漾，薄熙來的親信一一遭整肅，中央也加強了監控防止官員外逃的佈署。成都街頭更是一連五天出現新型裝甲通訊車隊，高調巡邏。
3月15號，重慶人民廣場大禮堂管理處突然在廣場竪起綠色告示牌，從3月15號起，白天晚上都不准在廣場唱歌跳舞。這裡曾被視為重慶「唱紅」標誌之一。據了解，當天已有公安進駐，阻止民眾唱歌跳舞。
而在此之前，有人在網上號召聲援薄熙來，北京為防範左派趁機搞事，早已指令各大城市加強防範，並在重慶周邊區域高調佈署軍警戒備。
有成都網友在網上發佈貼子說，從3月12號起，四川成都街頭連續五天有新型裝甲隊巡邏，非常罕見。
同時，有當地消息說，重慶高層大變動過後領導層還將有人事變動。
《中華評述新聞網》主編紀曉峰分析，胡溫這次採取誘捕手法，讓薄熙來、黃奇帆等到北京開會，實際已經把重慶班子收拾掉了，才宣佈薄熙來解職。
紀曉峰：「肯定所有薄熙來的人都被圈起來了，包括黃奇帆那個市長，也不會呆多長時間。張德江也只是暫時過渡性人物，他弄個副總理，弄個政治局委員派到重慶去，也頂多撐到18大。過後，這些人都會清除掉。」
據香港《明報》報導，重慶市委宣傳、組織兩部門負責人很快會換人，薄熙來心腹、同時也是「紅色重慶」的主要策劃人之一的重慶市委常委徐鳴，也很可能被撤換。徐鳴自薄熙來遭免職後，行蹤成謎，外界猜測他已停職受查。
《北京之春》雜誌主編胡平分析，徐鳴現在至少是接受調查，沒有調查結果前，可能不會公布。
紀曉峰認爲，現在需要關注的不是有多少薄熙來的人下馬，而應關注周永康這條綫上有多少人進監獄。
紀曉峰：「不是重慶這班人上哪去了，而是這些人你等著上監獄裏看吧，保證這些人一個個都進了共匪的監獄。接下去就是周永康，弄不好就是江澤民。胡錦濤18大之前如果想把這齣戱演好，他肯定會接著往下演。」
重慶市委副書記張軒17號強調，要嚴格執行中央有關外事政策規定，做好出訪審批工作。輿論指出，這一動作顯示中央加強監控，防止官員外逃。
胡平：「薄熙來這樣一個主要官員出了問題，那麽他原來的親信手下，和這個人本身就有不可告人的關係，那麽一出了事，很多人就會（外逃）。」
紀曉峰認爲，薄熙來的親信跑是必然的，只是能否跑得了。因爲中共不會輕易讓這些人跑到國外去，否則，政治輿論宣傳就難做了。就如當年林彪外逃一樣，怎樣都要把飛機打下來。
此外，《新華網》19號的一則消息說，截至目前，四川南充已有1034輛公務用車安裝了GPS定位系統，必要時監控平臺可以對車輛下達遠程斷油的指令。

Changes amidst CCP in Chongqing, Bo Xilai’s cronies go missing
After the sacking of former CCP secretary of Chongqing,
Bo Xilai, CCP authorities recently launched a series of actions.
It shows the government is deploying strengthening tactics
against so called ‘leftists’.
With the atmosphere growing more tense by the day,
green notice boards have appeared in Chongqing square. They are denouncing the singing of any Red Songs!
In Chongqing, the leadership appears to keep changing,
with Bo Xilai’s cronies being punished one by one.
The authorities of Beijing have sought to strengthen their
monitoring prowess, preventing any other officials trying to flee the country.
Patrolling the streets of Chengdu, newly designed armored
vehicles monitored the streets for 5 days.
On March 15, the management office of Chongqing People’s
Square, suddenly erected a green notice board.
It stated it was forbidden to sing or dance in the square
from March 15.
Singing and dancing in the square was treated as
a sign of “red singing!”.
It was said police were staying in the square
to prevent any such singing or dancing.
Prior to this action, some netizens called for
support to Bo Xilai.
Beijing authorities issued orders to all big cities to step up
their monitoring, all in the hope of preventing leftists taking action.
In the mean time, authorities deployed numerous military and
police guards to Chongqing.
There are many Chengdu netizens who said, since March 12th
new types of armored vehicles have appeared. Patrolling the streets for a full 5 days, which is a rarity.
In Chongqing a local source said, the leadership will face
many big changes, after the more recent and bigger changes.
Ji Xiaofeng, chief editor of “China Review News” said,
this time, Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao used a trapping method.
Allowing Bo Xilai and Huang Qifan to go to Beijing
attending the meeting, but changed the Chongqing leadership at the same time.
After completing all their actions,
they announced Bo Xilai was sacked.
Ji Xiaofeng claims: “Definitely all the cronies of Bo Xilai
were controlled, including the Chongqing mayor.
Included are Huang Qifan, who will leave his position soon,
and Zhang Dejiang who is only a transitional figure,
he will leave during the period of the 18th National Congress.
Hu and Wen will arrange for a deputy prime minister or
a member of the politburo in Chongqing to take the lead.
After the 18th National Congress, all of those people
will be removed.”
The Hong Kong “Ming Pao” reported that the leaders of
CCP Chongqing Municipal propaganda dept. and HR dept. will soon be changed.
Xu Ming, Bo’s confidant, who was the main planner of
“Red Chongqing”, plus the Municipal committee member, will also be removed.
Xu Ming went missing after Bo sacking, nobody knows
where he is, which made people speculate that he was suspended and investigated.
Hu Ping, chief editor of “Beijing Spring" magazine,
analyzed that Xu Ming is under investigation,
and the authorities will not say anything
before any real result has been concluded.
Ji Xiaofeng seems to think, now is the time to focus on
how many cronies of Zhou Yongkang were in jail,
than to pay too much attention to how many cronies of
Bo Xilai was sacked.
Ji Xiaofeng says:" We won’t need to ask where Bo’s cronies are.
Soon enough we will see them all in prison. It’s guaranteed that those people will be sent to CCP’s jail.
The next one will be Zhou Yongkang and then quite possibly,
Jiang Zemin will soon follow.
If Hu Jintao wants to play the good guy in this drama
before the 18th national congress, he will certainly play out in the following days.”
On March 17th, CCP Chongqing Deputy Secretary Zhang Xuan,
emphasized to implement the foreign affairs policies strictly, and to give approval carefully.
Public opinion recognizes this action, shows CCP is
strengthening its control to prevent any officials fleeing.
Hu Ping said: “As a major official, Bo Xilai has problems.
Seeing all is lost, his cronies will likely try to escape.”
Ji Xiaofeng also thought the cronies of Bo will flee,
but the point is whether they can flee.
CCP will not let those people flee to other countries,
otherwise the politics and propaganda will be harder to control.
Just like Lin Biao who fled by flight, and Mao’s authority tried
all solutions to shoot down his plane.
In addition, the “Xinhua News” published a message on 19th.
There’s 1034 official vehicles installed with GPS system in Nanchong Sichuan.
This will allow the control center to shut down
any vehicle via remote control.
