【新唐人2010年4月13日訊】（大紀元記者陳瑋臻台灣台北報導）鑑於全球產業環保趨勢，電動車儼然成為近年來汽車產業最熱門的議題。經濟部國際貿易局黃志鵬局長在12日汽車零配件展開幕典禮中表示，電動車主要是「以電代油」的驅動動力系統運輸工具，因能有效降低對空氣、環境品質的傷害，已成為各國政府積極推動的焦點，估計在2015年電動車市場產值將有13倍的成長。

由外貿協會舉辦的第26屆「台北國際汽車零配件展」與第5屆「台北國際車用電子展」將於12日展開一連4天的活動。且為協助台灣廠商快速掌握電動車市場商機，今年更新增「電動車零配件區」，將台灣所發展的鋰鐵電池、馬達模組等電動車關鍵零組件的技術實力，展現在全球買主面前。

受到能源安全、環境保護與國際原油價格上漲等議題的影響，電動車成為近年汽車產業最熱門的議題。根據工研院產業經濟與資訊服務中心（INK）資料顯示，全球電動車市場在2008 年有3萬6千輛，估計今年底前就有5倍的成長，直至2015年電動車市場產值估計將有13倍的大幅成長。

黃志鵬指出，從這數據可得知，各國均已意識到傳統油運輸工具是目前最大的移動式汙染源，而電動車主要是「以電代油」的驅動動力系統運輸工具，因能有效降低對空氣、環境品質的傷害，已成為各國政府積極推動的焦點。

他表示，經濟部為推動台灣電動車產業，期望能透過電動車示範運行、貨物稅減免及購車補貼等措施，搶進全球電動車市場，希望在2015年能達到電動車銷售逾6萬輛的目標。

最後黃志鵬也強調，目前全球的電動車發展仍處萌芽階段，而台灣具有發展電動車產業的 3大支柱，鋰電池、馬達與控制IC、系統整合技術，若能好好把握其優勢，將可在世界電動車市占有一席之地。
