【新唐人2009年11月11日訊】被中國警察暴力綁架，11月4日上午強制送返東京 的上海市民馮正虎，至今仍然在日本成田國際機場第一空港入境審查大廳，堅持要求自由回國回家的權利，同時中共有關當局開始恐慌。
大紀元消息，馮正虎接受記者電話採訪時介紹，國內公安當局已經找其家人，希望勸其進入日本，家人回應：馮正虎是要回國回家，讓他回家，問題不就解決了嗎？
記者關心問詢其身體狀況，馮正虎笑曰，有在中國三年冤獄，55天關在嚴管室的歷練，現在已經不算什麼了。
11月8日下午馮正虎還與中共外聯部長王家瑞在日本入境口巧遇，並且要求這位復旦大學同門師弟告訴大使館自己被拒絕回國事件，還讓其同行人員轉兩份書面材料給王家瑞，介紹被上海當局八次禁止回國情況。
與此同時，海外被剝奪歸國權的一些中國人，正在聯絡各種方式援助馮正虎。
在美國的楊建利先生希望有條件去日本的朋友能夠以接力的方式援助馮正虎。
居住澳大利亞的張曉剛先生寫了一份供各地熱心者參考的英文傳單稿（附後），希望在世界各地機場散發，請飛往日本的乘客給馮正虎贈送食品。

Mr. Feng is a Chinese dissident, and is prevented from going back home after a visit to Japan.
