數千投資人湖南省委集會被鎮壓
湖南長沙19家投資公司的數千名投資人，13號，前往湖南省委門前集會，抗議當地政府不作為，要求政府出面追討被投資公司捲走的投資款，遭到大量武警、特警、警犬，以及灑水車的暴力驅散，有3人被抓。
內蒙法輪功學員陸玲被迫害致死
「法輪大法明慧網」14號報導，36歲的內蒙古法輪功學員陸玲，曾兩次被中共當局勞教迫害，2011年又被非法判刑五年，在監獄迫害至生命垂危，被親人接回家後，含冤離世。
據報導，陸玲在被非法勞教時，曾遭受各種酷刑迫害。2010年1月份，陸玲與她媽媽李玉英在親人家幹活時，被非法綁架、抄家。2011年10月份，陸玲被非法判五年，關在呼和監獄迫害。但不到一年就被迫害得生命出現危險。獄方怕她死在監獄裡，怕承擔責任，通知陸玲的家人把她接回家。2014年10月16號，陸玲含冤在牙克石林業醫院去世。
業主抗議物業亂收費遭警察抓捕
陝西省西安市匯林華城小區的業主，13號，集體抗議小區物業亂收費，與物業僱傭的社會閑散人員發生衝突，業主們被打。但是警察到場後，直接抓走10名業主。

Hunan Suppresses Thousands of Investors
Thousands of investors involved in 19 investment companies of Changsha, Hunan Province gathered in front of the provincial Committee building on the 13th.
They complained of ineffective governance and demanded the officials recover their lost funds. A large number of armed police, special police, dogs and a water cannon were at the scene to violently disperse the crowd. Three people were arrested.
Inner Mongolia Falun Gong Practitioner Dies of Persecution
Minghui.org reported on the 14th, that 36-year-old Falun Gong practitioner, Lu Ling, was persecuted to death. She was twice persecuted in a labor camp and jailed for another five years in 2011. She nearly died from the persecution in the prison.
According to reports, Lu Ling had been subjected to all kinds of torture during the illegal detention in labor camps.
In January 2010, Lu Ling was illegally abducted from home and her home raided. In October 2011, she was illegally sentenced to five years in Hohhot prison. In less than a year, she was already dying from the torture in jail. To evade the responsibility, the prison had her family bring her home. On Oct. 16, 2014, Lu Ling wrongfully died in the hospital.
Property Owners Arrested for Protesting Arbitrary Charges
Owners of a district in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, collectively protested the arbitrary charges by residential developers on the 13th. Conflict broke out between the owners and the staff. Owners were beaten.
When the police arrived, 10 owners were directly arrested.
