【新唐人2014年11月26日訊】為了紀念奇書《九評共產黨》問世十週年，11月22號，美國首都華盛頓DC多個機構聯合舉辦了一場大型研討會。來自美國各地的多名專家、學者、社會精英參加了這次會議併發表講話，從各個層面和角度揭示了《九評》自問世以來對中國大陸、甚至全世界造成的影響和改變，內容震撼人心。
據總部設在美國的《大紀元新聞網》報導，此次研討會是由《大紀元時報》、華府論壇以及《全球退黨服務中心》共同舉辦的。
參加會議的嘉賓主要包括前大陸著名盲人維權律師陳光誠、著名作家、西藏社會活動家李科先、前大陸維權律師彭永峰、中國民主大學校長唐柏橋、《新唐人》特約評論員章天亮等知名專家、學者。此外還有會議召集人、天主教大學機械系主任聶森教授，以及美國聯邦政府官員葛敏女士。
會上，每一位嘉賓都結合自身的經歷和感想，講述了《九評》的傳播對中國大陸和世界歷史、文化、政治等各個方面造成的重大影響。
陳光誠表示，他在國內通過「自由門」破網軟件，以及「希望之聲國際廣播電臺」的節目了解到《九評共產黨》。很快，他發現，周圍的人也都彼此心照不宣的，通過翻牆軟件了解外界信息。
著名盲人維權律師陳光誠：「在中國社會現在，你一覺醒來，每家每戶（幾乎）都能看到《九評》，幾乎每家每戶幾乎都能聽到外界發生了甚麼事情，隨著信息的發展，共產黨的防火牆已經不斷的被捅破，人們不斷的看到外面的信息。」
陳光誠說，從那時起，中國民眾的思維逐漸有了根本性的轉變。
陳光誠：「自從這樣的信息自由流通——這個《九評》系列社論發表以後，中國的很多民眾，從只知其然，而走到還要知其所以然的這樣一個關鍵的時刻。儘管百姓還沒有走出恐懼，可是大家都似乎在等待著一個機會，等待著一個社會發生變革的這樣一個機會。」
《新唐人電視臺》經濟節目主持人東方，曾經親眼目睹「六四」屠殺而對中共絕望，尤其在當局對外聲稱「六四沒死一個人」之後，他清楚的認識到中共統治的兩大支柱，那就是暴力和謊言。
東方表示，《九評》的傳播，不但徹底破除了中共的謊言，更是讓被謊言矇蔽了幾十年的大陸民眾開始覺醒，越來越理智的正視中共的虛假宣傳，使得中共喉舌媒體的代表——中央電視臺，從一度「輝煌」變成現在的無人問津。
頗具諷刺意味的是，2004的「春晚」曾以41.6%的收視率，成為總收視率最高的一屆，那一年，《九評》剛剛問世，《九評》洪傳十年後，「春晚」卻以不到10%的收視率，創下歷史最低記錄。
東方：「除了防火牆以外，其實很多中國人心裡邊還有一堵牆，就是由於中共的洗腦，他對普世價值不理解或者拒絕。但是《九評共產黨》現在在一塊磚頭、一塊磚頭的把人心中的這堵牆給拆開，也就是如果中共它的中央電視臺還在做一個喉舌的作用，可是眼睛和耳朵長在老百姓的身上，他不聽你（中共）的、不看你的。」
此外，據研討會召集人聶森教授介紹，除了紀念《九評》的發表，這次研討會另一個目地也是為了慶祝《九評》所引發的全球退黨大潮。聶森說，今年10月中旬，每天有12萬多的中國人聲明退出中共黨、團、隊組織，這相當於每2秒鐘有3人退出。全球截至目前已經有超過1億8千4百萬人退出中共及相關組織，預計幾個月後就會達到兩億人。
而據《大紀元》報導，近期，海外在向中國大陸1萬2千多名律師撥打電話過程中，1千多位律師退出了黨、團、隊，其中有6百多位正義律師表示，可以受理法輪功案子，為法輪功學員做無罪辯護。
此外，全球退黨服務中心發言人李祥春表示，全球退黨大潮在美國國會和行政部門引起了巨大震動，他們都在以行動表達支持。
李祥春：「在國外，我們也一直有很多人士逐漸的理解退黨運動，同時也加入支持退黨運動的行列中來。在美國這邊，有國會、參議院和眾議院，它們在過去呢，有一些參議院的決議案這些都講到了退黨的人數、退黨的意義和對中國將來的影響。就說明美國政府對中國大陸的退黨運動是肯定和接受的。」
《新唐人》特約評論員章天亮強調，《九評》對共產黨的揭露所引發的「三退」大潮，最終會帶動中共的解體。解體中共也就解體了中共給中國民眾所強行灌輸而建造的黨文化系統，中國傳統的文化和價值觀才有可能復興，因而也必然會給中國帶來正的、對人類社會有益的文化。

Nine Commentaries on CCP Seminar Held in Washington DC
Historical Changes Shocking People’s Hearts
In order to commemorate the tenth anniversary, on Nov 22,
of the advent of the miraculous book,
“Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)",
multiple agencies in Washington DC jointly organized
a large-scale seminar.
A number of experts, scholars and social elites
from the United States attended the meeting
and delivered speeches. Their speeches reveal the impact
of the “Nine Commentaries" on the world as well as
the changes it has brought to the world.
The book shocks people’s hearts.
“The Epoch Times " is headquartered in the United States
and it reports that this seminar is jointly organized
by the “Epoch Times", Washington Forum
and the “Global Quitting the CCP Service Centre."
The guest speakers included famous mainland China
blind human rights lawyer, Chen Guangcheng,
famous writer and Tibetan social activist, Li Kexian,
mainland China human rights lawyer, Peng Yongfeng,
and China Democracy University President, Tang Baiqiao,
“NTD" Special Commentator, Zhang Tianliang,
and other well-known experts and scholars.
The seminar convenor was Professor Sen Nieh
who is also Chair of the Department of Mechanical
Engineering of the Catholic University of America.
In addition, the US federal government official
Ms. GE Min also joined the seminar.
At the meeting, in terms of their own experience and thoughts,
all the guest speakers stated the profound impact
of disseminating the “Nine Commentaries" book on the history,
culture and politics of mainland China and the world.
Chen Guangcheng said he understood
“Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party"
through “Sound of Hope Radio" and “Free Gate software which
breaks through the blockade of Chinese Internet Censorship.
Soon he found surrounding people all tacitly
understood the outside information
through the free anti-censorship software.
Famous blind human rights lawyer Chen Guangcheng:
“In Chinese society now, after you wake up over one night,
then (almost) every household can see
the’Nine Commentaries’, almost every household
can hear what is happening outside.
Along with the development of information technology,
the CCP’s firewall has been constantly pierced
which allows people continue to see outside information."
Chen said that since then, the Chinese people have gradually
had a fundamental shift in their way of thinking.
Chen: “Thanks to freedom of information,
since the series of editorials of “Nine Commentaries"
was published, many Chinese people have been
at a critical moment in going from a status of only knowing
the seeming situation to knowing the deep reasons.
Although people are not free of fear,
it seems that we are all waiting for a chance,
waiting for an opportunity
for changes in society to happen."
“NTDTV" Economic program host Dong Fang witnessed
the “June 4th" massacre and experienced the despair
at the CCP. Especially when the authorities alleged
“No one died during the June 4th".
He clearly recognized the two pillars of CCP
rule are, violence and lies.
Dong Fang said, the spread of the “Nine Commentaries"
not only completely gets rid of CCP lies,
but also drives people in mainland China
who have experienced the lies and been blinded
for decades to begin to wake up and to more sensibly
face the false propaganda of the CCP.
This makes the CCP mouthpiece media representative
– CCTV to be experienced as once “brilliant"
to become nobody cares now.
Ironically, CCTV’s “Spring Festival Party" in 2004 was given
the highest audience rating at 41.6%.
In that year, the “Nine Commentaries" had just come out.
After a decade’s spread of the “Nine Commentaries",
now CCTV’s “Spring Festival Party".with a less than 10% rating
hit an all time low.
Dong Fang: “In addition to the Internet censorship firewall,
in fact, many Chinese people have an inside wall,
which refers to incomprehension or rejecting
universal values due to the CCP’s brainwashing.
But the’Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party’
is now a brick, which dismantles the inside wall
of the people. This means that even if the CCP uses CCTV
as its mouthpiece, but eyes and ears are all
from the people’s body, they do not listen to you,
and do not look at you."
Furthermore, according to Professor Sen Nieh,
in addition to commemorating the publication of the
“Nine Commentaries" this seminar is to celebrate another
massive tideof global quitting the CCP triggered
by the “Nine Commentaries".
He said, in mid-October of this year,
every day more than 120,000 Chinese people
declared they quit the CCP, the Youth League
and the Young Pioneers, which is equivalent
totwo people quitting every two seconds.
Up to now across the world, a total of 184 million people
declared they quit the CCP and related organizations.
It is forecast that a few months later it is estimated
the number quitting the CCP will achieve 200 million.
According to “The Epoch Times" report, recently,
as a result of overseas calls to more than 12,000 lawyers
in China mainland, more than 1,000 lawyers quit the Party,
Youth League, and Young Pioneers.
Among them, 600 rights lawyers said they would deal with
admissible Falun Gong cases, and plead not guilty.
In addition, the Global Quitting the CCP Service Center
spokesman, Charles Li, said that the global tide of quitting
the party caused shock in US Congress and the administration,
they are in action to show support.
Charles Li: “in foreign countries, we have a lot of people
who gradually understand the quitting the CCP activity,
as well as joining the quitting movement.
On the US side including Congress, the Senate and
the House of Representatives, in the past, some resolutions
of the Senate also mentioned the numbers quitting the CCP,
its importance and the impact on the future of China.
This also confirms that quitting the CCP movement
is all supported and accepted by the US Government."
“NTD" Special Commentator Zhang Tianliang stressed
that “three quits" tide sparked by the “Nine Commentaries"
which exposes the truth of the CCP, will eventually
cause the disintegration of the CCP.
The disintegration of the CCP will then disintegrate
CCP culture which has been imposed on Chinese people
and been forcibly instilled into them.
Chinese traditional culture and values then possibly revive,
which will inevitably bring China positive social benefits.
