【新唐人2014年04月26日訊】今年的4月25號，標誌著中國「法輪功」學員，已持續走過和平上訪「反迫害」的15年。15年來，中共持續抓捕、殘害這個團體的信仰者，不僅要求被關押者在酷刑面前放棄信仰，更甚的，則是黑幕底下所進行的器官交易與謀殺行動。「法輪功」學員遭到中共操縱國家機器進行仇恨宣傳和誣衊攻擊，白的說成黑的，法輪功學員「4.25和平上訪」被宣傳為「圍攻中南海」。而真相只有一個，民眾面對「法輪功真相」時，選擇相信中共還是「法輪功」﹖也考驗著中國人的良知與智慧。
1999年，時任中共領導人的江澤民，對於「法輪功」這個信仰群體，首先進行誣陷攻擊，然後極力的打壓，而且已持續了15年。
江西律師郭蓮輝告訴《新唐人》，針對法輪功不是中共所謂的邪教組織，律師們在法庭上拿出公安部條文、和人大相關決定文，及兩高院的司法解釋等證明，有理有據的進行辯護，讓多數法庭法官心虛害怕。
江西律師郭蓮輝﹕「我就說你們為甚麼那麼心虛呢﹖你的證據是甚麼呢﹖那麼我們有證據來證明法輪功不是邪教組織，中國的法律並沒有把法輪功說成是邪教組織，你（法官）為甚麼要害怕律師對法輪功不是邪教組織這個問題發表辯護意見﹖你心虛﹗為甚麼會心虛﹖你怕﹗為甚麼會怕﹖」
15年來，有數以百萬計的中國法輪功學員，遭受專門迫害機構「610」的抓捕，及集中營式的非人道殘害。
中國維權人士王玲曾在監獄裡碰到過被關押的法輪功學員，她表示，監獄裡，「法輪功」和「酷刑」劃成了等號。她回想起來渾身都在顫慄！
中國維權人士王玲﹕「迫害的時候是帶著黑頭套，兩個人架著，就嗑嗑絆絆的，一邊走一邊罵。到了小黑屋，就是專門關法輪功和上訪的，沒有窗戶，有的時候被一關就幾個月的都有。 」
中共不僅酷刑對待法輪功學員，更嚴重的則是，經國際獨立調查人士證實，中共有系統的針對法輪功學員進行活摘器官，牟取器官交易的暴利。
中國社會活動家胡佳在「4.25」前夕對《新唐人》表示，法輪功被迫害，向世人證明了一點，就是共產黨的暴力本性，它生性的殘忍血腥都在迫害法輪功的過程中暴露無遺。
中國社會活動家胡佳﹕「我覺得這裏邊一個罪魁禍首就是江澤民。因為他被嚇破膽了嘛，他在1999年的時候，那時是『六四10週年』，他是驚弓之鳥，他很擔心在天安門附近的聚集，會影響他的『江山社稷』，等於說他嚇破了膽了，所以就採取一種瘋狂的手段，來進行迅速的報復，而這個報復長達了15年。」
胡佳表示，當年德國納粹把猶太人標籤化、政治化，而中共對法輪功的迫害同樣是先進行污名化，然後再無所顧忌的把修煉者作為迫害的對像。
胡佳﹕「我根本不相信共產黨對於法輪功的污名化，你向它屈服後你就永遠做奴隸。而法輪功群體是非常堅持的，而且法輪功修煉者一直採取的就是和平的、非暴力的形式。因為人民有反抗的權利，但同時我也很敬佩那些以非暴力的形式來推進社會變革的，我個人認為法輪功群體這種反抗形式，還是比其他的一些反抗者，有一定的信念和鼓舞的。」
胡佳表示，在中國的反抗者中，法輪功群體除了獨樹一幟，也是一個典範。
胡佳﹕「總體來講的話，法輪功群體在中國反抗者中，還是獨樹一幟的一群，而且是相當有勇氣、有力量的一個群體，其實就單從團結這個角度來講，他都應該說，成為中國反抗者中的一個典範。」
面對法輪功學員持續遭受迫害15年，今天，「法輪功」，成為人們正義和良知的試金石。

Falun Gong: Touchstone of China’s Conscience
April 25 marks fifteen years that Falun Gong practitioners in
China have peacefully petitioned and opposed persecution
imposed on them by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
During these 15 years, the CCP has continued to arrest
and persecute people who follow this spiritual way of life.
It tries to force them to give up their faith through
torture, and harvesting their organs for illegal trade.
The CCP uses the national propaganda machine to
slander Falun Gong and incite public hatred against it.
It turns the truth upside down.
In 1999, peaceful petitioning for the release of 45 imprisoned
practitioners was described as a “Siege on Zhongnanhai".
But what is the truth?
Do Chinese people believe the CCP or
Falun Gong when faced with the facts?
Chinese people’s conscience and
wisdom are facing their greatest test.
In 1999, then CCP leader Jiang Zemin began defaming
the practice of Falun Gong, through use of propaganda.
The regime then unfolded a full and violent
crackdown, which has lasted for 15 years.
Guo Lianhui, a lawyer in Jiangxi Province spoke to NTD.
Lawyers provided evidence in court to prove that
Falun Gong is not an illegal or cult organization.
This was with provisions from the Public Security Bureau,
the People’s National Congress, and judicial interpretations.
The strong defense made many judges afraid.
Guo Lianhui, Jiangxi lawyer: “I said, why do
you lack confidence? What’s your evidence?
We have evidence to prove that Falun Gong is not
a cult. China’s law doesn’t say Falun Gong is cult.
Why are you (judges) afraid of the lawyers’ defense?
You’re lacking in confidence! Why is that?
You are afraid! Why are you afraid?”
Several million Chinese Falun Gong practitioners
have been arrested by the 610 Office.
This is an organization that was specifically
established to persecute Falun Gong.
The violence it uses is inhumane.
Chinese rights activist Wang Ling once
met Falun Gong practitioners in prison.
She said “Falun Gong" means “brutal torture" in
prison. She still trembles when she thinks about it.
Wang Ling, Chinese rights activist: “Falun Gong
practitioners had black hoods over their heads.
Two people carried one practitioner while shouting.
They were put into a small dark room without windows.
The room was specifically for Falun Gong and petitioners.
Sometimes, they were detained in there for several months."
The CCP doesn’t only use serious torture
methods on Falun Gong practitioners.
It also systematically harvests organs from living practitioners,
and sells them for large profits in an illegal trade system.
Chinese social activist Hu Jia has said to NTD
that the persecution of Falun Gong proves the
violent nature of the Chinese Communist Party.
Its brutality is fully exposed in the persecution of Falun Gong.
Hu Jia, Chinese social activist: “I think the culprit of this
persecution is Jiang Zemin. He was scared to death.
In 1999, it was the 10th anniversary of the June 4 movement.
He was so worried about any gatherings in
Tiananmen Square that may effect his ruling.
He was scared to death, and he took the nonsensical path
to quickly take revenge, starting this 15 years of crackdown."
Hu Jia said Nazi Germany placed a political
label on Jewish people, and the CCP used
this method by defaming Falun Gong.
Then, it persecuted the group without any limitations.
Hu Jia: “I totally don’t believe the CCP’s defamation of
Falun Gong. If you surrender, you’ll be its slave forever.
But Falun Gong is very persistent, and has
always used peaceful and nonviolent methods.
People have the right to protest.
At the same time, I have great respect to those who
use nonviolent methods to promote social changes.
I think the way that Falun Gong uses to stand up is more
courageous and with more faith than other resisters."
Hu Jia indicated that Falun Gong is
very unique and acts as a role model.
Hu Jia: “Speaking overall, Falun Gong is
a unique group among Chinese resisters.
They are very brave and strong. Just speaking about
their solidarity, they are a model for Chinese resisters."
Facing 15 years persecution of Falun Gong marks
a touchstone for people’s justice and conscience.
