【新唐人2014年01月14日訊】隨著「610辦公室」主任、公安部副部長李東生落馬，中共前政法委書記周永康的勢力更顯薄弱，他的淫亂醜聞也不斷被媒體曝光。日前，又有兩名《央視》主持人被爆是周永康的情婦，已被當局抓捕，正接受中紀委調查。
日前，有海外中文媒體披露，中共黨媒《央視》現任女主播葉迎春，和前任女主持人瀋冰，因涉周永康案被中紀委帶走調查。而大陸學者吳祚來也在推特上引述消息人士的話說，葉迎春和瀋冰是周永康的情婦，目前已被拘捕。
武漢七彩虹文化公司出版人吳安寧：「那是有可能的，可能性非常大，現在社會世道特別混亂了嘛，它總是掩蓋著真相，也不告訴我們真相，然後對媒體和文化界(報導的內容)，管制也比較嚴苛。」
北京藝術家、獨立製片人楊偉東：「在大陸，這都見怪不怪了，只要一個人出事了，他就肯定有情婦的問題出來了，沒出事的時候，這個人就全都是好的。」
據公開資料顯示，葉迎春是江西景德鎮人，畢業於「北京廣播學院」，曾任江西電視臺主播，調入《央視》後曾主持《軍事報導》欄目，目前是《央視》中文國際頻道新聞聯播主播。
而現年37歲的瀋冰是江蘇人，曾在新加坡《聯合早報》擔任財經記者一年。2001年，進入《央視》擔任主持人，曾主持《對話》、《經濟半小時》等節目。2009年2月，瀋冰赴中央政法委信息中心任職。報導指稱，時任「610辦公室」主任、公安部副部長的李東生，將瀋冰從《央視》調入中央政法委，專門為她設置政法委信息中心副主任職位。
據了解，周永康早年在石油系統任職時，生活就極度淫亂，因此贏得了「百雞王」的稱號。石油系統不時傳出周永康與女人的緋聞，上級也不時收到舉報，說他玩弄婦女、強姦婦女。而周永康出任四川省委書記期間，也傳出他多次強姦婦女，包括賓館女服務員。他還多次姦污內部女性工作人員。
2002年12月，周永康被中共前黨魁江澤民提拔為中共公安部部長，2007年10月，周永康再接替退休的羅幹，出任中央政法委書記，並被江澤民塞進中央政治局常委。
有媒體披露，周永康長期接受前重慶市委書記薄熙來、和前重慶市公安局局長王立軍提供的美女，她們當中有歌手、女演員以及「中央民族大學」等學校的女學生。而且，周永康的「行宮」，光在北京，就有六處。
楊偉東：「我覺得這不光是人的本性的問題，為甚麼這些都發生在共產黨員身上呢？這還是一個體制問題，是體製造就的這些人嘛！這個體制給這些人提供了土壤，讓他們去姦淫，讓他們利用權力得到不該得到的錢財。」
周永康還與薄熙來等人共享情婦。據傳，被稱為「公共情婦」的「民歌天後」湯燦，是薄、周政變的核心人物之一。藉由色誘，湯燦獲取中央一手情資，尤其是軍方高層的即時動態，為周永康與薄熙來提供不少重要情報和打通許多關節。
另據香港媒體報導，去年12月落馬的李東生，也曾為周永康拉皮條。周永康的現任妻子、當時的《央視》記者賈曉燁，就是時任《央視》副臺長的李東生，「性賄賂」周永康的一部分。
報導說，李東生利用《央視》的「美女」記者或「美女」主持人，巴結中央高層。而不少「美女」也樂於接受，很多情況下都是「一拍即合」。《央視》幾乎淪為中共高官的「後宮」。
據了解，周永康的心腹蔣潔敏、李東生等7名省部級高官，目前仍被調查。觀察人士指出，這7個人長期被調查，表明與他們利益相關的更大「老虎」還未現身。

Two CCTV Anchors Involved in Zhou Yongkang’s Case Arrested
Zhou Yongkang’s power circle is weakened following the arrest
of Li Dongsheng, the 610 Office Director and Vice Minister of
Public Security.
Recently, two CCTV anchors said to be Zhou’s mistresses
were arrested by the Central Commission for Discipline
Inspection (CCDI).

The Communist regime mouthpiece CCTV incumbent, female
anchor Ye Yingchun and former anchor Shen Bing are
reportedly under investigation by the CCDI.
Sources revealed that both Ye Yingchun and Shen Bing
are mistresses of Zhou Yongkang.
Wu Anning, publisher: “It is highly plausible with this confusing
morality in China today.
They won’t tell you the truth other than tight censorship control."
Yang Weidong, artist and independent film maker: “It is quite
common in China now.
Someone seemingly good turns out to have mistresses
once problems are exposed."
Ye Yingchun is a Jiangxi native, graduated from Beijing
Broadcasting Institute, now renamed as Communication
University of China.
Prior to her anchor at the CCTV Chinese news,
she was the anchor at Jiangxi TV.
Shen Bing is a 37 year-old Jiangsu native.
She was once a financial reporter with a Singapore newspaper.
In 2001, she became a CCTV moderator, presiding over programs
such as Dialogue, 30 min Economy, and so forth.
In February 2009, Shen Bing worked for the Central Political and
Law Commission Information Center office.
It was reported that Shen Bin’s Deputy Director position at the
Information Center was specifically designed for her by
Li Dongsheng.
Zhou Yongkang’s promiscuous life style was known as early as
his post at the petroleum industry.
There were numerous complaints and rumors of Zhou Yongkang’s
sex scandals, as well as reports of rape.
While he was Party Secretary of Sichuan, Zhou Yongkang
was reportedly involved in many crimes of rapes of hotel waitress
and employees within the government.
In December 2002, former CCP leader Jiang Zemin promoted
Zhou Yongkang to Minister of Public Security.
In October 2007, Jiang once again promoted Zhou Yongkang
to replace retiring Luo Gan as Secretary of the Central Political
and Law Commission, and to the Politburo Standing Committee.
There are media reports:
that Zhou Yongkang had long been involved in sex scandals
with females,
introduced by former Chongqing Party Secretary Bo Xilai
and former Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau
Chief Wang Lijun.
There were singers, actresses, and college students.
In Beijing alone, Zhou owned six “palaces”.
Yang Weidong: “I don’t think it is an issue of human nature.
Why does this happen to all the Communists?
This is an issue of the system, which structured these Communists.
This system provides the soils that allow them to rape,
allow them to exploit their power."
Zhou Yongkang also shared a mistress with Bo Xilai.
Singer, Tang Can, is also known as a public mistress.
She was one of the central figures in Zhou and Bo’s coup plan.
Tang Can easily obtained central intelligence, especially
instant activities of senior military officers.
Seductress Tang Can, provided a great deal of crucial
intelligence which was exploited by Zhou Yongkang and
Bo Xilai to raise their status with the military
Hong Kong media reported that Li Dongsheng was also a
Zhou Yongkang pimp.
Zhou Yongkang’s current wife, then CCTV reporter Jia Xiaoye,
was introduced by Li Dongsheng, then CCTV Deputy Director,
as a “sexual bribe."
Li Dongsheng reportedly bribed the Central high officials
with CCTV’s female reporters or anchors.
Many of these female employees seemilgly favor such
treatment and thus most matchmakings are successful.
CCTV has almost become a “harem” for regime officials.
While seven Provincial and Ministerial level officials of Zhou
Yongkang’s confidants,
such as Jiang Jiemin and Li Dongsheng are still being
investigated,
observers point out that this prolonged
investigation suggests the greater stakeholders of the ‘tiger’ have
not yet appeared.
