【新唐人2013年10月29日訊】七律師緊急發函 制止大連非法審判
10月28號，王全章、程海等7名大陸律師發表緊急律師函，要求大連市中山區法院立即停止非法審判。
律師函中說，7名律師從當事人的家屬那裏得知，他們代理的車忠山、朱成乾等十人的案件，將在29號上午9點開庭，法院通知家屬到庭旁聽，但是，他們作為辯護律師，並沒有收到開庭通知。他們認為，中山區法院打算在七名辯護律師不到庭的情況下，非法開庭審理案件。
車忠山、朱成乾等人因幫大陸民眾安裝收看海外《新唐人》電視節目的衛星天線（俗稱「安鍋」），而被中共當局指控有罪。在此之前的幾次庭審中，有辯護律師被法庭警察毆打受傷。
緊急律師函指出，車忠山、朱成乾等人的家屬，並未解除對這7位律師的委託，中山區法院打算在不通知七名辯護律師到庭辯護的情況下，強行開庭非法審判，是公然剝奪被告人、辯護人辯護權利、踐踏法律的行徑，是在公然破壞法律實施。
天安門爆炸案可疑 網友要真相
10月28號中午12點多，一輛吉普車在北京天安門廣場撞上金水橋護欄並起火，造成數十人死傷。
中共警方公布的最新數字是5死38傷，肇事吉普車司機及車內人員共3人已確認死亡，另外兩人是來自菲律賓和廣東的遊客。
事故發生後，警方立即封鎖現場和附近街道，關閉天安門地鐵出口。大陸微博上的很多相關照片，也都在貼出後幾分鐘內被刪除，同時，當局還扣留了兩名在現場的《法新社》記者。
而大陸媒體的報導都是轉載中共黨媒《新華網》語焉不詳的通稿。
中共當局的作法，引起網友質疑﹕到底是事故還是襲擊？有人喊出：天安門前的車速居然能撞死，一定是個陰謀。也有人說：好像不是意外事故那麼簡單。更多的網友則發出「不要通稿，要真相！」的呼聲。
中共炫耀的核潛艦 落後美英幾十年
中共黨媒週日高調報導，中共擁有首支核子潛艦部隊，並具備核威懾力。不過，有軍事專家根據黨媒公布的照片露出的「龜背」研究判斷，中共炫耀的潛艦，是094型潛艦，為北約代號為「晉」級的第二代戰略彈道飛彈核子潛艦。
加拿大軍事雜誌引述美國、俄羅斯等專家和技術人士的話指出，094型潛艦「龜背」設計會增加水流通過艦體時的阻力和噪音，因此，094型潛艦是「渤海灣內的核潛艇」，一 旦離開渤海灣，很容易被歐美現代反潛偵測系統偵測到。
據西方專家研判，中共海軍現役最新核子潛艦093、094型核潛艦的靜音技術水準，大概相當於前蘇聯1970年代末，或美國早期型洛杉磯級的水準。
這樣的水準，與美國俄亥俄級、或英國先鋒級、或法國凱旋級等，較先進的彈道飛彈潛艦比較，顯然還有一大段差距。

Seven Lawyers Sent Urgent Letter To Stop Dalian Illegal Trial
On October 28th, Wang Quanzhang, Cheng Hai and five other
lawyers issued an letter urgently requiring Dalian City
Zhongshan District Court to immediately stop the illegal trial.
The lawyers’ letter said that they learned from the family that,
the cases of Che Zhongshan and Zhu Chengqian will start on
29th 9.00am; the court has informed the family members to
be present at the hearing.
However, as defense lawyers, they did not receive the notice
of the hearing.
They believe that Zhongshan District Court intended to
illegally open the court and hearing without any lawyers.
Cheng Zhongshan, Zhu Chengqian and others were accused
of a crime due to helping mainland Chinese people install
television satellite dishes for overseas TV station New Tang
Dynasty.
In several trials before this one, defense lawyers were
beaten up by the court police.
The lawyers’ letter pointed out that the defendants’ families
haven’t ceased payment to the seven lawyers so the Zhongshan
District Court intended to forcefully proceed with the trial
illegally without noticing the lawyers.
This deprives the defendents of their rights and
violates and destroys the law enforcement.
Netizens Require Truth Of Tiananmen Explosion
At midday on October 28th, a jeep crashed into Beijing
Tiananmen Square Golden Water Bridge and caught fire.
This caused dozens of casualties.
The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) police published that
five were dead and 38 injured.
The jeep driver and three passengers were confirmed dead,
another two were tourists from Philippines and Guangdong.
After the accident, the police immediately cordoned off the
area and nearby streets, closing the Tiananmen subway exit.
Many mainland microblog related photos were deleted
a few minutes after posting.
Meanwhile, the CCP also detained two reporters from
Agence France-Presse at the scene.
The mainland media reports are all copied from the CCP
media Xinhua News Agency’s fragmented report.
The netizens questioned the CCP approach: Is it an accident
or an attack?
Some people shouted: “This must be a conspiracy, the car
speeding before Tiananmen can actually kill?"
Someone said: “It seems not so simple as just an accident.
More netizens require the truth."
Chinese Communist Party Shows Off Nuclear Submarines
Which Are Decades Behind The U.S. And Britain
On Sunday the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) media
reported as high profile that, the CCP has the first branch
nuclear submarine forces and nuclear deterrent.
However, military experts judge from the ‘Turtle back’ seen in
the CCP media published photos that the submarine is an
094 submarine, the second generation strategic nuclear ballistic
missile submarine of NATO.
The Canadian military magazine quoted the U.S.and Russian
experts and skilled people that, 094 submarine’s ‘Turtle back’
design will increase the flow of water through the resistance
and make noise.
So this is ‘Bohai Bay nuclear submarine’.
Once it leaves Bohai Bay, it will easily be detected by the
European and U.S. modern anti-submarine detection systems.
According to western experts, the CCP Navy’s latest nuclear
submarine 093 and 094’s mute technical level is roughly
equivalent to the former Soviet Union in late 1970s or
early American Los Angeles level.
Such a level, has an obvious difference to the U.S. Ohio,
British or French more advanced ballistic missile submarines.
