【新唐人2013年10月21日訊】中國維權律師唐吉田因為關注雞西市「洗腦班」涉及非法綁架民眾一事，遭到中共當局扣押並拘留。目前已有多位律師和正義人士前往當地聲援，發表《緊急呼籲書》要求，當局立即釋放唐吉田，並在20號上午與雞西市政府方面進行談判，控告「610」和公安機關等部門違法犯罪。
10月19號，來自全國大陸數十名律師和民眾，就唐吉田律師和黑龍江公民楊開成被雞西當局非法拘留一事，前往雞西市政府遞交由68位律師、103位公民聯署的《緊急呼籲書》，追究濫用職權部門和人員的法律責任。
20號上午8點半，律師救援團隊前往市政府信訪局大樓進行談判。他們提出必須無罪釋放唐吉田律師，撤銷處罰決定，並公開賠禮道歉。
律師董前勇：「家屬按照要求去『610』交談，『610』無理拒絕，最後由國保分局在沒有任何事實和法律依據的情況下進行行政處罰，是明顯的濫用職權和打擊報復。」
雞冠區公安局局長鄭海洋則聲稱，中央政法委已有指示，唐吉田不是一般的律師，不能放人。
律師董前勇：「我們向他們反映控告『610』的違法犯罪，以及要求政府信息公開，『610』到底拘押了多少人員，法律依據在甚麼地方，是否涉嫌犯罪，以及要求調查。」
唐吉田因為關注遭到雞西市洗腦班非法綁架的法輪功學員楊開成，遭到當局以所謂「擾亂辦公秩序」行政拘留5天。
目前，唐吉田和楊開成仍然被強制關在雞西市第二看守所。兩人分別患有肺結核和高血壓，身體狀況令人擔憂。
律師江天勇：「首先事情的引起是公民沒有經過任何程序，就被『610』這樣一個沒有任何法律定位的機構和非法組織綁架之後，沒有經過任何程序就把人送到洗腦班，非法關押這麼長時間，這是一個典型的非法拘禁。」
江天勇並對《德國之聲》表示，在江澤民主政期間，「中央處理法輪功問題領導小組」成立，又稱「610辦公室」。「610」下面設有各種形式的「洗腦班」、「法制教育中心」等比「勞教所」更隱密、更沒有人權的維穩系統存在。法輪功問題一直是中共高壓紅線。

Lawyers Negotiate With JiXi Regime For the Release of Tang Jitian
Human Rights lawyer Tang Jitian was illegally detained
by police in Jixi Brainwashing Center.
A group of lawyers and activists
went to Jixi to rescue Tang.
They released a letter urging the regime
to release Tang immediately.
They negotiated with Jixi regime on Oct. 20,
suing the 610 Office and police unit committed crimes.
On Oct. 19, dozens of lawyers and citizens handed
a letter to Jixi city regime.
The letter was signed by 68 lawyers and 103 citizens.
They protested the illegal detention of Tang Jitian
and Yang Kaicheng in Jixi.
They requested that the local regime investigate the relevant
officers’ abuse of power.
On Oct 20, at 8am, lawyers went to the city hall
to demand the immediate release of Tang.
They also requested the penalty be revoked
and apologies be sent.
Lawyer Dong Qianyong: “The families of Tang and Yang
also went to the 610 Office in accordance
with the requirement, but were denied.
The Domestic Security Division didn’t have any
legal facts or basis to carry out the penalty.
They obviously abused power and carried out retaliation.”
Jiguan District police chief, Zheng Haiyang, claims he
received instruction from Central Political and Law Affairs
Committee, stating that Tang is not an ordinary lawyer,
and cannot be released.
Dong Qianyong: “We sue the 610 Office to the city regime,
requesting them to publicize the information.
How many people have been detained by the 610 Office?
What is their legal basis?
Did those officers commit crimes?
We requested that the regime carry out an investigation.”
Tang Jitian went to Jixi Brainwashing Center to defend
Yang’s wife, a Falun Gong practitioner who was illegally arrested.
However, the police alleged Tang “disturbed office order”
and arrested him for five days.
Tang and Yang were held in Jixi No. 2 Detention Center.
Tang was infected with tuberculosis, and Yang suffered
from high blood pressure.
People are worried for their health.
Lawyer Jiang Tianyong: “First, there is no legal procedure,
the 610 Office doesn’t have a formal legal mandate,
they illegally arrested citizens.
Without any legal procedure, they sent citizens
to a brainwashing center and held them for a long time.
It is a typical illegal detention.”
Jiang Tianyong spoke to Deutsche Welle.
He says during Jiang Zemin’s tenure, the 610 Office was
a Chinese Communist Party-led office established
to deal with Falun Gong.
610 Office subordinates various forms of brainwashing,
re-education and other, more secretive systems,
severely violate human rights.
The Chinese Communist Party always considers
suppressing Falun Gong a priority.
