【新唐人2013年09月17日訊】「公盟」再遭打壓 前員工被帶走
繼大陸著名投資人王功權被刑事拘留之後，中共當局針對許志永、王功權等原「公盟」班底的打壓，似乎仍在繼續進行。
北京律師李方平9月15號晚上在微博上說，當天上午北京華歡律師事務所職員林崢，被北京警方以聚眾擾亂公共場所秩序罪帶走傳喚。
林崢2006年加入公盟，曾代表三鹿奶粉受害者在香港發起訴訟。
另外，專欄作家「肉唐僧」也在微博披露，9月14號，原本在大連有一場演講，邀請北大著名法學家賀衛方教授前往，但是遭到警方的阻撓，演講被迫取消。「肉唐僧」本人也被警方控制了26小時。
海內外聲援王功權 聯署簽名近八百
與此同時，民間對公民運動的聲援也在持續升溫，截至9月15號，海內外聯署聲援王功權的簽名名單，已經公布了六期，簽名人數已接近800。
而中國保障人權律師服務團，也在短短時間內，獲得50名大陸律師的響應參與。律師服務團成立的宗旨，是為幫助因參與「公民運動」而被抓捕的公民。
律師上書籲撤銷郭飛雄案
大陸維權人士郭飛雄（楊茂東）的代理律師隋牧青、藺其磊，9月15號也發表致廣州天河檢察院的法律意見書，要求天河檢察院駁回天河警方對郭飛雄逮捕的請求，並責令天河警方迅速撤案。
法律意見書認為，天河警方對郭飛雄先抓捕而後羅織罪證，為將他構陷入罪做準備，不是正常依法辦案，而是奉行非法的政治使命。
兩位律師指出，郭飛雄的所有活動都是在履行公民的正當權利，並無聚眾，更談不到擾亂公共場所秩序，是合法行為。
河南上千中學生抗議封校
河南省商丘市柘城縣第二高級中學學生，因不滿學校封校、禁止學生課餘時間出校、變相斂財，9月14號群起抗議，砸毀學校設施並圍毆了學校一名主任。當局派出警車到場，但因學生眾多，警察沒敢下車。
據《自由亞洲電臺》報導，學生反映，學校在新學年採取封校的制度，變相逼迫學生購買校內食堂和超市出售的高價食品，還有學生因此中毒。
當天，上千名怒氣衝天的學生將校園東側電子伸縮大門掀翻，再依次將食堂、超市、教室、西門、寢室設施砸毀，學校大樓的玻璃幾乎全被砸碎。
後來學校承諾作出讓步，事件才算結束。

“Public Union" Suppressed, Former Employee Taken Away
Wang Gongquan, the Mainland Chinese well-known investor
was detained for criminal detention.
It seems the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
suppression of Xu Zhiyong, Wang Gongquan and other
former “Public Union" team members continues.
On Sept. 15, Beijing lawyer Li Fangping said on microblog
that, the same morning Beijing “Hua Huan Law Firm"
staff Lin Zheng was summoned by the Beijing police on
“gathering crowd to disturb public order" crimes.
Lin Zheng joined the Public Union in 2006 who represented
“Sanlu milk powder" victims, initiating proceedings in Hong Kong.
The columnist also disclosed in the microblog that,
on Sept 14, there was supposed to be a speech in Dalian,
and Peking University jurist professor the well-known
He Weifang was invited to attend.
He was stopped by the police, the speech was cancelled.
The columnist was controlled by the police for 26 hours.
Support Wang Gongquan, With Nearly 800 Signatures
The public’s support of “Citizen Movement" has
continued to increase.
By September 15, nearly 800 people from home and abroad
have signed their names to support Wang Gongquan.
The “Protect Human Rights Lawyer’s Service Group",
quickly got 50 Mainland China lawyers involved.
The purpose of the lawyer’s service group is
to help the arrested citizens who attended the “Citizen Movement".
Lawyer Petition Revocation of Guo Feixiong’s Case
Mainland China activist Guo Feixiong, attorney Sui Muqing
and Lin Qilei, published their Legal Opinion to Guangzhou
Tianhe Procuratorate on Sept. 15th.
They requested Tianhe Procuratorate to reject
the police arrest request for Guo, and ordered Tianhe police to drop the case.
The Legal Opinion believes that, Tianhe police arrested Guo
initally then fabricated evidence to prepare to sentence him.
Instead of following the legal procedures they are serving an
illegal political mission.
The two lawyers pointed out that all of Guo’s activities
are fulfilling citizens’ rights.
There is no “gathering crowd",
not even “disturb public places order",
All is legal and above board.
Henan Thousands of Students Protested At Closure Of Their School
In Henan, Shangqiu City, Zhecheng County Second
High School was closed.
The students were, unhappy with the closure of the school
to stop them from going in after school hours to collect money.
On September 14 smashed school facilities,
and beat one school director.
The authority sent police on the site,
however, because of the huge number of students,
the police did not dare to leave the cars.
According to Radio Free Asia, the students said the
school started a new policy of closing the school,
to force them to buy the high price food in the
school cafeteria and supermarket.
Students had been poisoned because of the food.
The protest of thousands of angry students overturned
the east campus electronic retractable door, then smashed the facilities
in the cafeteria, supermarket, classrooms, west door and
dormitories. Almost all the glass in the school was smashed.
Later, the school promised to make concessions, then
the incident was considered closed.
