【新唐人2013年08月13日訊】日前，有海外中文媒體報導，中共總書記習近平和其他6個常委已經完全達成共識，決定對前中央政法委書記周永康正式調查並立案處理。報導指稱，從目前得到的可靠消息看，中共一直通過剪裙邊的方式逐步接近「核心」，經過一段時間的慢火煮青蛙之後，習近平在8月初下達了相關指令。
8月11號，《多維網》發佈獨家消息，表示從接近中共最高層的三個不同渠道獲悉，就立案處理周永康的問題，中共現任七位常委已經完全統一思想。8月初，習近平決定對前政治局常委周永康進行全面調查、立案處理並予以嚴厲懲處。
報導引述接近中南海的人士的消息指稱，對周永康的外圍調查，早在去年中共十八大前後就已悄然展開。
六四詩人趙發光：「我但願這不是一條假消息，我倒希望它是一條真消息。如果真的是這樣的話，那就是報他的時候到了。」
消息還透露，在查處周永康案件上，習近平和中紀委書記王岐山進行了密切配合，而王岐山自上任中紀委書記以來，其核心工作實際上一直圍繞在周永康案件上。
連日來，對周永康不利的新聞報導，不僅在海外的國際媒體上出現，也在海外多家具有江派背景的中文媒體上不斷出現。與此同時，周永康在四川的勢力接連遭到清除，他的心腹不斷被抓。特別是在近日，有媒體爆出周永康家族親信吳兵在北京逃離時被抓，周永康的兒子周斌逃亡國外，甚至有消息聲稱周斌已經被捕等。
結合目前中共政局的詭異氣氛，時事評論員夏小強觀察認為，周永康目前可能已經被江派拋棄。
夏小強：「假設周永康被中共拋出，很可能會和薄熙來一樣以貪腐名義治罪，或許暫時能緩解一些中共面臨的壓力。但是，薄熙來、周永康、江澤民被掩蓋的活摘法輪功學員的罪惡和真相，遲早會被全面曝光，中共再也無法躲過這最後的危機。」
時事評論員任百鳴分析，周永康在江系裏邊是承上啟下的人物，是替江澤民實際操盤的人物，也是跟薄熙來一起謀反的重要的核心人物，而江是最後的後臺。他認為，目前習李是採取了「溫水煮青蛙」的方式來處理他。
任百鳴：「一旦把周永康給搞掉的話，整個江系它實際上就被掏空了。江澤民最終（被）揪出來也就是水到渠成。所以周永康現在的處境相當不妙，我覺得下一個目標，基本上就是周永康了。」
此外，消息還聲稱，中共國務院總理李克強在政府層面的工作上、以及政治上都為習近平查處周永康案，提供堅定支持。
任百鳴：「老百姓對他（周）是非常痛恨的。任何周永康的負面消息，在網路上，在老百姓心中，總是大快人心的。 所以習李放手清除周永康，後面也是有民意支持的，所以這一點對習李相當有利。」
任百鳴指出，周永康在位期間，全面破壞中國司法制度，建立起一個獨立王國，用勞教、警察、監獄為江澤民建立起一支私家軍。
趙發光：「你（周永康）是這些的總頭目，你是腐敗的根源。所以說周永康真的要遭到報應，這是全國人民、全世界人民都非常高興的事情。第二個問題，我們也從很多媒體，包括我也讀了，也讀到了一些包括他對法輪功（的迫害）。 現在清算他，是來的太晚了。」
報導說，據了解，周永康已被限制行動，中共當局正在著手整理相關資料，適時對外發佈消息。
如果周永康被查處，這將是繼薄熙來案後，中共引爆的又一起轟動全球的重大事件。

Media: Xi Jinping orders an investigation into Zhou Yongkang
Overseas Chinese media reported yesterday, Xi Jinping
& 6 other Communist regime standing committee members,
have decided to file a formal investigation into Zhou Yongkang,
former secretary of Central Political & Law Commission.
This decision was believed to be an approach formed,
which then gradually evolved into reaching
the target of Xi Jinping’s order early August.
An exclusive report of DW news on August 11, indicated that
Politburo Standing Committee of the Communist Party,
have reached a consensus regarding Zhou Yongkang,
according to three different high ranking sources.
Xi Jinping has decided, in early August, to initiate
the investigation & punishment of Zhou Yongkang.
According to sources from Zhongnanhai, investigations
surrounding Zhou Yongkang were started as early as last year
when the 18th National Congress was taking place.
Tiananmen Movement Student & participant Zhao Faguang:
“I hope this news is real. That means it is time to punish him."
The source also indicated that both Xi Jinping and
Wang Qishan, secretary of the Central Discipline Inspection,
have worked closely in dealing with Zhou Yongkang.
In fact Wang Qishan’s main task has been on Zhou Yongkang.
For days adverse reports on Zhou Yongkang have been seen,
including overseas media associated with Jiang’s faction.
Zhou Yongkang’s allies in Sichuan were removed or arrested
one after the other.
Recently, his family crony Wu Bing, was arrested in Beijing
during his fleeing trip.
His son, Zhou Bin, was also reported having fled abroad,
only to be arrested by the authorities.
Based on the bizarre situation, commentator Xia Xiaoqiang
believed Jiang faction has abandoned Zhou Yongkang.
Political commentator Xia Xiaoqiang: “Assuming the regime
has abandoned Zhou Yongkang, he’s likely to have the same fate as Bo Xilai.
He will be charged with the crime of corruption
to release domestic pressure on the CCP.
But the CCP will no longer escape its final crisis,
because sooner or later,
the evil crime & truth of live organ harvesting from
Falun Gong practitioners, as directed by Bo Xilai,
Zhou Yongkang, and Jiang Zemin, will be revealed in full."
Commentator Ren Baiming analyzed that
Zhou Yongkang is central to the Jiang faction.
He is the true operator for Jiang Zemin. He is also the
main figure in Bo Xilai’s coup plan. Jiang is his backbone.
Ren Baiming believed that Xi and Li are dealing with Zhou’s
case with the tactic of “boiling the frog with tempered water.”
Ren Baiming: “Once Zhou Yongkang is eliminated,
the entire Jiang faction is gone.
Jiang Zemin will be the only one left.
Zhou Yongkang can not escape.
He is surely the next target of the CCP."
The source also claimed that the Communist Premier
Li Keqiang is firmly supportive of Xi Jinping’s decision on
Zhou Yongkang’s case.
Ren Baiming: “People hate Zhou. Any adverse report
on Zhou Yongkang will always please the people.
Xi and Li are getting popular for dealing with Zhou.
This is quite favorable for Xi and Li."
Ren Baiming explained that Zhou Yongkang destroyed the
judicial system & established an “independent kingdom” for
Jiang Zemin with his “private army",
i.e., the labor camp, police & prisons, during his post
at the Central Political & Law Commission.
Zhao Faguang: “Zhou Yongkang is the commander &
leader of the corruption.
To punish Zhou Yongkang will make everyone happy.
We have also learned his leadership in persecuting
Falun Gong. The liquidation now is actually too late."
It is reported that Zhou Yongkang has been restricted by
the authorities. Relevant information will be released soon.
If Zhou Yongkang is being investigated, this will be yet
another blow to the CCP, following the case of Bo Xilai.
