【新唐人2013年07月18日訊】近年來，中共勞教制度完全變成了鎮壓訪民、維權人士及法輪功學員的維穩工具，因此遭到了海內外正義人士的強烈譴責和抨擊。在國際輿論的壓力下，北京的兩個勞教所，已經開始釋放被非法關押的法輪功學員及其他冤民。但實際上，中共對法輪功的迫害不僅沒停止，反倒在加劇。
美國國務院曾經記錄，在中國，仍有25萬人被關押在勞教所，法輪功學員可能佔了一半，但真正被釋放回家的不過寥寥數人。
7月16號，《明慧網》報導說，日前，「北京新安勞教所」和「北京女子勞教所」，已經釋放了被劫持到那裏的部分法輪功學員。
7月5號，被非法關押在「北京新安勞教所」的法輪功學員大部分由家人或片警接回家。而拒絕違心表態放棄信仰的或聲明「轉化」作廢的法輪功學員，則被當地專門迫害法輪功的「610」組織接出，送往各個地區的「洗腦班」繼續迫害。
「北京新安勞教所」是男勞教人員的調遣處，每年非法關押法輪功學員約350人。「新安勞教所」因不定期將法輪功學員「賣」到外地勞教所牟利，所以人員數量不穩定，具體放出多少或被轉到其他場所繼續被迫害的人數，目前仍是末知數。
法輪功發言人張而平：「中共勞教所勞教制度本身就不符合憲法，在國際上臭名昭著，在強大的國際壓力和國內維權律師、法律學者也公開呼籲取消這個勞教制度，中共現在黔驢技窮，這場迫害它已經維持不下去了。」
今年1月，中共當局提出要改革勞教制度，但是，後來沒有了下文。4月初，大陸媒體揭露了「遼寧馬三家女子勞教所」的酷刑黑幕，將中共的勞教制度，再次攤在國際的目光下而遭到全球輿論的聲討。6月中旬，江蘇、北京等多地勞教所開始低調轉型為強制戒毒所。
去年下半年「北京女子勞教所」已經掛上「戒毒所」的牌子。今年3月開始，「北京女子勞教所」再沒有勞教人員進入，5月開始，則陸陸續續釋放被非法關押在此的法輪功學員。
被多次勞教的大陸法輪功學員徐立：「中共的勞教迫害已走到了盡頭，但是，中共的邪惡本質並沒有改變，它依然以其他的形式，如洗腦班，監獄，還有以各種形式跟蹤、監聽迫害法輪功學員。」
法輪功發言人張而平指出，實質上中共勞教所並沒有真正把人放出來，對法輪功的迫害不但沒有改變，還在加劇。
張而平：「今年頭6個月，被迫害死43個人，被非法綁架的2101人，被非法勞教14人、被非法判刑的445人，也就是說，今年上半年在中國大陸，每個月得有7名法輪功學員被迫害致死，每兩天得有23名法輪功學員被綁架，每兩天將近5個大陸學員被判刑。」
中共當局和江氏集團從1999年7.20迫害法輪功以來，從未停止過對法輪功學員的抓捕和關押，數百萬人因為修煉「法輪功」而被中共劫持到勞教所，進行血腥迫害及高強度奴役，甚至無數人被活摘器官等。
大陸法輪功學員李靜：「法輪功學員經過14年的反迫害，證實法講真相，還有國際上，上至官員下至貧民百姓明白真相以後，都站出來揭露中共的暴行，來支持法輪功停止迫害，中共已走到了窮途末路，對法輪功學員的迫害維持不下去了。」
針對中共對法輪功的迫害，「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」2003年成立，這個組織多年來收集大量迫害法輪功的惡人名單，併發表聲明：將全球範圍內徹底追查迫害法輪功的一切罪行及相關的機構、組織和個人，無論天涯海角，無論時日長短，都將追查到底，直至每一個罪犯繩之以法。

Persecution Failed, Beijing Releases Falun Gong Practitioners
In recently years, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
use labor camps as a tool to suppress petitioners,
human rights activists and Falun Gong practitioners.
The people of the world strongly condemn the CCP.
Under international pressure, two labor camps in Beijing
have begun to release Falun Gong practitioners and
other victims of human rights violations.
Actually, the persecution of Falun Gong not only
has it not been stopped, instead it has worsened.
The US Department of State has reported in the past that
250,000 people were still being held in labor camps in China,
50% of them are Falun Gong practitioners.
The newly released Falun Gong practitioners
are only a small number.
On 16th July, the Minghui website reported that on 5th July,
Beijing Xin’an and the Women’s labor camps released
Falun Gong practitioners.
Falun Gong practitioners in Xin’an Labor Camp were
taken home by their family or district police.
However, any practitioner who refused to give up their beliefs
were sent to “brainwashing Centers" by the"610 Office".
Beijing’s Xin’an Labor Camp is a place for
distributing male detainees.
Every year they hold about 350 Falun Gong practitioners,
selling them to other labor camps for money,
thus the numbers are not fixed.
It remains unknown, how many
Falun Gong practitioners were released,
and how many were sold to other places
for carrying on the persecution.
Falun Gong spokesman Zhang Erping: “China’s labor camp
system is illegal, which is notorious in the world.
The CCP face strong international pressure, activist lawyers
and law scholar’s pushed forward for the removal of
the labor camp system.
The CCP have come to a dead end,
it is difficult to continue the persecution."
In January, the CCP regime raised the issue of reforming
the labor camp system. But, it soon became quiet.
In April, media in Mainland China exposed the brutal torture
happening in Liaoning Masanjia Women’s Labor Camp.
Thus, the labor camp’s dark secretes were revealed,
the international communities condemned the CCP again.
In June, it reportedly said that labor camps in Beijing,
Jiangsu province and other places were quietly changing
into addiction treatment centers.
Late last year, Beijing Women’s Labor Camp changed
its logo to the Addiction Treatment Center.
Since March this year, no more inmates are thrown into
the Beijing Women’s Labor Camp.
From May, Falun Gong practitioners were gradually released.
Xu Li, a Falun Gong Practitioner who has been held
several times in labor camps: “The CCPs use of the labor camps for
persecuting has come to the end.
However, the CCP’s evil nature will never change,
it still uses the"brainwashing center", jail, and different
forms of monitoring to persecute Falun Gong practitioners."
Zhang Erping said that the CCP didn’t truly set people free,
the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners hasn’t changed,
but instead has worsened.
Zhang Erping:"From January to June this year,
43 Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured to death,
2,101 were illegally kidnapped, 14 were illegally sent to
labor camps and 445 were illegally sentenced.
In other words, an average of 7 Falun Gong practitioners
were tortured to death each month this year,
23 were kidnapped and 5 were sentenced every other day."
Since 20th July, 1999, the CCP and Jiang Zemin faction
began the persecution of Falun Gong,
arresting and the detaining of Falun Gong practitioners
has never stopped.
Hundreds of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners
were detained in labor camps,
have encountered brutal torture and forced slave labor.
Furthermore, their organs were harvested alive by the CCP.
Li Jing, Falun Gong practitioners in Mainland China:
“Falun Gong practitioners have spent 14 years acting against
persecution, validating the Fa and clarifying the truth.
After the overseas government officials and civilians
understood the truth,
they stood up to expose the CCP’s atrocities against
Falun Gong and to stop the persecution.
The CCP has come to a dead end,
the persecution of Falun Gong can hardly carry on."
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) was established in 2003.
WOIPFG has collected many persecutors’ names.
WOIPFG statement reads: to investigate the criminal conduct
of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved
in the persecution of Falun Gong;
no matter how long it takes, no matter how far
and deep we have to search, to full closure,
to exercise fundamental principles of humanity;
and to restore and uphold justice in society.
