【新唐人2013年07月11日訊】「深圳航空有限責任公司(深航) 」資金黑洞大案，最近有新的進展，「深航」原監事郭迎軍，因詐騙罪被判刑12年，成為「深航」高管中獲刑第一人。而隨著案件的不斷發酵，作為「深航案」大後臺的中共現任政治局常委張德江，處境越發尷尬。有消息傳出，中共領導人習近平在政治局會議上，多次向有「江派背景的常委」發炮，張德江壓力極大。
大陸媒體7月8號報導，「深航」原監事郭迎軍，被控騙取一家公司300萬元。北京市第二中級法院以詐騙罪，判處郭迎軍有期徒刑12年。郭迎軍因此成為「深航」高管中獲刑的第一人。而被控挪用「深航」資金高達20.3億元的幕後老闆李澤源、以及「深航」董事長趙祥、總經理李昆、監事會主席徐海偉、董事劉文彪和財務總監謝雲雙6人，也已受審完畢，目前正在等待宣判。
今年4月9號，中共當局突然推出「深航資金黑洞大案」，暗指現任全國人大委員長張德江是「深航」實際控制人李澤源的大後臺，張德江被推向風口浪尖。此後「深航案」不斷升級，在6月5號的最後一次庭審中，李澤源供述，當年自己競購「深航」時，曾向廣東省政府的領導「打招呼」。而當時的廣東省委書記正是張德江。
中國問題獨立評論員李善鑑：「現在開始提這個案子，現在開始判、開始查，這個時機也是和中共中央高層互相之間政治派系鬥爭有比較大的關係。」
從海外《新紀元》週刊獲得的獨家消息，最近在政治局學習會上，習近平針對幾位較保守的常委、向多名政治局委員發炮，其中，劉雲山、張德江壓力極大。據說，張德江還請了病假。
中國問題獨立評論員李善鑑分析指出，習近平很有可能是藉「深航案」警告張德江，因為習近平提出要廢除勞教制度，但張德江卻利用人大進行拖延。
李善鑑：「在人大那邊就頂著不辦，不往下做相應的立法、相應的改動，這個其實也是比較明顯的。習近平不滿意的中央這種大老虎，肯定張德江是其中的一個。」
2005年5月，李澤源控股的深圳市「匯潤投資有限公司」，以27.2億元的高價，成功競購了「深航」65%的股權，從而入主「深航」，上演了「空手套白狼」的驚人一幕。而事實上，「匯潤公司」只是個空殼，在競購前兩個月才剛剛成立。
據多家媒體披露，時任廣東省委書記的張德江，當年對「深航」股權拍賣非常關注，甚至親自過問，最終幫助李澤源入主「深航」。
時事評論員汪北稷也向《新唐人》表示，習近平對張德江的警告並不代表張德江會被查處。
時事評論員 汪北稷：「中共現在的這種信息說：要處理張德江嗎？我看還沒有那麼樂觀。因為中共並沒有一股清流，所以可能對他最後的結果還是跟賈慶林一樣，帶病提拔，穩穩坐著，還要繼續坐。」
《明鏡新聞網》披露，李澤源曾是原總後勤部部長趙南起上將的部下，而趙南起則是張德江的所謂「貴人」。報導說，除張德江之外，原國務院副總理曾培炎、現任江蘇省委書記羅志軍、江西省委書記強衛、全國政協副主席蘇榮等高官，以及趙南起女兒、秦基偉女兒、歌星宋祖英和妹妹宋祖玉等人，都在「深航大案」中扮演關鍵角色。

“Shenzhen Airlines Case", Senior Executive Jailed – Zhang Embarrassed.
Ongoing investigations into the Shenzhen Airlines Case which
involves major funding corruption has made new progress.
Former Executive Supervisor Guo Yingjun, who has been
sentenced to 12 years for fraud, is the first senior executive to be jailed.
As investigations progressed, Zhang Dejiang, a member of
the CCP Politburo Standing Committee who supported the case is now in an embarrassing situation.
Media reports claim that, the CCP leader Xi Jinping
has attacked those that have a Jiang Zemin background, at the Standing Committee.
Zhang is increasingly under more and more pressure.
According to media reports from the Mainland on 8th July,
Guo Yingjun, a former Supervisor of Shenzhen Airlines
was charged with defrauding the company of 3 million yuan.
Guo was sentenced to 12 years in jail at the
Beijing Second Intermediate Court.
Hence, Guo has become the first senior
Executive of Shenzhen Airlines to get jailed.
Those indicted for misappropriating public funds of
2 billion yuan from Shenzhen Airlines,
includes Li Zeyuan, the ringleader, also Zhao Xiang
the Board Director, Li Kun General Manager,
Xu Haiwei the Supervisory Board Chairman, Liu Wenbiao
a Director, and Xie Yunshuang the Chief Financial Officer.
The six of them have gone through the trial and
currently are awaiting sentencing.
On 9th April, The CCP regime bosses suddenly announced
the big case of “Shenzhen’s Funding Black Hole"
Alluding that Zhang Dejiang was the actual proponent of
the case to go for the big gun Li Zeyuan.
Zhang was pushed to the frontline. Since then the
“Shenzhen Airlines Case" has escalated continuously.
In the final court hearing on 05th June,
Li Zeyuan confessed that, in a bid for Shenzhen Airlines,
he bribed the head of the Guangdong Provincial Government.
Zhang Dejiang was then the Provincial CCP Secretary.
Li Shankan, an Independent commentator on Chinese Issues:
“They begin by announcing the case,
then begin the trial and investigations.
It ties in closely to the political factions within
the CCP high-ranking groups."

During a recent study meeting, Xi Jinping attacked some
conservative Committee members and Politburo members.
It included Liu Yunshan and Zhang Dejiang
who was under great pressure.
It was said that Zhang Dejiang asked for sick leave.
Li Shankan, independent commentator on China issues,
pointed out that;
it’s likely Xi Jinping used the case to warn Zhang Dejiang.
Because Xi Jinping had proposed abolition of
re-education through the forced labor system,
but was held-up by Zhang Dejiang at the
NPC (National People’s Congress).
Li Shankan: “(Zhang) resisted carrying it out at NPC.
He did not follow up with legislation and the relevant changes.
It was obvious. Xi Jinping is not pleased with the obstructionist
tigers, and Zhang Dejiang definitely is one of them."
In May 2005, Shenzhen, “Huirun Investment Limited"
which was controlled by Li Zeyuan Holdings,
successfully purchased 65% stake in Shenzhen Airlines
at the price of 2.72 billion.
It became the main controller of Shenzhen Airlines.
In fact, “Huirun Investment Limited" was just a shell company
and it was established just two months before the bid.
According to media reports Zhang Dejiang, the current
Guangdong Party Secretary was very anxious about Shenzhen Airline’s auction.
The reports claim that Zhang personally intervened and
helped Li Zeyuan take control of Shenzhen Airline.
Wang Beiji, current affairs commentator told NTD that
Xi Jinping’s warning to Zhang doesn’t mean that
Zhang will be investigated.
Wang Beiji:"Does the CCP’s message mean an
investigation into Zhang Dejiang? I won’t be so optimistic.
Zhang’s ultimate fate will most likely be the same as Jia
Qinglin: promotion, security and continuing in his position."
Mingjing News revealed that Li Zeyuan
worked for Zhao Nanqi,
a former director of the general logistics
department of the People’s Liberations Army.
Zhao was Zhang’s right hand man.
The reports said that apart from Zhang,
several high-ranking officials such as Zeng Peiyan,
Luo Zhijun, and daughter of Zhao Nanqi,
singer Song Zuying etc. also played an important
role in Shenzhen Airline’s affairs.
