【新唐人2013年04月22日訊】日前，中共喉舌《新華網》聲稱「《走出馬三家》一文內容嚴重失實」。同為官方媒體的《光明網》卻提出質疑，並建議通過法律程序對薄公堂，讓控辯雙方在法庭上公開呈供和相互對質，使真相大白於天下。有評論認為，中共高層在處理「馬三家勞教所」的黑幕上，意見明顯分裂。
4月19號，《新華網》刊發了一則沒有署名的消息說，針對某雜誌《走出馬三家》文章中，有關「馬三家勞教所使用酷刑對待被勞教人員」的情況，遼寧省相關部門組成調查組進行調查，結果表明，《走出馬三家》一文存在嚴重失實的問題。
《光明網》20號把「馬三家事件」和所謂「習近平打的」這則假新聞聯繫在一起，並指出﹕《新華網》關於這些事件的報導，把民眾帶入了「五里霧」之中，因為只指出這些報導「失實」，卻沒有說明真相到底是甚麼。
前《大公報 大週刊》主筆兼新聞部主任朱健國：「當局它在推行繼續以『謊』治國，這種策略已經受到了體制內的挑戰了。《新華網》是忠實的支持官方的，用謊言、『闢謠』來掩蓋那些令人髮指的專制事實。現在，在今天這個形勢下，當局想要繼續以往的『將謊言重復一千遍就成為真理』的方略但是已經比較難了。」
《光明網》指出，以《走出馬三家》一文所描述的情節，如果其中事實為真，則虐待被勞教人員的施虐者已經構成刑事犯罪。撰寫《走出馬三家》報導的記者已經具名，文中的受訪者也都有真名實姓﹔調查組有出具證言證詞的相關證人，可以在法庭上公開呈供和相互對質，使真相大白於天下。
時事評論員藍述認為，中國民間已經有大量的民眾了解了「馬三家」的事實真相，《新華網》的報導出來後，反而受到了民間和國際社會的強大壓力。
時事評論員藍述：「官方實際上在這個事情上它們處在一個進退維谷的境地，是繼續把更多的真相曝光出來，按照正常的法律去處理問題，還是退回去，把這個事情按照中共的一貫手法把它遮掩過去。怎麼樣走﹖往哪個方向走﹖它沒有最後的下決心，主要因為中共高層有不同的聲音。」
《新華網》的報告雖然全盤否認「馬三家勞教所」存在酷刑虐待，並將矛頭轉向所謂的境外勢力「法輪功」，卻也直接承認了「馬三家」關押的大部分是法輪功學員。
大陸維權人士胡佳認為，這篇報告反而讓外界更加聚焦大陸媒體不敢提及的﹕「馬三家酷刑迫害法輪功群體」的罪惡。
據了解，所謂「馬三家事件」調查組的組長是遼寧省司法廳廳長張凡，副組長則是勞教局局長張超英，兩人都是實施鎮壓法輪功的中共前黨魁江澤民派繫在遼寧的骨幹，而張超英之前就是「馬三家教養院院長」。
朱健國：「遼寧的調查是不能抱有希望的，他本身就是責任單位，怎麼自己調查自己呢？他們的調查只會是掩蓋事實真相。這個調查至少要有第三方的參與，共同來做。遼寧你可以調查，但你還要歡迎第三方、民間參與一起調查，甚至國際、聯合國來一起調查。光你調查是不能服眾的，你再怎麼公布大家也不會相信的。 」
胡佳還在推特上指出，所謂的「馬三家事件調查組」，並非調查勞教所對被勞教公民的人權侵害，而是在查清內幕是如何泄露？
《走出馬三家》的作者袁凌也在網上透露，包括原鞍山市國稅局公務員李文娟在內的幾名受害者，因為透露「馬三家」的酷刑內幕，已經遭到了警察的威脅。

Truth of Masanjia? The Party’s Two State-Run Media Wrestle
Recently, China state-run Xinhua news claimed the article
“Walking out of Masanjia” severely distorted the truth about the labor camp.
Another state-run media Guangming website (GMW)
questioned Xinhua suggesting both prosecution and defense should confront in open court.
This would expose the truth to the public.
Regarding how to deal with “Masanjia Labor Camp”,
opinions of the party’s senior authorities went different ways.
On April 19th Xinhua website published a piece of news
anonymously.
The news said that the article “Walking out of Masanjia”
seriously distorted the truth.
Regarding “Masanjia labor camp brutally torturing prisoners”,
the article stated that some Liaoning provincial departments did an investigation and found that this is not true.
On April 20th, GMW stated that reports form Xinhua really
confuse people.
They said that Xinhua only claimed that news like
“Masanjia Event” and “Xi Jinping Takes Taxi”.
It distorted the truth, but couldn’t tell people
what the truth is.
Zhu Jianguo, former Chief Editor and Director of the News
Department of “Big Weekly”:
“Chinese regime still tries to rule the country with lies.
However, now it’s challenged by forces inside the regime.
The Xinhua news website is still trying to deploy lies or
so-called “dispelling rumors” to cover up its being autocratic.
Nowadays the strategy “repeating the lies a thousand times,
they’ll become the truth” hardly works anymore.
The GMW stated that whoever tortured the prisoners
actually committed civil crimes if what the article “Walking out of Masanjia described is true;
the author of the article “Walking out of Masanjia” has been
identified, as well as all the prisoners being interviewed.
In order to disclose the truth to the public, the prosecution and
defense can provide testimony and witness in an open court.
Commentator Lan Shu states that many people in China
already know the truth of “Masanjia Labor Camp”.
When Xinhua tried to “dispel the rumor”, it caused substantial
pressure from international and public forces.
Lan Shu: “Right now, the government is in a quandary.
It can disclose more truth and deal with it by following legal
Procedure;
or it can flinch from the truth by following that the usual trick
of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), called “covering up the truth”.
The senior leaders are still vacillating about what the
next step is since there are various voices on which direction to go. ”
The report from Xinhua not only fully denied Masanjia’s brutal
torturing prisoners but also pointed the finger at “Falun Gong”.
By Falun Gong disclosing the truth , it did admit that majority
Masanjia prisoners are Falun Gong practitioners indirectly.
Hu Jia, China’s activist, stated that the article from Xinhua
would bring more attention on
“Masanjia’s brutally torturing Falun Gong practitioners”,
which the state-run media dare never mention a word about.
Zhang Fan, Director of the Department of Justice of Liaoning
Province, is said to lead the investigation on “Masanjia Event”.
Zhang Chaoying, Associate Director of Department of Justice
of Liaoning Province, also helped lead the investigation.
Both Zhang Fan and Zhang Chaoying are persistent followers
of Jiang Zemin, who originated and committed the
crack-down on Falun Gong practitioners.
Zhang Chaoying was also the
former head of “Masanjia Labor Camp”.
Zhu Jianguo: “The investigation executed by Liaoning
provincial departments cannot be reliable.
They committed the crime.
How can they investigate themselves?
Their investigation is only to cover up the truth.
A third party has to be involved with the investigation.
Liaoning province can perform the investigation.
However, they must ask a third party; public or international to do it.
The investigation by Liaoning’s provincial departments is
not trustworthy at all.
No one would believe the result of their investigation.”
Hu Jia wrote on his twitter that the so-called “investigation
group of Masanjia event” is only investigating how the truth was revealed,
but not how citizens’ human rights are infringed.
Yuan Ling, author of “Walking out of Masanjia”, disclosed that
some interviewees who spoke to him have been threatened by the police.
Li Wenjuan, former staff of National Tax Bureau in Anshan,
was one of them.
