【新唐人2013年04月13日訊】審法輪功案如臨大敵 庭外毆打律師
4月12號，大連市中級法院外，大批警察守候，戒備森嚴，如臨大敵。前往法院的5名辯護律師，在大門外被警察劫持，並塞進警車毆打，20多名前往法院旁聽的民眾也被抓捕。
大陸律師程海向《新唐人》表示，他和韓志廣、王全璋、梁小軍、郭海躍等律師到大連，是準備為車中山、王守成、佘鉞等13名法輪功學員做無罪辯護，但是大連中院突然臨時電話通知延期開庭，他們前往法院索取書面通知，結果無故遭到毆打。
程海說，他們被劫持毆打兩個多小時，身體多處受傷，過程中警方沒有出示任何證件。他表示，他們將對大連警方的犯罪行為進行控告。
據了解，車中山、王守成、佘鉞等13位法輪功學員，是因為替別人安裝能收看《新唐人電視臺》的衛星接收器，而遭到非法起訴的。
幾位律師認為，法輪功學員沒有危害社會的行為，中共也沒有任何法律禁止收看《新唐人電視臺》的節目，因此，這些法輪功學員都是無罪的。
周永康列美國迫害者禁止入境名單
為了制止中共當局對人權的迫害，大陸維權人士陳光誠要求美國眾議院外交事務委員會，將一個侵犯人權的中共官員的名單存入國會的永久記錄，並依法收入美國「迫害者禁止入境名單」。目前這份名單已被批准和收錄。
據了解，這份名單上，有44名應對陳光誠長期在家鄉受迫害負責的官員，包括原中共中央政法委書記周永康，原山東省委書記、現中共中央常委張高麗，原山東省委書記李建國，現任山東省委書記姜異康，原山東省省長姜大明，原山東省公安廳廳長吳鵬飛。另外還有臨沂市、沂南縣、雙侯鎮的前任和現任官員。

Defense Lawyers Of Falun Gong Practitioners Beaten Outside Court To Stop Them Entering
On April 12th there was an alert outside Dalian City
Intermediate People’s Court.
Large numbers of police were on guard.
Five defense lawyers on the way to court were
kidnapped outside the court’s gate and stuffed into police cars for a beating.
More than 20 observers were arrested at the same time.
Mainland attorney Chenghai told the NTDTV reporter,
he came to court with four other attorneys;
Han Zhiguang, Wang Quanzhang, Liang Xiaojun, Guo Haiyue.
They were the defense lawyers for 13 Falun Gong practitioners
to plead not guilty.
However, suddenly they received phone calls from the court
that the trial would be postponed.
So they went to court to ask for written notice,
and they were beaten for turning up and asking questions.
Chenghai said that they were kidnapped, held for two hours
and received injuries over most of their bodies.
During the incident, the police produced no paperwork. He said
they would hold the police responsible for their bad actions.
It’s understood that 13 Falun Gong practitioners were illegally
prosecuted for installing NTDTV satellite receivers for people.
The attorneys thought that the Falun Gong practitioners’
actions had no harm on society.
There is no law stopping poeple watching programs of
NTDTV. So, the Falun Gong practitioners were not guilty.
Zhou Yongkang Blacklisted From Entering The USA.
To prevent Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
persecution of human right,
Mainland human right activist Chen Guangcheng
asked the US House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee to take action.
He suggested listing the CCP officials’ violations of human
rights into the permanent record of the Congress.
Then they would be named on the
“list of forbidden entry to the USA”.
It’s understood that, on this list, 44 officials of Cheng
Guangcheng’s homeland were listed.
The list named: Zhou Yongkang, the former Shandong
Provincial Party Secretary Zhang Gaoli.
Former Shandong Provincial Party Committee secretary
Li Jianguo, Shandong Provincial Party Secretary Jiang Yikang,
The former governor of Shandong Province, Jiang Daming,
Shandong Province Public Security Bureau director Wu Pengfei.
There were also some former and current officials of
Linyi City, Yinan, Shuanghou Town.
