【新唐人2013年03月12日訊】日前歐洲議會副主席愛德華-麥克米蘭‧史考特（Edward McMillan-Scott），到美國華盛頓DC參加中國人權聽證會的同時，找到了幾年前他積極營救的法輪功學員張連英。史考特表示，他還要繼續營救另一位曾與他見面而遭受迫害的法輪功學員曹東。
張連英本來是北京「光大集團」的處級幹部，註冊會計師。張連英和丈夫牛進平因堅持信仰「法輪功」，雙雙遭到中共的迫害。
2006年，歐洲議會副主席愛德華-麥克米蘭‧史考特前往北京，了解中國人權的實際狀況，法輪功學員曹東和張連英的丈夫牛進平冒著生命危險與他會面。牛進平講述了妻子張連英在勞教所所遭受的酷刑迫害﹔而曹東披露了中共活體摘除法輪功學員器官等驚天黑幕，史考特心裡受到極大的震動。隨後牛進平，曹東和另外一位為法輪功辯護的維權律師高智晟，全部遭到中共抓捕。
2007年底，張連英從勞教所出來後，將自己在勞教所的遭遇，陳述給史考特及歐洲議會人權委員會，史考特將張連英所遭受的五十多種酷刑發佈在議會網站上，並在國際社會曝光。
2008年北京奧運前夕，張連英和丈夫再次遭到綁架，張連英在馬三家勞教所受到非人摧殘。史考特更大範圍曝光中共的非法罪行，致力於營救這對苦難的夫婦。
2011年初，張連英一家人在多方營救下，來到美國。
今年3月4號，史考特來到美國華盛頓DC參加中國人權聽證會，經過「華盛頓DC法輪大法佛學會」牽線，找到了張連英，並與張連英一家歡聚。
原北京光大集團審計處副處長張連英：「我們見到他非常高興，對這種支持正義的人士也非常感激，他（愛德華）講他一直惦念我們一家人，他說他每到一處都講到我們的名字，他說他還是要繼續營救曹東。」
史考特告訴張連英，高智晟律師曾兩次給他打電話，高智晟說，他有一次被折磨後昏死過去，醒來周圍站著身穿白大褂的人，高智晟問那些人為甚麼那麼折磨他，還要救他。那些人回答說，他們不想弄死他，而是「讓他自己想死」。
張連英：「愛德華先生說到高智晟這種痛苦我是理解，我是知道的，在那種酷刑裡面，真的就是死亡，因為我被他們勒死過去9次，打昏過去多次，頭上也做了手術，這種痛苦相比來講，還不是最難受的，最難受的就是讓我始終處於在臨死前掙扎那種狀態。」
張連英描述她所遭受的酷刑之一，包括幾個吸毒賣淫的所謂「包夾人員」每天多次把她按在地上，用濕抹布堵住她的嘴巴和鼻子，當她窒息的喘不過氣來時再鬆開，然後再堵住，一次又一次的反覆折磨，直到她大小便失禁。
而她被關押北京女子勞教所期間，她的孩子才一歲半。在那三平方米的寒冷小號裡，警察不分晝夜的高音播放小孩喊媽媽的哭叫聲，來催毀她的意志力。
歐盟議會副主席麥克米蘭-史考特：「我相信，我們必須對像中共這樣的政治集團持續施壓。這是世界上最大的專制政權，還有其他的，但這是最重要的。」
張連英：「我在大陸被關押整整7年，如果不是愛德華先生和許多正義的人士營救，也可能我已經被活摘了器官了，因為在大陸多次被抽血，而且是大量抽血，有時從脖子上抽血，多次被拖去檢查身體， 真的是多虧他的幫助，我們是幸運的，但是我的朋友，鄰居，我和我丈夫認識的20多個人都被迫害致死了，我說我們還是幸運的，但是想到大陸那些人，心理還是很難受的。」
2006年和史考特見過面的另一位法輪功學員曹東還在遭受迫害，而曹東的妻子已經在中共的迫害下離世。

E.U. Vice Chairman Meets Rescued Falun Gong Practitioner in D.C.
Vice-Chairman of European Parliament Edward McMillan Scott,
attended a Chinese human rights hearing in D.C. on March 4th.
He specially found and talked to Falun Gong practitioner Zhang
Lianying whom he actively helped to rescue some years ago.
Scott said he would continue to rescue the other Falun Gong
practitioner Cao Dong,
who also suffered persecution from CCP
due to meeting with Scott.
Zhang Lianying was a CPA and division-level manager of
Everbright Group Corp. in China.
Due to her persistent Falun Gong practicing, she suffered from
CCP’s persecution together with her husband Niu Jinping.
In 2006, Vice-Chairman of European Parliament Edward Scott
went to Beijing to learn about human rights situations in China.
Falun Gong practitioners Cao Dong and Zhang Lianying
risked their lives to meet with him.
Niu Jinping told Scott the tortures his wife Zhang Lianying
suffered in CCP’s labor camp.
Cao disclosed CCP’s organ harvesting from living Falun
Gong practitioners, which greatly shocked Scott.
Soon after, Niu and Cao, together with Gao Zhisheng, a defense
lawyer for Falun Gong, were all arrested by Chinese authorities.
After release from the labor camp at the end of 2007,
Zhang Lianying reported her experiences in CCP’s labor camp
to Scott and European Parliament Commission on Human Rights.
Scott published Zhang Lianying’s experiences, including over
fifty kinds of torture she suffered, on the Parliamentary website to expose it to the international communities.
On the eve of 2008 Olympics, Zhang Lianying and
her husband were again kidnapped by CCP.
Zhang suffered from inhumane tortures in Masanjia labor camp.
Scott engaged in exposing CCP’s illegal crimes on
a much wider scale, committing himself to rescuing the suffering couple.
In early 2011, Zhang Lianying’s family arrived in U.S.
under multi-faceted help.
March 4th, 2013, on his human rights visit to D.C., Scott
successfully found Zhang Lianying through Washington D.C. Falun Dafa Association, meeting with her family.
Zhang Lianying, former Deputy Director of Audit Dept.,
Everbright Group: “We are very pleased to meet with him,
and are so grateful to people like him who upholds justice.
He (Scott) said he has been missing my family all the time,
and that he mentions our names wherever he goes.
He said he would continue to rescue Cao Dong.”
Scott told Zhang Lianying that Gao Zhisheng called him twice.
Gao Zhisheng said once he’d fainted from the torture.
When he woke up he found himself surrounded by people
in white uniforms of doctors and nurses.
Gao asked those people why they would give him treatment
after torturing him.
They replied that they did not want to kill him,
but wanted to make Gao “desire for death.”
Zhang Lianying: “I totally understand Gao Zhisheng’s
suffering Mr. Scott described.
That kind of torture is even worse than death.
I passed out because of strangling nine times, and was knocked
out many times. They also did a harmful operation to my head.
Comparing the struggles I suffered in near-death situations,
these tortures themselves are not even the most painful.”
Zhang Lianying described one of the tortures she suffered.
Several inmates of drug abuse and prostitution pushed
her on to the ground.
Several times a day they blocked her mouth and nose
with a piece of wet cloth, until she was choking to faint.
Then they would repeat this until she was incontinent.
When she was detained in Beijing Women’s Labor Camp,
her child was only 1and a half years of age.
In a tiny cell of less than three square meters, CCP police
played her children’s crying for mother, day and night in order to destroy her willpower.

Zhang Lianying: “I was detained for seven years
in Mainland China.
Without the help of Mr. Scott and many other righteous people,
I might have already been killed for my organs.
They repeatedly took large amounts of my blood.
Sometimes they directly drew blood from my neck.
They also dragged me for medical check ups repeatedly.
Thanks to their (Scott & co’s) help, I am indeed fortunate,
but my neighbors, my friends and more than 20 people
I know have been persecuted to death by CCP.
I say I am lucky, but thinking of those people
in Mainland China, I still feel painful in my heart.”
The other Falun Gong practitioner Cao Dong who met
with Scott in 2006 is still suffering from CCP’s persecution.
His wife is already dead from CCP’s persecution.
