【新唐人2012年12月28日訊】12月26號，衛生部與國際扶輪3450區，簽署「人體器官捐獻與移植」合作項目。衛生部副部長黃潔夫表示，中共高層也都表達了捐獻器官的意願。但分析指出，黃潔夫這次表態，是對國際社會關注「中共活體摘除人體器官」的回應。可是，每次回應都是越描越黑。
針對目前大陸移植器官的來源，黃潔夫介紹說，從2010年啟動人體器官捐獻試點以來，截至今年11月1號，已有38個試點單位完成了466例人體器官捐獻，捐獻大器官1256例。
黃潔夫還介紹說，中共國家領導人階層也在力推器官捐獻，很多高層官員都表達了捐獻的意願。
時事評論員林子旭分析，黃潔夫出來表態，肯定是迫於壓力，因為國際社會正在關注此事，中共當局非常害怕。。
時事評論員林子旭：「黃潔夫再次明確的承認了，中國醫院移植器官的主要來源，是來自於死刑犯，很多證據表明中共在執行死刑之前，這些死刑犯的器官已經被摘除了，也就說明甚麼呢？活摘人體器官的事情，在中國是的的確確存在的。」
據了解，中國的器官移植始於20世紀60年代。1993年，美國的肝移植率是中國的5340倍﹔到2007年，這一差距迅速縮小到19.4倍，這期間，中國的年肝移植數量增長了400多倍。
2008年，中國的腎移植累計86,800例，肝臟移植累計14,643例。共有164家醫院獲准提供人體器官移植服務。如今，中國已經成為臨床手術數量，僅次於美國的器官移植第二大國。
2010年，「華中科技大學同濟醫學院」教授陳忠華曾對媒體披露，從2003年到2009年8月，中國大陸只有130位公民逝世後，成功捐獻器官。而2007年以來，中國大陸每年開展臨床器官移植約1萬例，其中來源於公民逝世後捐獻的器官不到30例。
當時，黃潔夫透露，中國根本還沒有「器官捐獻體系」。那麼，中國每年大量用於移植的器官來自何處？
美國西奈山醫學院病理專業博士王文怡：「我想跟大家回憶一下歷史，2006年的3月份，海外的獨立媒體《大紀元》，還有《新唐人》，就是揭露了、曝光了法輪功學員被活體摘取器官，被迫害至死的這樣一個滔天罪行後，中共就是從那個時候開始，就一直在這個問題上進行掩蓋。」
畢業於美國「西奈山醫學院」的病理專業博士王文怡提出質疑，她表示，如果中共想證明沒有非法活摘人體器官用於移植，為甚麼不把關押的法輪功學員釋放出來，由他們來親自作證？
王文怡：「如果沒有做到這一點，換句話說，你還是改變不了現在這個用所謂的死刑犯，這個器官去作為移植的主要來源。所以，國際社會和媒體還有相關的組織，不要被他所謂的捐獻數字所迷惑住，因為這個東西在醫學界，大家都知道是沒有任何意義的，只要法輪功學員在裏面一天，（被活摘）這個危險就永遠都存在。」
有一點值得關注的是，黃潔夫是大陸「三高合唱團」的成員之一。「三高」成員主要由高級知識份子、高級幹部和高級軍官組成。報導指出，黃潔夫和140多名「三高」團員接觸，大部分表達了捐獻的意願。
12月21號晚，「三高」藝術團在北京舉行音樂會，江澤民夫婦及李嵐清夫婦到場觀看演出。
江澤民是鎮壓法輪功的元兇，對法輪功學員他提出「打死算自殺」的迫害政策。那麼，黃潔夫與江澤民的政策之間存在何種連繫﹖衛生部副部長提出高層自願捐獻器官的說法，目地又何在，不得不讓人們三思。

On December 26, China’s Ministry of Health signed
a letter of intent on an organ donation and transplant
cooperation project with Rotary International District 3450.
Huang Jiefu, the vice Minister of Health said that
even the high level officers from the Chinese Communist
Party (CCP) had showed their willingness to donate organs.
But analysts pointed out that Huang Jiefu’s words are
In response to international society’s concern that:
“The CCP does live organ harvest in China”.
And each of his responses has made the truth clearer.
As for the sources of the organs that used for transplantation,
Huang Jiefu said that from 2010 to November 1, 2012,
the CCP has built 38 pilot units which has collected
466 bodies and 1256 organ parts.
Huang Jiefu also announced that the CCP leadership
is promoting organ donation, most senior officers have expressed their willingness to donate.
Lin Zixu, a political commentator, analyzed that
there must have been a lot of pressure on the CCP
to make Huang Jiefu utters such an announcement.
The CCP must be very scared.
Lin Zixu: ”Huang Jiefu confirmed again that the main source
of the organs used in Chinese hospitals is condemned prisoners.
Now there is more and more evidence are showing that
organs of condemned prisoners are taken.
However, this is before the execution. What does this mean?
It means that live organ harvesting indeed takes place in China.”
Based on the information we have, China’s organ
transplantation started in the 1960s.
In 1993, the liver transplantation rate (total transplantations
in every one million people) in China is 5340 times more than the figure in the U.S.A..
But in 2007, this gap narrowed rapidly to 19.4.
During this period, the China’s liver transplantation rate increased more than 400 times.
In 2008, China’s kidney transplantation total was 86,800,
the total liver transplantation for this period was 14,643 cases.
In general, there are 164 hospitals with a permit for
organ transplantation.
Now, China has grow to be the second biggest organ
transplantation country in quantity that passes U.S. figures.
In 2010, Chen Zhonghua, a Professor from Tongji Medical
College Huazhong University of Science and Technology, told media that:
From 2003 to August 2009, only 130 Chinese citizens
had donated their bodies after death.
But from 2007, there were about 10,000 organ transplantation
surgeries that took place in China every year.
However, there were less than 30 organs donated
from other sources during the same period.
At that time, Huang Jiefu insisted that there wasn’t
an organ donation system in China.
Then, where did those large number of organs
come from?
Wang Wenyi, a Pathology Ph.D. from U.S. Mount Sinai School
of Medicine, “I want to recall the history with everybody.
In March 2006, the overseas independent media
‘The Epoch Times’ and ‘『NTDTV’ unveiled and reported that
Falun Gong practitioners were live organ harvested and
tortured to death in China which is a monstrous crime.
From that time, CCP has been hiding
the facts of this issue.”
Dr. Wang Wenyi questioned that if CCP wants to prove that
there’s no illegal live organ harvest in China,
why doesn’t it release Falun Gong practitioners and
ask them to testify?
Wang Wenyi: “It hasn’t done this. In another words,
it couldn’t change the so-called using condemned prisoners’ organs as the main source.
So, international society, media and related NGOs
shouldn’t be puzzled by the donation number.
In the medical profession, everybody knows what this means.
If Falun Gong practitioners are detained inside for one day,
the risk of being live organ harvested exists.”
There’s one point that should be known by everybody.
Huang Jiefu is a member of “Three High Chorus”.
“Three High Chorus” consists of senior intellectuals,
senior cadres and high-ranking officers.
A report has pointed out that Huang Jiefu has talked with
over 140 Chorus members. Most of them showed a willingness to donate their organs.
In the night of December 21, the “Three High Chorus"
performed a concert in Beijing.
The Jiang Zemin and Li Lanqing couples watched the show.
Jiang Zemin is responsible for the persecution on Falun Gong.
He launched the persecution policy that
“killing is seen as suicide”.
Then what’s the relationship between Huang Jiefu and
Jiang Zemin’s policy?
What’s the Vice Minister of Health’s main purpose
in saying that senior officers want to donate organs? People should think about it.
