【新唐人2012年11月12日訊】隨著中共十八大的召開，中國大陸各地各級迫害法輪功的專門機構「六一零」，以「保證十八大安全」的理由，加大力度對法輪功學員進行暴力綁架、非法判刑和酷刑迫害。光四川省在半個月內就綁架了37名法輪功學員，北京也傳出10多人被綁架。
根據「法輪大法信息中心」執行主任Levi Browde報告，中共安全力量把「保衛十八大」作為藉口來鎮壓法輪功，試圖重新加強鎮壓行動。他說，「他們分成小的運動，作為包裝的方式，賦予新的目標，推動它。十八大也不例外。」
中共鎮壓法輪功運動，從1999年開始，今年嚴厲程度升級。瀏覽當局網站可以看出，這場運動在全中國展開，從大城市，如北京，到小地方，如浙江省臺州市玉環縣，還延伸到街道社區和公寓。
《大紀元》新聞網報導，來自江蘇省廣上鎮的一份公安局文件，內容有清晰的監控指示。
報導說，這份文件被傳達到這個鎮的每一個單位。文件內容還說，公安局必須「使用天羅地網的辦法」找到所有法輪功學員。文件要求注意發現的信息包括﹕「傳遞渠道，活動計劃，人數，聚會時間，家庭環境，經濟狀況，教育文化程度，生活經歷，個性，修煉法輪功的動機」等。文件說﹕「不能漏掉一家一戶」。
在針對全中國安全力量幹部的電話會議和視頻會議上，鎮壓法輪功被列為「突出重點」，以及順利舉行十八大必要的「控制工作」。
而黑龍江「焦點律師事務所」律師韋良月接受《新唐人》採訪時表示，在辦理法輪功案件中，找不到中共當局審判法輪功的法律依據。包括起訴、判決，抓捕。
黑龍江「焦點律師事務所」律師韋良月﹕「有些抓捕，可能沒有走到刑事處罰的範疇，可能對於這種行為，抓捕了是為了行政處罰—-就是行政拘留，或者勞動教養。但是勞動教養和行政拘留的依據也不足﹗因為我看他們很多依據的就是違反治安啦，或者是冒用氣功名義傷害身體，恰恰這個功法（法輪功）當中，不僅不影響身體，而且恰恰他們煉功的目地是為了身體的健康。」
時事評論員汪北稷表示，中共已經走入末路瘋狂﹗他說，中共中央政法委書記周永康在十八大召開期間，對中國人民的嚴密監控，對法輪功學員、異議人士、民主人士的迫害，顯示﹕中共將與世界民主的潮流和13億人民決戰。
時事評論員汪北稷﹕「中共已經…十八大醜陋的帷幕揭開之後，看到它以決戰的心態，來宣佈它要繼續捍衛它腐朽的、專制的、醜陋的體制。現在你看他們都緊緊的團結在一起，他們都不約而同的，五代政治局的常委都坐在一起，要捍衛它這個腐朽的體制，向全世界宣戰，其中也包括了善良正義的法輪功學員。」
時事評論員林子旭也表示，中共主導迫害法輪功的「血債幫」成員，十多年來一門心思的想打垮法輪功，但「事與願違」，法輪功不僅沒有被打垮，法輪功學員在國內外講真相的活動，相反的，更加開展的轟轟烈烈。而「血債幫」成員因迫害好人被千夫所指，現在這個集團正面臨全面崩潰的下場。
林子旭也認為，最近這一系列的抓捕法輪功，就是中共最後的瘋狂。他說，清算迫害的日子不會太遠了。
時事評論員林子旭﹕「胡溫當政十年，雖然他們沒有直接參與迫害法輪功，但是現在他們馬上就要交出權力了，在他們下去之前，如果他們不能夠停止迫害，或者說，他們作為一個個體，沒有一個明確的表態的話，這對他們來講，將是一件非常悲哀的事情﹗中共倒臺後所有參與過對法輪功迫害的這些人，都要面臨審判﹗」
汪北稷認為，對共產黨保持任何的幻想，都是對自己的傷害。

Chinese Communist Party (CCP) insane acts to “protect the 18th
National Congress” signifies its approaching doom, say analysts
During the CCP』s 18th National Congress, different levels of
the 610 office, an agency established to carry out persecution of Falun Gong,
have become more aggressive in the name of
“protecting the safety of the congress”.
They performed intensified violent kidnapping, illegal
sentencing and torturing of Falun Gong practitioners.
In Sichuan province 37 practitioners were kidnapped.
Ten more were also kidnapped in Beijing.
According to the report by Levi Browde, executive director
of the Falun Dafa Information Center,
the CCPs security forces had attempted to strengthen
the suppression over Falun Gong saying they must “protect the 18th National Congress”.
Levi Browde said, “They have created different excuses to
push the persecution in small waves;
To protect the 18th National Congress is one of those excuses.”
Starting in 1999, the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong has
increased in 2012.
It can be observed from the CCP』s official websites that
the persecution is executed all over China.
From big cities such as Beijing to local counties such as Yuhuan,
Taizhou city, Zhejiang province.
Even into every local community or apartment.
The Epoch Times recently revealed an official file of the public
security bureau of Guangshang town, Jiangsu province.
The file provides clear instructions on the procedure of
monitoring Falun Gong practitioners.
According to the report, the file delivered the command to
every governmental agency of the town of Guangshang.
The public security bureau is required to develop a
“far-flung network” to collect information on every practitioner.
Including their “communicating ways, activity plan, number of
people and time for any gathering, family condition,
economic condition, education status, life experience,
personality and motivation for practicing Falun Gong”.
The file also mandated that, “We cannot miss any of them”.
In the CCP’s teleconference of security force officers,
the suppression of Falun Gong was mentioned as a most
important task and necessary step in “situation control” toward a smooth 18th National Congress.
Lawyer from Jiaodian Law firm in Heilongjiang province,
Wei Liangyue told NTD that,in working with Falun Gong cases he had found that
there is no legal basis behind the CCP authority』s arresting, prosecution and verdicts on Falun Gong practitioners.
(Wei Liangyue): ”Some arrests are not criminal punishments.
They are probably only for administrative penalties such as detention or labor reeducation.Even in such case the legal basis is still lacking.
To my knowledge the Falun Gong practitioners were mostly
arrested because they ‘disturb the public order’, or ‘harm their health in exercising Qigong’.However, Falun Gong exactly focuses on promoting health
instead of harming health of the practitioners.”
Political commentator Wang Beiji remarked that, the CCP』s
acts had become insane as its end approached.
Wang mentioned that the Secretary of the Central Politics
and Law committee Zhou Yongkang
had implemented strict monitoring over the Chinese citizens
during the 18th National Congress.
It was especially on Falun Gong practitioners,
dissidents and democrats.
Wang regarded this as a signal of the CCP’s determination of
fighting decisively against the 1.3 billion Chinese and the global trend of democratization.
(Wang Beiji): ”After the curtain of the
18th National Congress opens,
we have seen the CCP’s ugly appearance of protecting
its corrupt, autocratic and evil regime with a final battle.
You can see that five generations of CCP leaders are
sitting together.
They unite to protect their corrupt regime and announce
war against the people in the whole world,
including all the compassionate and
righteous Falun Gong practitioners.”
Another political commentator Lin Zixu remarked that, the
“Blood Debt Faction” inside the CCP had worked on defeating Falun gong for over ten years.
But they have achieved the opposite of what they intend.
Falun Gong practitioners are performing more and more
activities in revealing the truth of persecuting Falun Gong.
Consequently, the “Blood Debt Faction” has been universally
condemned for their persecution of such a group of good people.
Now the whole faction is close to a complete collapse.
Political commentator Lin Zixu agrees that the CCP’s
recent moves of arresting Falun Gong practitioners indicate its final round of frenzies.
Lin said, the time to bring all the criminals to justice is
not far ahead.
Lin Zixu:”Although Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao were
not directly involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, they will hand over their power in no time.
If they still cannot stop the persecution, or they don’t display
any clear attitude toward the persecution as individuals very soon, it will be pathetic for both of them.
After the CCP regime collapses, every criminal involved in
the persecution of Falun Gong will have to be put on trial.”
Wang Beiji made a conclusive suggestion that any illusionary
hope pinned on the CCP will finally do harm to ourselves.
