CCP’s Pressure on Hong Kong to Persecute Human Rights

Luo Jianjun moved from mainland China to Hong Kong
at the end of last year.
This July, while passing by Hung Hom Station, Luo saw
there banners with hateful words towards Falun Gong.
This reminded her of the brain-washed police in China,
who slandered and persecuted her and fellow-practitioners.
Mainland Chinese people often hold hatred for Falun Gong,
due to CCP'(Chinese Communist Party) cruel propaganda.
The following is a real story,
that unfolded in Hong Kong this year.

In July, Luo Jianjun saw in Hung Hom Station in Hong Kong
banners, slandering Falun Gong and its founder.
She felt this is a violation of Hong Kong’s people
human rights and freedom of belief.
Thus she took the initiative to remove these banners.
Shortly after, some policemen came on the scene.

On October 3, NTDTV interviewed Luo
about the incident.
She said, when the police arrived, their attitude
was very unfriendly, and they tried to take her away.
However, as Luo doesn’t understand well Cantonese,
she refused to leave.
Believing she did not commit any crimes, she tried
to clarify to the police the truth about Falun Gong.
However, two of the policemen, a male and a female,
were rather violent with her.

Luo Jianjun:"These (scars) are from the police,
on the foot, hand, arm, they are all here.
As you can see, I still have the scars from the policemen. On
the left leg, and this one here, this is from pinching my arm.
We went to the Kowloon City Police Station. The police
then took me to Elizabeth hospital for medical clearance.
There is prove and we took pictures too. The police have
their own equipment, it was all recorded, and very real, they are all surprised by that."

The incident was submitted to the court, and Luo was fined,
but she did not plead guilty, and the judge also expressed his understanding.

Luo Jianjun:"The judge said, the contents of the banners,
which were from the Hong Kong Youth Care Association,
have indeed a negative effect on people about Falun Gong."

Zhou Weidong, Community Director of the Hong Kong
Democratic Party, spoke with NTDTV on the issue.
Zhou said, the local Falun Gong practitioners have the right
to clarify the truth of CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong, and have expressed this in a kind and peaceful manner.
The Hong Kong government departments, the police and
the judiciary also feel that this is legitimate in Hong Kong.

Zhou Weidong:’I think this is from CCP』s blood debt gang
– Zhou Yongkang, the Office 610 system.
They probably took some ‘actions’in the Liaison Office
in Hong Kong, or other CCP departments in Hong Kong.
They established a ‘Care Association’three months ago,
and tried to suppress the peaceful and legitimate activities of Falun Gong practitioners through this association."

Zhou Weidong pointed that the so-called ‘Care Association’
abuses the regulations, occupying and covering Falun Gong practitioners’promotional materials for a while now.
Hong Kong people can all see that what these people
have done is being instigated by the CCP.
That the CCP has extended its Falun Gong persecution
to Hong Kong.
Zhou also stressed, Hong Kong has a legitimate government,
and it should be them who cleans up such hateful banners, not the citizens themselves.

Xie Shijie, a local resident, also mentioned to the Hong Kong
Lands Department that the banners from ‘Care Association’should be taken down, for landscape and security reasons.

Xie Shijie: “Originally it (the banner) was hanged lower,
but in August, was raised higher.
Before it was one banner, placed at a floor level. Now there
are three banners, raising image’and security’ concerns."

Xie Shijie also said, it is quite obvious,
that this association targets Falun Gong.

Xie Shijie:"They can express themselves, but choosing this
way to do it means they may be trying to occupy this spot.
This makes it more obvious that they aim at Falun Gong,
and the actions are rather aggressive.
My feeling is that this association can do whatever it wants,
making it look like the government has different regulations for different groups."

Local media usually do not report on this kind of matters,
thus Zhou Weidong had an advise for Hong Kong’s people.
Zhou said, they can search the Internet for other media,
like NTDTV and Epoch Times, to learn about such matters.
He said, the core values of Hong Kong people
should be preserved.
Hong Kong’people certainly disapprove of the abuse of their
right to free expression for persecuting human rights and believes, concluded the HK Democratic Party Director.
