北京82岁的老人王秀英,状告中共财政部一案,原定10月8号下午2点开庭,法院无故取消开庭后,北京市一中院10月12号又做出驳回起诉的裁定。老人手举“法院耍弄我”的横幅,表示抗议。

北京奥运会期间被劳教的王秀英老人,去年12月,要求中共财政部公开中国在2011年和2012年援助北韩的信息,但是,中共财政部以国家机密为由拒绝王秀英的申请。今年5月,王秀英将财政部告上法庭,法院同意受理此案,并决定在10月8号下午2点开庭。但是,当王秀英排除警察的阻扰,当天按时赶到法庭时,法庭书记员却仅以口头通知说,不开庭了。

据大陆《权利运动》网站10月14号报导,王秀英的代理人李学惠表示,王秀英并不相信司法,状告财政部只是要搭建一个舞台,让更多角色做丑恶表演。王秀英将提出上诉和控告。

“双规”致死案 六被告获刑4至14年

在“双规”期间死亡的浙江温州官员于其一,他的前妻和律师10月14号表示,6名涉案官员于9月30号被判4至14年刑期。但中国媒体集体失声,至今没有任何报导。

据英国《路透社》14号报导,受害者家属及律师浦志强都表示对法庭判决不满,因为6名被告都明确表示,对于其一实施酷刑是按照上级指示行事。于其一家属要求对下达指示的高级官员进行问责。

报导说,于其一生前担任“温州市工业投资集团有限公司”党委委员和总工程师。目前外界仍不清楚于其一当时被调查的原因,但可能与一宗土地交易有关。

新疆再爆流血冲突 警击毙5维人

新疆喀甚地区莎车县10月11号再次发生流血冲突,警方开枪击毙5名维族人。

据《自由亚洲电台》报导,“世界维吾尔代表大会”发言人迪里夏提指称, 11号凌晨,中共武装人员包围莎车县英吾斯塘乡第2村97号住宅,开枪击毙了5名维吾尔人,其中3人只有15岁和16岁。据说,警方怀疑住宅内有疑犯。

迪里夏提还透露,从9月26号至今,莎车县至少有上百名维族人被扣押。

广东东莞工人罢工 堵塞国道

10月14号,广东东莞常平“司马怡发电子制品厂”数百员工,因不满工厂乱罚款和不按劳动法辞退一名老员工,而罢工抗议。

据《大纪元》新闻网报导,抗议工人堵塞国道,导致交通瘫痪,当局派出大批警察驱赶,双方发生冲突,多名工人被打伤。

82 Year-old Granny Sues Ministry of Finance:
The Courts Fool Me

The hearing for the case of 82 year-old granny Wang Xiuying
from Beijing, suing the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)
Ministry of Finance was scheduled for 2pm on October 8th.

The court cancelled the hearing without any reason, then
Beijing First Intermediate Court rejected the lawsuit.
Granny Wang waved a banner saying ‘The Court Fool Me’
in protest.

Wang was held for labor reeducation during Beijing
Olympic Games, last December.
Wang asked the CCP Ministry of Finance to publish the
details about China’s aid to North Korea in 2011 and 2012.
However, the CCP Ministry of Finance rejected Wang’s
request and the reason was for state secrets.
This May, Wang Xiuying sued the Ministry of Finance, the
court accepted this case and decided to open the hearing at
2 pm on October 8th.

However, after Wang escaped from the police interference
and arrived at the court on time, the court clerk only verbally
informed her that the hearing was cancelled.

According to Mainland China ‘Rights Movement’ website a
report on October 14th, from Wang’s lawyer Li Xuhui says
Wang does not believe in the law.

Suing the Ministry of Finance is to build a stage to show up
the ugly performances. Wang will appeal.

Six Officials Involved in Yu Qiyi’s Death Sentence

Zhejiang Wenzhou official Yu Qiyi, died during ‘double
regulations’.
Yu’s ex-wife and lawyer said on October 14th, that six officials
involved were sentenced to 4 to 14 years imprisonment on
September 30th.

However, the Chinese media are collectively silent
and so far there are still no reports about that.

On October 14th, UK’s Reuters reported that the families of
the victims and lawyer Pu Zhiqiang were all dissatisfied
with the court’s decision.

The six defendants all clearly said that, the torture was
in accordance with the instructions from the superiors.
Yu Qiyi’s family requested the details of
the senior officials who gave the instructions.

The report says that, Yu Qiyi was the Party Committee
member and Chief Engineer of Wenzhou City Industrial
Investment Group Limited.

Currently the outside world is still unclear about the reason
that Yu Qiyi was investigated.
It could be related to a land transaction.

Police Killed Five Uighurs In Xinjiang

On October 11th, in Xinjiang Keshi Shache County, there
was a bloodshed incident again when the police shot five
Uighurs to death.

From the Radio Free Asia report, World Uighur Congress
spokesman Dilixiati said that, at midnight on 11th, the
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) armed staff went to No.97
house, second village, in Shache County Yingwusitang Village.
They shot five Uighurs to death, three of whom were
only teenagers.
It is said that, the police thought there were
suspects in the house.

Dilixiati also revealed that, from September 26th to now,
more than one hundred Uighurs were arrested and detained
in Shache County.

Guangdong Dongguan Worker On Strike

On October 14th, in Guangdong Dongguan Changping
hundreds of workers at Sima Yifa Electronic Products Factory,
were unhappy with the factory’s fines and dismissal of an old
worker which is not in accordance of the labor laws.
They went on strike to protest.

According to The Epoch Times website report, workers
blocked the national road, which led to traffic gridlock.
Local officials sent out a large number of police to expel
the protesting workers.
There were conflicts and many workers were injured.
