【新唐人2015年01月30日訊】美企業致信中共 籲推遲入侵性檢查
中共日前推出新規，要求向銀行出售電腦設備的外國科技企業，向中共提供機密源代碼，接受入侵性檢查，並在硬件和軟件中留「後門」。
1月28號，美國商會和17家美國商界團體，集體致信習近平領導的中共網路安全和信息化領導小組，要求推遲實施這項規定。
他們表示，新的規定要求進行「入侵性」的安全測試，會泄露敏感的知識產權秘密，而更嚴格的網絡安全標準，可能限制中國企業可獲取的美國產品範圍。
他們警告說：過分廣泛、不透明和歧視性的做法，將孤立中國企業，並惡化網絡安全問題。
人權觀察：中共政治打壓達高點
國際人權組織「人權觀察」，1月29號發佈年度報告指出，2014年，中共當局繼續強化專制性政治體制，對公民宗教信仰、言論表達和自由結社等基本權利，加以更嚴厲的打壓，律師、維權活動人士和媒體工作者遭拘禁和騷擾的現象也日趨頻繁。新疆發生的民族暴力衝突、西藏藏人抗議自焚，以及香港市民爭取真普選的「佔中」示威等，都凸顯了中國人權狀況的惡化。
「人權觀察」中國部主任索菲．理查森表示，中共的政治打壓已達十年來最糟地步，而且還看不到終點。
大陸在墨西哥大型投資項目被叫停
一項由中國大陸投資的大型開發項目，因為破壞當地環境，最近被墨西哥政府叫停。
美國《洛杉磯時報》1月28號報導說，這項由中國投資兩億美元，在墨西哥渡假聖地坎昆（Cancun）興建的高級購物中心計劃，是中國大陸在拉丁美洲最大的開發計劃。但墨西哥環境保護機構認為，這項計劃從去年動工以來，對坎昆地區的海岸生態造成了嚴重的傷害，墨西哥政府因此決定終止項目，並對開發商罰款150萬美元。而且，開發商可能還將面臨牢獄之災。

U.S. Appeals for CCP to Postpone Invasive Security Policies
“The Chinese government has adopted new regulations
requiring companies that sell computer equipment to
Chinese banks to turn over secret source code,
submit to invasive audits and build so-called back doors
into hardware and software." says The New York Times.
In a letter dated Jan. 28 to Xi Jinping’s top cyber-security
policy department, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in China
and 17 U.S. business lobbies urged Beijing to postpone
implementing the new policies.
They say the new policies would mean “intrusive" security
testing and the disclosure of sensitive intellectual material.
The stricter network security standard would restrict
Chinese entities’ ability to source U.S. products.
“They warned that: An overly broad, opaque, discriminatory
approach to cybersecurity policy that restricts global
internet and ICT products and services would ultimately
isolate Chinese ICT firms from the global marketplace
and weaken cybersecurity." reported the BBC.
Human Rights Watch: CCP’s Suppression Reaches High Point
On Jan. 29, the international human rights organization,
Human Rights Watch, released its annual report saying that
in 2014, Chinese authorities continued to strengthen its
autocratic political system and suppress basic human rights
including the freedom of religion and speech more severely.
An increasing number of lawyers, human rights activists
and media workers were detained and harassed.
Violent ethnic conflicts in Xinjiang, Tibetan self-immolation
protests and Hong Kong’s struggle for true universal suffrage
highlighted the worsening of human rights.

says the CCP’s political pressure has reached the worst point
over the years.
China Project in Mexico Halts Due to Environmental Damage
A large-scale development project invested in by mainland
China was halted by the Mexican government recently,
due to local environmental destruction.
On Jan. 28, Los Angeles Times said the $200-million
shopping center project in Cancun, Mexico was the largest
development plan for China in Latin America.
“Mexico’s environmental protection agency ruled this week
that the project, which has been in the works since 2013,
had done serious harm to the area’s sensitive beaches
and protected flora and birds. It ordered all work shut down
and imposed about $1.5 million in fines on the Dragon Mart
developers. The developers could also face jail time."
