【新唐人2015年01月17日訊】江西有一位縣公安局長聲明退黨，在目前中國司法不獨立的現實情況下，辦案也許無法那麼獨立自由，不過退黨可以根據每個人自己良心的選擇。
江西的張早彩說：我叫張早彩，原江西省余幹縣公安局局長，退休後，回想過去迫於中共淫威昧著良心辦案，我越來越感到自已罪孽深重。
因此我要脫離中共這個邪惡組織，退休金被停我也不在乎。
武漢的萬福、黃志金等29人表示：現今的中共治下的國家，已是一團亂麻：官員貪腐，明星撈錢，百姓疾苦……所謂的改革只是利益集團的權力和利益的再分配而已。
我們已經從迷中清醒，不再與萬惡不赦的中共為伍，退出其一切組織，為自己、為子孫選擇一個美好的未來！
