Suspected of Killing his ex-wife, Zhou Yongkang Awaits
Countdown of Public Trial

Since former member of Politburo Standing Committee
of Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
and former Head of Central Political and Law Commission
of the CCP,
Zhou Yongkang is to be officially investigated.

It has become a focal point within society on how the authorities
will convict and sentence him.
Along with the media digging further, various crimes
committed by Zhou Yongkang have been exposed.
Recently, foreign media reported the Chinese authorities
are investigating the death of Zhou Yongkang’s ex-wife,
who died in a car accident and whether this is relevant
to Zhou Yongkang.
Analysts say a public trial on Zhou is approaching
countdown.

By quoting two news sources close to the high-rank
of CCP, Reuters revealed on Sept. 12
at present the Central CCP Discipline and Inspection
Commission, are re-investigating the death details of Zhou’s ex-wife Wang Shuhua.
The cause of the investigation is to verify if Zhou Yongkang
was involved in the murder of his ex-wife.

According to earlier mainland media reports, in year 2000,
shortly after the divorce with Zhou , Wang Shuhua died
in a car accident on the outskirts of Beijing.

After the tragic death of Wang Shuhua, Zhou Yongkang
immediately married his current wife,
CCTV female reporter Jia Xiaoye, who is 28 years
his junior.
It was popularly rumoured that Jia Xiaoye was
Jiang Zemin’s niece, and Zhou Yongkang took the risk
of planning a car accident, killing his wife
in order to “climb up and connect" with Jiang Zemin.
Zhou Han is the second son of Zhou Yongkang
who is now living in Sichuan Province.
He firmly believes that Zhou Yongkang was
behind the incident of killing his mother.
He has since broken off his relationship with Zhou Yongkang,
and has said “I never want to see the beast father ever again."

Overseas Chinese media have reported, according to verification,
both drivers involved in the death of Wang Shuhua are
from the armed police system.

After the so-called “unexpected traffic accident",
both of the drivers were charged with manslaughter
and sentenced to 15 and 20 years in prison.

But strangely enough, after confined of a few years,
they were then released and placed in the official oil system,
and both of them were promoted with higher official positions.

According to confirmation from reliable sources in Beijing,
two months ago, these two “perpetrators"of the car accident
had been investigated and detained for interrogation.

A source from Zhongnanhai stressed
to the overseas Chinese media,
that the case of Zhou Yongkang murdering his ex-wife
is now basically an iron clad case.
If only to punish Zhou Yongkang from this one case,
it would be enough, not to mention his secret
and shady dealings of conspiracy.

Currently, Zhou Yongkang’s case has been disclosed
by the media with the following offenses:
conspiring with Bo Xilai for a coup and to murder
Xi Jinping,
corruption and accepting huge bribes; abuse of official power;
buying and selling official titles;
embezzling huge state-owned assets;

persecution of Falun Gong by controlling the political
and law system; involved in organ harvesting
from living Falun Gong practitioners and trafficking organs;

shielding and abetting underworld gang crime; adultery;
rape; eavesdropping crime and so on.

Nevertheless, some charges on Zhou Yongkang have already
been exposed.
His biggest crime, which just about everyone knows about,
is still being deliberately hidden by the Chinese authorities.

Political affairs commentator Xia Xiaoqiang: “In fact,
Zhou Yongkang’s real evil is not just corruption
and penal crime charges, but his real substantial crime
was his involvment in the coup.
His core charges in fact, are the persecution on Falun Gong
practitioners for more than ten years including the organ harvesting,
the crime of torture, crimes against humanity and genocide.

If the CCP top-level uses these core charges
against Zhou Yongkang in the trial,
then the communist regime may have a great impact.

So according to the usual pattern of senior officials
punished by CCP, it is possible for CCP to mask
these counts."

Currently, whether Zhou Yongkang in the end is punished
within the CCP system or transferred
to the administration of justice,

has become the focus of attention from the outside world.
News sources said that Xi Jinping was considering
205 members of CCP Central Committee,
to make a collective judgment and decision on
whether Zhou Yongkang should be
indicted by the penal crime.

Xia Xiaoqiang: “I think now, from the information released
about making a trial on Zhou Yongkang by the top level
of CCP, and the charges on Zhou Yongkang,

the conviction on Zhou Yongkang will not simply be
as Bo Xilai experienced, whose case still stayed with in
such charges as corruption, abuse of power and corruption.

Because now an extremely severe public anger
and discontent in the Chinese society,
has amounted to great heights with Zhou Yongkang.

The social chaos caused by the severely damaged
law system during the past couple of decades in China,
needs someone to assume the responsibility and result.

So his penal charges might be raised
and such a possibility is growing."

Recently, the official media Xinhua Newsnet, who rarely voice
an opinion, revealed that Zhou Yongkang is about to go
on public trial,

and that the authorities are preparing the material
and verifying the bribery money used for the sue case.
Finally, it is possible the conclusion of Zhou Yongkang’s case
will be published next month during the Fourth Plenary Session
of the 18th CCP Central Committee.
