【新唐人2014年09月03日訊】中共人大常委會最近決定，將每年的9月30號定為「烈士紀念日」。「抗日戰爭」已經過去69週年了，很多歷史真相，在中國大陸仍然被掩蓋著。評論人士指出，中共想用這個紀念日，製造輿論，繼續掩蓋歷史真相，為自己的統治地位尋找依據。請看本臺記者的採訪報導。
官媒《新華網》報導，8月31號，中共十二屆全國人大常委會第十次會議經過表決，決定將9月30號設立為「烈士紀念日」，並規定在每年的9月30號舉行紀念活動。這一決定草案，將在9月25號提請本次常委會會議審議。
為甚麼在抗日戰爭過去69週年的今天，中共當局才決定設立「烈士紀念日」呢？
史學教授、「中國社會民主黨中央委員會」主持人劉因全表示，因為中共和日本關係現在很緊張，日本在東海和釣魚島問題上，寸步不讓，使中共很丟面子。
史學教授劉因全：「因為釣魚島問題，是中共它當時沒有抓住機會，造成的這麼一個國際問題。現在中共感覺有問題了，要爭這個釣魚島。但是釣魚島的問題涉及到美國，還涉及到台灣，這個問題就非常的棘手。在釣魚島問題上，中共和日本的關係惡化，在這種情況下，中共紀念『抗日戰爭』，就有調動反對日本力量這樣的作用。」
中國史傳作家王第分析認為，迫於網路壓力，中共不得不做出某種姿態的改變。
中國史傳作家王第：「它（中共）現在之所以在部分程度上調轉口徑，並不是因為它思想覺悟高了，而是因為現在處在網路時代，好多歷史資料都給挖出來了。也就是說，現在是全民都逐漸的了解歷史真相了，它蓋是蓋不住了。」
近年來，已經有眾多位歷史學家，和研究人員出版書籍，發表文章，還原被中共扭曲的對日抗戰歷史。例如，史學家辛灝年就指出，由蔣介石領導的中華民國國民政府、與國民革命軍，是抗日衛國戰爭中當之無愧的中流砥柱。而中共到1939年，發展到了五十萬人馬時，就暴露出「不抗日」和「假抗日」的面目，專打國軍、而對日軍卻是「遊而不擊」了。
但王第說，中共在歷史上一直吹噓抗日是它「領導」的，詆譭國民黨是「消極抗日」。在中國的歷史教科書中，國民黨軍隊將士們的巨大付出被淡化、被醜化，國軍打的多場重要戰役被一筆帶過，有些甚至只字不提。
王第：「它（中共）不願意放棄它已經篡改的歷史觀，如果把歷史原原本本的，真實的反應出來，那中共就沒有任何合法性了，就沒有任何地位了。」
劉因全說，現在人們對中共的理念已經不信任了，中共正面臨著一個全面危機，為此，中共是想利用「紀念烈士」來轉移視線。
史學教授劉因全：「中共為了轉移視線，有必要激化和海外的矛盾，國外的矛盾。特別是和日本和東南亞這些地方的一些矛盾，如果激化這些矛盾，就能夠用愛國主義轉移人民的視線。」
台灣前行政院長郝柏村一直抗議中共篡改歷史。他曾經準備出席抗戰60週年紀念，在演講稿中，呼籲大家把抗戰史和內戰史切割，回歸真相，並舉出數字為證，百萬侵華日軍是國軍面對抵禦，不是共軍﹔數千萬軍民犧牲，不是為國民黨，而是為了中華民族。但是中共在看到他的稿件後，取消了他出席紀念活動。

Chinese Communist Party Distorted History Exposed Again
Recently, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has marked
Sept. 30 as “Remembrance Day” of the Sino-Japanese War.
The Sino-Japanese War happened 69 years ago.
Now the truth of history is still being covered up by the CCP.
Commentators say that the CCP intends to use this way
to create public opinion and continue to hide the history,
in order to stay in power.Let’s take a look.
The CCP’s mouthpiece Xinhua website reported that
the 10th session of the 12th National People’s Congress
Committee proposed Sept. 30 as “Remembrance Day.”
The final approval will be reviewed on Sept. 25.
Why does the CCP want to mark a “Remembrance Day”
69 years after the war?
Historian Liu Yinquan says because the relationship between
the two countries is very tense now,
with the Japanese unwilling to compromise on disputes
over the East China Sea and Diaoyutai.
Thus it seems to be making the CCP lose the face.
Liu Yinquan: “Because the CCP didn’t catch the opportunity
at the time regarding the Senkaku Islands,
it became an international problem.
The CCP has realized the problem now, so it wanted
to seize the Diaoyutai.
Diaoyutai has involved the US and Taiwan, it became
a very difficult issue to be dealt with.
The relationship between China and Japan has declined.
so to launch a “Remembrance Day”, is to
increase anti-Japanese strength.”
Historic writer Wang Di analyzes that the CCP has to show
its changes under pressure of online opinion.
Wang Di: “The CCP has slightly changed its attitude;
it isn’t because it has improved.
Because we are in the Internet era, many historic materials
had been dug out.
The nation has gradually got to know the truth of the history;
the CCP cannot cover it up any longer.”
In recent years, several historians and researchers
published books and articles to restore the real history of
Sino-Japanese War that has been defamed by the CCP.
For example, Xin Haonian says Chiang Kai-shek’s government
and National Revolutionary Army (NRA)
were the main force during the war.
However, when the CCP’s army increased to 500,000 in 1939,
it started showing its true face, not participating in the war or
pretending to join the war.
Furthermore, the CCP army focused on fighting the NRA
but not Japanese.
Wang Di says the CCP always said the Anti-Japanese war
was led by the CCP,
claiming Kuomintang (KMT) passively fought the Japanese.
In Chinese history textbooks, KMT soldiers’ huge
achievement was understated and slandered.
Many battles that NRA had participated in
were touched on lightly, some even omitted.
Wang Di: “The CCP is unwilling to abandon the history
distorted by itself.
If history is restored and revealed, the CCP will become
illegal, and no power any more.”
Liu Yinquan says that now people don’t believe
the CCP’s ideology any more,
the CCP is facing a comprehensive crisis.
Thus it wants to use “Remembrance Day” to divert attention.
Hau Pei-tsun, former Premier of Taiwan was always against
the CCP’s behavior in distorting history.
He had planned to attend 60th anniversary
of the Sino-Japanese War.
In his printed speech, he urged the separation of the history
of the Sino-Japanese and domestic battles, restoring the truth.
He took some figures as evidence: it was the NRA fighting
millions of Japanese soldiers, not the CCP army.
Hundreds of thousands of Chinese people and soldiers
died for the Chinese nation but not for the KMT.
However, his name was cancelled from the list
for the commemoration after the CCP read his script
