【新唐人2013年02月16日訊】朝鮮不顧國際警告強行進行第三次核子試驗，中國大陸民眾紛紛發表意見，民眾擔心核爆會造成核污染，大陸學者也各自提出自己的看法，其中主要是，這一次中共對待朝鮮的態度，顯示黨的利益與中國人的利益徹底分裂了。而最引人注意的是，「中國民族大學」兩名教授的言論爭執。
朝鮮進行的最新核子試驗對中國的外交和社會造成大震動。目前，朝鮮是中國網民最熱門的話題。
南京大學文學博士劉開明：「實際上包括普通的老百姓，也有不少人感覺到很高興的，為甚麼會有這些不正常的思維，實際上跟過去六十年，中國的宣傳，意識上的灌輸，是有密切的關係，因為在中國過去整個教育、宣傳和影視、藝術作品，實際上都是和朝鮮一家人，而跟美國、跟日本是敵人。」
「南京大學」文學博士劉開明認為，中國在過去六十年來，為朝鮮付出相當大的代價。然而當這個獨裁政權擁有核武器，反過來對中國的安全造成莫大威脅。
對於朝鮮的核試驗，社科院學者和博導也發帖表示，中國20年來在意識形態上自欺欺人，把朝鮮臆想成同志和兄弟，這種虛假危害了中國的國家利益和安全。
中國支持朝鮮核試爆的代表——「中央民族大學」教授張宏良，微博發文支持《烏有之鄉》的祝賀文章。同校的另一教授趙士林，則在微博上譴責張宏良的極左言論。
中央民族大學教授趙士林：「中國關於北朝鮮核爆的兩種聲音形成分裂，形成矛盾，其實沒有這麼嚴重，絕大多數民眾都是反對的，個別人有些糊塗認識，那肯定有，那最值得警惕的是這樣一些人，我叫『文革孽種』這種惡勢力，他們想藉任何事件，北朝鮮核爆是最突出的事件了，來拉動中國倒退，想在動亂中對自己牟取利益，所以他們對民族是毫不負責的。」
「中央民族大學」教授趙士林在微博上發表短文，向「中央民族大學」全體師生表示：北朝核爆人神共憤，金氏邪惡政權的窮兵黷武遭到全世界同聲譴責，但混跡於我校的文革孽種、政治投機小丑張宏良竟冒天下之大不韙，公然鼓譟支持北朝核爆。這種反人類的邪惡行徑令我校蒙羞，是我校奇恥大辱。
趙士林同時也表示，1961年在北京簽訂的《中朝友好合作互助條約》主要保證了一方在戰爭狀態時，另一方需進行全力軍事及其他援助。
趙士林：「你知道朝鮮和中國有一種特殊關係，原來有中朝友好合作互助條約，到現在也沒廢除，這甚麼意思呢﹖朝鮮出了事，中國要無條件支持，按照這個同盟條約，你說現在北朝鮮搞了一個核爆，與全世界為敵，那麼中國怎麼辦？中國如果受同盟條約的制約就得支持它，那中國支持他就是與世界為敵。」
朝鮮實施第三次核試爆之後，中共唯一的新動作，是外交部長出面，召見朝鮮大使，表達所謂的「強烈不滿和堅決反對。」
中國學者於建嶸通過新浪微博對中國外交政策提出了強烈的批評，他說：「朝鮮又搞核子試驗，這個世界誰最傻眼？！如果一個國家長期奉行無正義的外交政策，人家就敢在你過節時在你家門口放臭彈。自取其辱啊！」
藝人李冰冰在微博中諷刺中共外交部的所謂「最後一分鐘還在勸說朝鮮放棄核爆」。李冰冰的微博很快獲得4萬人的熱捧。

North Korean Nuclear Test Arouses Controversy In China
North Korea ignored international warnings and set off
a third nuclear test. Many Chinese people are furious.
They were worried that a nuclear test could
cause nuclear contamination.
Scholars in Mainland China shared their opinions, saying
this time the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) interests and the interests of the public are completely split.
The arguments of two professors from Minzu University
in China drew people’s attention.
This nuclear test shook Chinese diplomatic policy
and Chinese communities.
Now “North Korea” is a hot topic amongst Chinese netizens.
Liu Kaiming, Doctor of Literature at Nanjing University:
“Actually, many civilians felt very happy. Why do they have such unusual emotion?
It closely relates to China’s propaganda carried out
over the past 60 years.
The propaganda and education in China taught
that North Korea is their family member.
However, the US and Japan are their enemies.”
Liu Kaiming believes that China has paid a high price
over the past six decades.
However, once the dictator obtained nuclear weapons,
he turned his back and threatened China’s safety.
Scholars and doctoral tutors in Chinese Academy of Social
Sciences posted that, the past 20 years’ ideology deceived the CCP itself.
It treated North Korea as comrades and brothers.
This self-deception harmed China’s national interest
and security.
Zhang Hongliang, a North Korean nuclear test supporter
and Professor in Minzu University of China, posted congratulatory articles on a microblog.
Zhao Shilin, Professor at the same University,
posted articles condemning Zhang.
Zhao Shilin: “In China, (there are) two voices regarding
this nuclear test.
It caused conflict, (but) actually it isn’t very serious,
the majority of the population is against it.
Some had a confused understanding, for sure,
it is worth it to be alert over these people.
I call them sin seeds of the Cultural Revolution
and evil forces.
They attempt to use any incident,
the North Korean nuclear test being the most prominent,
to pull China backward and cause unrest for personal gain.
They aren’t responsible to the nation at all.”
Zhao Shilin posted articles on a microblog addressed
to all people in the University:
“The North Korean nuclear test made God and
mankind indignant.
Kim’s evil regime has been condemned all over the world.
However, the evil acts of the Cultural Revolution seeds
in our University, the political fool Zhang Hongliang who
dares to disobey heavenly wills and openly supported
the North Korean nuclear test, are against humanity.
It’s shameful to our University, it’s a great insult
towards our University.
Zhao also said the Sino-North Korean Mutual Aid and
Cooperation Friendship Treaty was signed in 1961 in Beijing.
It declared the two nations guarantee to adopt all necessary
military and other support during the war.
Zhao Shilin: “You know, North Korea and China
had a special relationship.
There is a treaty still valid today. What does that mean?
When North Korea is in trouble, China will support unconditionally.
According to this treaty, North Korea set off nuclear test
to treat the world as enemies, what should China do?
If China supports them according to the Treaty,
China will set the entire world as enemies.”
After North Korea set off third nuclear test, the CCP’s only
response was to have the Foreign Minister summon North
Korea’s ambassador deliver a stern protest showing
“strong dissatisfaction and resolute opposition.”
Chinese Scholar, Yu Jianrong, strongly criticized Chinese
foreign policy via microblog.
Yu said, “North Korea has set a nuclear test again,
in this world, who was the most fooled?!
If a country has carried on long-term injustice foreign
policies, then others dare to set off a stink bomb on your door step. Disgraceful!”
On a microblog, the artist Li Bingbing satirized the CCP
foreign ministry’s claim that at the last minute, they persuaded North Korea to give up nuclear test.
Li’s microblog posts were immediately followed
by 40,000 fans.
