【新唐人2012年8月18日訊】江蘇器樂家潘翔，向地方當局索要一封中共總理溫家寶的回函，卻遭多年迫害。潘翔全家已用真名退出中共團隊。而這一位自學自成天才型的器樂家，有一位被譽為「古箏神童」的女兒，他們對「神韻藝術團」充滿了讚嘆和嚮往，下面就一起來聽聽他們的故事。
出身寒門，自學樂器成才的音樂家潘翔，原是「香港國際音樂學院寶應附屬分院」的創辦人。經他苦心栽培，女兒潘婷10歲就獲得世界古箏大賽最高獎——「金獎」和其他獎項，被譽為「古箏神童」。
潘婷曾在香港成功開辦個人古箏演奏會；也曾經和美國「紐約海外中樂團」在香港同臺演出。當年，《揚州電視臺》新聞把「古箏神童」視為城市的驕傲，國家級媒體也紛紛對他們父女追捧報導。
曾多次到香港的潘翔，接觸到「美國神韻藝術團」在全球巡迴演出的訊息，感到讚嘆和嚮往。
江蘇器樂家潘翔：「因為後期在香港，我天天在賓館裡看著神韻的片子，非常的完美，她的音樂、舞蹈，真是出神入化。我感覺神韻的音樂就是我要追求的最高境界，孩子應該到這個樂團裡面去。能幫我表達出來，就是孩子和我家對美國神韻樂團的嚮往和期盼。」
由於潘翔在歷次申請相關證件過程中，遭到當地官員或明或暗的刁難，促使潘翔在08年2月，以潘婷之名向中共總理溫家寶寫信求助。不久，潘翔得知溫家寶回覆了他的信件，因此多次到寶應縣信訪局索要被扣押的回函。
潘翔：「因為溫家寶總理他親手簽署的信訪條例，連他自己本人的權益，包括他的人權尊嚴都不能保護；甚至連他給孩子寫了一封求救回信，都被扣押下來。如果連總理的人權跟尊嚴都保證不了，這個國家的13億人民權利跟尊嚴都是假的，都是空的。」
自此，潘翔遭受始料未及的打壓和迫害。09年4月22號，潘翔被當地政府非法綁架到一家精神病醫院近2個月。他被強行打針、吃藥，險些喪命。2010年3月，潘翔幫寶應縣18名上訪的退伍軍人上網發帖，反映地方當局非法私設「黑監獄」，而他也再度被關進精神病院。
潘翔：「我現在看的很清楚，中共敗壞了五千年的中華文明傳統和道德，它在任何政黨史是非常邪惡的，在全世界範圍沒有任何一個政黨能做出來，包括到今天，它更加邪惡，這是我主要認清的，主要告訴全世界的。我們全家包括我的孩子退團、退隊，這個聲明在網上（大紀元）可以搜到的。」
被扣上精神病的潘翔，最終被迫停辦學校，從此失去生活來源。潘翔深刻感受到迫害他的罪惡，並不只在他的家鄉寶應縣，而是江蘇當局直到中共中央。
潘翔：「他對我的政治迫害在一步步的加重，逼向我走向死亡的邊緣，或說，走向像楊佳的邊緣，更主要是對我的孩子的身心傷害很大。因為他（當局）對外面無限的造謠；更主要是我沒有生活來源了。通過《新唐人》這個國際影響力，讓更多的人認清中共，讓大陸的人覺醒，這是我所要做的。」
1967年10月，全中國正如火如荼的掀起「文化大革命運動」。潘翔出生時，父親正站在向革命群眾低頭認罪的批鬥臺上。
大陸維權人士何仁記錄「正被扼殺的器樂天才潘翔」文章中描述，當這個天才的寒門弟子事業走向更輝煌之時，他骨子裏藝術家桀驁不馴的氣質讓當官的妒忌，他不屈服的行為讓官兒們恨之入骨，慾置於死地而後快。
但潘翔全家卻用真名退出了中共，展現了不屈服的姿態。

Jiangsu musician is not afraid of being persecuted,
yearning for ShenYun
Pan Xiang, Jiangsu musician, asked local authority
to give him a letter which is from Chinese prime minister Wen Jiabao, but he has suffered years of persecution.
Pan Xiang’s family have quit the Communist Youth League
and Young Pioneers of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) using their real names.
Such a self-taught genius musician,
his daughter is known as “zither prodigy.
They are full of admiration and yearning for ShenYun.
Here we take a listen to their stories.
Born to a poor family, self-taught instrumentalist, the
talented musician Pan Xiang was originally founder of
“Hong Kong International School of Music Baoying
subsidiary branch".
After his painstaking education, his 10-year-old daughter
Panting won the top prize of the World zither Competition
“Gold award" and other prizes, known as the zither prodigy.
Panting has successfully launched a personal zither
recital in Hong Kong;
She has also performed on the same stage with the
“overseas Chinese Orchestra in New York" in Hong Kong.
That year, “Yangzhou television" looked on “zither
prodigy" as the pride of the city.
National medias have also sought after and
reported about them.
Pan Xiang ,who has been to Hong Kong several times,
come into contact with the Shen Yun Performing Arts in
their global tour and felt admiration and yearning.
Jiangsu musician Pan xiang: “I looked at the film of ShenYun
in the hotel every day over the last few days in Hong Kong,
Perfect! The music, dance, really superb!
I feel that the music of Shen Yun are the highest state
Representing what I want to pursue.
My daughter should go and play for this orchestra.
Only I can express is that my daughter and my family
have the aspirations and expectations for Shen Yun Orchestra of the United States.”
During his process of applying for the relevant documents,
Pan Xiang was hindered by the local officials in many ways.
It prompted Pan Xiang to write a letter in the name of
PanTing to the Chinese prime minister Wen Jiabao asking for help in February 2008.
Pan Xiang soon knew that
Wen Jiabao responded to his letter.
Therefore, he repeatedly asked the petition Bureau for
the seized Letters and Calls.
PanXiang: “Premier Wen Jiabao who personally signed
the petition Ordinance, and even his own individual interests,
including the dignity of his human rights can’t be protected.
Even the letter that he wrote back to my daughter is held back.
If even the Human Rights dignity of Prime Minister
can’t be guaranteed,
the rights dignity of the 1.3 billion people of
this country are false, are empty.”
Since then, Pan Xiang suffered unexpected suppression
and persecution.
On April 22nd, 2009, Pan Xiang was illegally abducted by
the local government and taken to a psychiatric hospital.
For nearly two months he was given forced injections,
medication and nearly died.
In March 2010, Pan Xiang helped 18 petition Veterans of
Baoying County to post on Internet information about illegal or secret “black jails" of the local authority.
And he was again locked up in the mental hospital.
PanXiang: “I now see clearly, the CCP has destroyed
and ruined the five thousand years of Chinese traditional civilization and moral system.
It is the most evil of any political parties in history.
No parties can do those things in the whole world.
Up to today, it is more evil, this is what I recognized
and told the world.
Our whole family, including my daughter quit
the Communist Youth League and Young Pioneers.

Pan Xiang being labeled mentally ill was ultimately forced
to close down the school so lost their source of income.
Pan Xiang deeply felt the evil persecutors,
not only in his hometown of Baoying County,
but the Jiangsu authority until
the CCP Central Committee.
PanXiang: “The political persecution of me was aggravated
step by step, forcing me toward the brink of death.
Or over the edge, like YangJia.. More importantly
its great harm to my daughter’s physical and mental state.
Because it (the authority) spread unlimited rumors on the
outside; More important is I have no source of livelihood.
By the international influence of the media NTDTV, more
people can clearly understand the Chinese Communist Party,
awaken the people of China mainland,
this is what I want to do.”
In October 1967, China launched the Cultural Revolution
movement.
When Pan Xiang was born, his father was standing the
denounced stage to plead guilty to the revolutionary masses.
The mainland activist He Ren recorded in his article the
strangling of musical genius Pan Xiang and described:
When the genius of a poor family’s career is
toward one more brilliant,
his talent made the officials jealous of him, they hate him
and want to put him in a real bad situation.
However Pan Xiang family quit Communist Youth League
and Young Pioneers by using their real names, which demonstrated his unyielding attitude.
