【新唐人2012年8月6日訊】自今年二月，重慶前公安局局長王立軍出走美領館，留下秘密文件之後，美國五月份公佈的人權報告，首次提到中共活摘法輪功學員器官一事，而中共官員活體器官全部來源於死刑犯的說法，因無法解釋超出死刑犯所能提供的器官總數，而無法令國際醫學界信服，日前，大陸公安部對外宣稱，破獲28個組織出賣人體器官的團夥，解救活體器官提供者127名。評論指出，中共參與活摘移植，和販賣人體器官的罪惡鐵證如山，想通過幾個民間案件轉移視線，掩蓋和逃脫罪責，反而令外界更加關注中共在迫害法輪功問題上，以及中共活摘法輪功學員器官，所犯下的滔天罪惡。
大陸官方媒體日前報導說，自今年4月起，警方在北京、河北、安徽、山東、河南、陝西等18個省市，集中打擊組織出賣人體器官犯罪，截至目前，共打掉「黑中介」團夥28個，剷除13處移植器官「黑窩點」，解救活體器官提供者127名。
外界認為，中共做出的這個姿態，掩蓋不了國際社會對中共活摘法輪功學員器官的強烈質疑。時事評論家章天亮分析說，中國每年有上萬件器官移植，這上萬的器官移植供體來源，應該有一個有系統的龐大活體庫支持，而不是幾十個民間犯罪團夥可以做得到的。
時事評論家章天亮：「供體和受體有一個匹配，你隨便拿到一個醫院去，醫院不見得能和供體有匹配的病人，所以就是說，醫院大量的做移植手術，他的供體來源的話，他有一個系統的來源，絕對不是說在社會上搶了一個人的甚麼器官，就可以拿到醫院裡去的。」
2012年3月，中共衛生部副部長黃潔夫公開承認，中國的器官移植來源95%以上來自死刑犯。根據「國際特赦組織」的報告，中國死刑犯每年3千到5千人左右。這個數字顯然遠遠滿足不了中國每年上萬的器官移植，官方說辭無法自圓其說。
法輪功發言人張而平認為，中共最近打擊幾十個犯罪團夥的行動，以及之前的所謂「器官移植來源主要來自死刑犯」的說法，都是在轉移視線，實際上最大的犯罪團夥—-中共，要對每年上萬個器官供體的非法來源負責。
法輪功發言人張而平：「中國從99年開始迫害法輪功以來，中國器官移植直線上升之數量，成萬的上升。根據國際人權組織調查，美國國務院人權報告，根據加拿大這兩位律師大衛喬高和大衛麥塔斯的獨立調查，發現中國實際上最大的器官供體來源，是來自被羈留的法輪功學員。」
「追查迫害法輪功組織」發言人汪志遠指出，中共自己在做活體摘除器官的非法犯罪行為，在民間造成了一些影響，社會跟著敗壞。大陸《騰訊網》曾發表獨立調查報導指出，由於高額利潤刺激和缺乏監管，賣腎網絡以「半開放」的形式滲透全中國。
「追查迫害法輪功組織」發言人汪志遠：「中共摘除法輪功學員器官鐵證如山，在《追查國際》網站上也公布了。它們（中共活摘器官）是全國性的，不是局部的，是系統的，國家系統的『群體滅絕』犯罪，參與的人員有軍隊，警察和政府官員，這些在《追查國際》網站上有詳實的證據。中共是無法掩蓋，也無法用其他方式轉移目標，他逃脫不了人類歷史對它的審判。」
章天亮說，共產黨現在人心喪盡，事實上只要互聯網一解禁，老百姓可以自由真實信息，中共對活摘法輪功學員器官的罪惡就持續不下去了。作為胡錦濤來說，如果他硬要保共產黨，不肯把共產黨的罪惡揭示出來，不肯主動結束一黨專制，那他就是跟「血債幫」捆綁在一起，將來他也要受到清算。章天亮表示，其實胡錦濤沒有甚麼「別的選擇」。

28 Gangs Cracked, Exposing Live Organ Harvesting Organized by the Communist Regime
Since early this year former Public Security Bureau of
Chongqing, Wang Lijun, fled to the U.S. Consulate.
Leaving secret documents to the Consulate, evidence exposing
the live organ harvesting of the Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communists.
A few days ago, mainland China Ministry of Public Security
uncovered 28 groups, gangs responsible for human organ trafficking,
whilst rescuing 127 victims in the process.
It was commented there is irrefutable evidence the Chinese
Communists are involved in the crime of transplantation, live organ harvesting and selling.
To divert attention, cover up, and acquit with a few civil cases
will only draw more attention to the CCP’s evil crimes of
persecuting Falun Gong, and live organ harvesting.
The mainland’s official media reported,
since April this year, in 18 provinces and cities such as
Beijing, Hebei, Anhui, Shandong, Henan and Shaanxi,
police cracked 28 organized groups of organ trafficking,
destroyed 13 underground transportation points,
and rescued 127 living organ providers.
This gesture by the Communist regime can』t stop people
from blaming the CCP’s live organ harvesting of the Falun Gong practitioners.
Commentator Zhang Tianliang analyses there are tens of
thousands of organ transplants in China every year.
The organ sources for tens of thousands of transplantations
can only be supported by a huge systematic organ library,
rather than a few dozen civil criminal gangs.
Commentator Zhang Tianliang: “Donor and recipient
have to match. No hospital guarantees this match.
Means for any hospital to do large amounts of transplantation,
there has to have a systematic donor source.
A random grab of organs can’t just go to the hospitals.”
In March 2012, the Chinese Communist Deputy Minister
of Health, Huang Jiefu,
openly admitted more than 95% of organ transplants in China
come from the source of executed prisoners.
According to Amnesty International’s report, there are
about 3000 to 5000 death row inmates each year in China.
This figure is obviously far from tens of thousands of
organ transplantations in China every year.
The Chinese official simply could not justify the source.
Falun Gong spokesman Zhang Erping believes a couple of
dozen criminal gangs were cracked.
The so-called “executed prisoners as sources of
organ transplants" are only to divert attention.
In fact, the biggest criminal gangs —- the Chinese Communists
are responsible for the illicit source of tens of thousands of organ donors each year.
Falun Gong spokesman Zhang Erping: “Since China
began to persecute Falun Gong in 1999,
organ transplantation in China has increased tenfold,
and risen in the number of tens of thousands.
According to investigations by the international human rights
organization, the U.S. State Department Report on Human Rights,
and independent investigation by two Canadian lawyers,
David Kilgour and David Matas,
the largest organ donor source in China is actually
the detained Falun Gong practitioners."
The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of
Falun Gong (WOIPFG) spokesman Wang Zhiyuan,
pointed out the Chinese society has been corrupted,
along with the Communists committing the illegal organ harvesting crime.
The Tencent website in China has reported an independent
survey that kidney trafficking, semi-open in China market,
has penetrated the whole country due to high profit and
a lack of supervision.
WOIPFG spokesman Wang Zhiyuan: “There are hard
evidences about the Chinese Communist’s live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
The WOIPFG website also announced those evidences.
That (CCP harvesting organs) is a national,
rather than local, systematic crime of “genocide",
involving the army, police and government officials.
These are detailed evidences on the website of the WOIPFG.
The Chinese Communist Party is unable to hide or divert the
target. They can not escape the final judgment of its history.”
Zhang Tianliang says people have completely
lost their faith in the Communist Party.
In fact, as long as the Internet ban is lifted,
people will get free and true information,
that the CCP will no longer be able to continue the sin
of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.
As long as Hu Jintao insists to protect the Communist Party,
refuses to reveal the evils of the Communist Party,
and refuses to take the initiative to end
the one-party dictatorship,
he too is joining the “bloody gang group" and
destined for liquidation in the future.
Zhang Tianliang indicates the fact that,
Hu Jintao has no “other choice”.
