【新唐人2012年6月29日訊】台灣新竹科技公司經理、法輪功學員鍾鼎邦，前往中國大陸江西探親時，遭公安非法綁架。經過家屬和國際的迫切呼籲，幾天後，中共喉舌《新華網》才指稱，鍾鼎邦因協助大陸居民進行「電視插播」，涉嫌從事所謂的「危害國家安全」行為，被國安機構調查。不過，有分析指出，抓捕鍾鼎邦是中央政法委書記周永康以及地方政法委幹的，他們害怕一系列對法輪功製造的謊言，如「天安門自焚案」的真相一旦被揭穿，將面臨清算，因此不擇手段的進行掩蓋。
6月26號，中共喉舌《新華網》報導說，從2003年以來，台灣籍法輪功學員鍾鼎邦通過大陸居民蒐集機密文件，向大陸郵寄廣播電視插播器材等，涉嫌從事「危害國家安全、危害公共安全」的犯罪。
報導還說，因案件偵辦需要，國家安全機關對鐘鼎邦宣佈採取「監視居住」強制措施，相關案件正在調查。
「起訴江澤民第一人」的大陸企業家朱柯明表示，中共這樣做已經違反國際人權。
朱柯明：「共產黨宣傳的我們絕對是不信的，它能把這麼邪惡的黨說成是「偉大、光榮、正確」，它能把那麼邪惡的政府官員說成是「人民的公僕」，它把這麼好的法輪功學員污衊成這樣，我們絕對不信的。」
原香港鳳凰衛視新聞總監龐鐘錶示，這表明中共一直在迫害法輪功，同時又極其懼怕法輪功學員講真相，特別是電視插播講真相。
大陸人士指出，應該提倡說實話，插播講真相，沒甚麼不對。
大陸人士：「只能說那些人他自己可能國家安全局，國家有關機關或者說國家最高統治者之類的，他可能自己有心虧，或者自己害怕，自己真的是有很多心虧的事情，怕人家說出來，說出真相對他不利，然後就是說危害國家安全。」
龐鐘說：中共政權迫害法輪功本身是不合法的，法輪功學員要求停止迫害，即使採用電視插播這樣非正常的方式，也是迫不得已，但卻可以讓電視機前的千千萬萬受矇騙的中國人在瞬間明白法輪功真相。這才是真正讓江澤民以及現在的周永康血債幫最害怕的。
大陸民眾：「因為大陸就是專制，我都說了，他的法律制定就是為自己，為統治集團的利益而制定的，對他不利的東西你就是違法，就是這樣子，中國就是沒有百姓的發言權。」
朱柯明表示，國際上都知道，中共一直在打壓法輪功。
朱柯明：「他本身是法輪功學員，共產黨在迫害法輪功的這件事情，已經是利用國家的全部的宣傳機器，世界性的在打壓法輪功，不讓法輪功講話，而且它把法輪功妖魔化，這種事情，對國家，對百姓，對民族，都是非常不利的，好壞不分，善惡不分，一個國家打壓好人，迫害好人這是非常非常不正常的，這種一言堂的這種宣傳工具只有中共能夠做得出來。」
朱柯明認為，鍾鼎邦是在糾正中共的謊言，是一種義舉。因此，他提醒中共官員和基層幹部，不要跟著周永康和中共幹壞事，認清社會形勢的變化，給自己留一條路。
「法輪功人權律師團」6月25號代表鍾鼎邦家屬，向「國際特赦組織台灣分會」陳情，希望「國際特赦組織」能夠發佈緊急救援，「國際特赦台灣分會」28號表示，英國總部已獲知鍾鼎邦案件，在跟家屬方面確認相關細節及訴求後，應該很快會發佈全球緊急救援。

Analysts Comments on CCP’s Conviction of a Taiwanese for Breaking Through the Regime’s Propaganda
Zhong Dingbang is a manager of a technology company
in Hsinchu, Taiwan. He is also a Falun Gong practitioner.
Recently, he took a trip to Jiangxi China to visit his relatives,
during which he was illegally kidnapped by local police.
A few days later, after the family and international
organizations demanded reasoning, Xinhua Net,
the mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),
published an article that said Zhong Dingbang was under
investigation by the National Security for assisting Chinese
to produce television spots, which “damaged national security.”
Many analysts pointed out that this kidnapping is the doing
of Zhou Yongkang, the secretary of Central Political
and Judiciary Committee and the local Political and Judiciary
Committee.
They are afraid they will be held accountable
if their crimes against Falun Gong are exposed,
such as the fabricated “Tiananmen Self-immolation
incident.” Hence, they unscrupulously cover up the truth.
On June 26, the CCP’s mouthpiece, Xinhua net, reported that
from 2003, Taiwanese Falun Gong practitioner Zhong Dingbang
collected secret documents via local residents and set up
equipment for broadcasting television spots to Mainland China.
He is suspected of engaging in the crime of “endangering
national security and endangering public security.”
The report also said that the national security organs
announced its “residential surveillance” on Zhong for “investigation” purposes.
The case is still under investigation.
Zhu Keming, one of the first men to file a lawsuit against
Jiang Zemin, said that the CCP’s actions violate international human rights.
Zhu Keming: “We never trust CCP’s propaganda.
It names the evil party as the 『Great, Glorious, Correct』 one.
It describes the evil government officials as 『servants
of the people.』
It slanders such good Falun Gong practitioners.
We absolutely don’t believe it.”
Pang Zhong, the former Phoenix Television News Director,
said this is new evidence to show the CCP’s persecution against Falun Gong.
The CCP is extremely fearful of Falun Gong practitioners’
truth clarification, especially by television spots.
Some Chinese pointed out that honesty should be promoted.
The television spot spreads truthful news,
and there’s nothing wrong with it.
A Chinese person: “It only shows that those people who work
for National Security or other related national organs and the highest leaders are scared.
They really did many bad things and are afraid to be exposed.
To expose the truth isn’t good for them, so they claim others
are endangering national security.”
Pang Zhong said the persecution against Falun Gong by the CCP is illegal.
Falun Gong practitioners have urged for the end of the torture.
Even using television spots and alternative methods,
is compelling.
These kind of actions allow millions of Chinese
who watch TV to know the truth of Falun Gong immediately.
This is the point that Jiang Zemin, Zhou Yongkang
and other blood debt faction members most afraid of.
A Chinese person: ”The CCP government is a dictatorship.
As I said, its law is to benefit itself, is to benefit the ruling
group. If anything is against it, it’s anti law. It’s like this.
There’s no channel for everyday Chinese to speak.”
Zhu Keming said the international community knows that
CCP continually suppresses Falun Gong.
Zhu Keming: “He (Zhong Dingbang) is a Falun Gong
practitioner.
CCP uses the whole country’s state apparatus
to suppress Falun Gong. It’s a worldwide persecution.
It doesn’t allow Falun Gong to speak.
It’s demonizing Falun Gong.
This kind of action is very bad to the country,
the people and the nation.
It jumbles right and wrong, good and evil.
It’s extremely wrong that a regime suppresses good people.
This kind of propaganda can only exist under CCP’s control.”
Zhu Keming thinks Zhong Dingbang is reveal the truth and
correcting CCP’s lies, this is the righteous action.
He reminds the CCP officials and grassroots’ cadres not
to follow Zhou Yongkang to do evil things,
but to see the social changing trend clearly,
choose the road of life, and give themselves a future.
On June 25, the Falun Gong human rights’ lawyers
petitioned to Amnesty International Taiwan Branch on behalf of Zhong Dingbang’s family.
They hope Amnesty International can take an urgent saving
action.
On June 28, the Amnesty International Taiwan Branch said
that their UK headquarters is aware of Zhong Dingbang’s case,
and will publish a global emergency saving action
after confirm the details and demands with Zhong’s family.
